Claims (10)
- 使用量が100重量部であり、重合度が400~1100であり、塩素の含有量が60%~75%である塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂と
グラフトする官能基が塩化ビニリデン/ビニルバーサテートである塩化エチレングラフトコポリマーと、アクリレート系化合物とを含む可塑化加工助剤と、
を含む塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂組成物であって、
ここで、前記塩化エチレングラフトコポリマーの使用量をA重量部とし、前記アクリレート系化合物の使用量をB重量部とすると、前記可塑化加工助剤の使用量は、(i)A+Bが2~4.5重量部であり、(ii)Aが2~4重量部であり、及び(iii)Bが0~0.5重量部であるという条件を満たし、
前記塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂組成物は、170℃~200℃の温度で50秒間から100秒間の間の可塑化速率を有し、
前記アクリレート系化合物は、メタクリル酸メチル-ブタンジエン-スチレンエラストマー及びα-メチルスチレン・アクリロニトリル共重合体ではない

請求項1に記載の塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂組成物。 - さらに、115℃から130℃の間の熱たわみ温度を有するα-メチルスチレン・アクリロニトリル共重合体である耐熱性向上剤0.5重量部~30重量部を含む、
請求項1に記載の塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂組成物。 - さらに、有機スズチオエステル、カルシウム亜鉛安定剤、及びタルク系安定剤からなる材料群から選ばれた少なくとも一つである熱安定剤0.5重量部~10重量部を含む、
請求項1に記載の塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂組成物。 - さらに、エポキシ化大豆油である補助熱安定剤0.1重量部~3重量部を含む
請求項1に記載の塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂組成物。 - さらに、亜炭ワックス、複合エステルワックス、ポリエチレンワックス、及び酸化ポリエチレンワックスからなる材料群から選ばれた少なくとも一つである潤滑油0.1重量部~1重量部を含む
請求項1に記載の塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂組成物。 - さらに、ヒンダードフェノール系の酸化防止剤及び亜リン酸エステル系の酸化防止剤からなる材料群から選ばれた少なくとも一つである酸化防止剤0.1重量部~3重量部を含む
請求項1に記載の塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂組成物。 - さらに、群青色顔料及び紫色顔料からなる材料群から選ばれた少なくとも一つである顔料0.0001重量部~0.05重量部を含む
請求項1に記載の塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂組成物。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂組成物で形成された押出シート。
- 押出シートの製造方法であって、
請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂組成物を加熱撹拌混合機に入れること、
前記塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂組成物を300RPMから1800RPMの間の撹拌回転数及び100℃から120℃の間の加熱温度で混合すること、
混合した前記塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂組成物を冷却撹拌混合機に入り、35℃から50℃の間の冷却温度まで冷却すること、及び
冷却した前記塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂組成物を押出機に入り、170℃から200℃の間の溶融温度で混合溶融し、押出、成形、冷却、切断を順次行って押出シートを得ること
を含む押出シートの製造方法。
