Description
[試験方法]
乾燥引張強さ試験(ISO 1924-2)は、乾燥状態で調整された紙標本の引張強さを測定する。
・万能引張/圧縮試験機、Instron 5566、またはその等価物
・引張ロードセル100ニュートン、Instron、またはその等価物
・空気圧作用グリップ2個
・鋼ゲージブロック:180±0.25ミリメートル長(幅:~10ミリメートル、厚さ:~3ミリメートル)
・二枚刃ストリップカッター、サイズ15±0.05×~250ミリメートル、Adamel Lhomargy、またはその等価物
・外科用メス
・取得用ソフトウェア、Merlin、またはその等価物を実行するコンピュータ
・圧縮空気
・試験の前に、紙材料を摂氏22±2度、相対湿度60±5%で少なくとも24時間調整する。
・標本を機械方向に、二枚刃ストリップカッターで~250×15±0.1ミリメートルの寸法に切断する。試験片の端は、きちんと切断されなければならない。3つを越える試験用標本を同時に切断しないこと。
・引張ロードセル100ニュートンを取り付ける
・万能引張/圧縮試験機およびコンピュータのスイッチをオンにする
・ソフトウェアで予め設定された測定方法を選択する(毎分8ミリメートルに設定された試験速度)
・引張ロードセルを較正する
・空気圧作用グリップを取り付ける
・空気圧作用グリップ間の試験距離を鋼ゲージブロックによって180 ± 0.5ミリメートルに調節する
・距離および力をゼロに設定する
・試験用標本をグリップ間にまっすぐにかつ中央に置き、試験対象の領域に指で触れないようにする。
・上側グリップを閉じ、紙細片を開かれた下側グリップ内につるす。
・力をゼロに設定する。
・紙細片を軽く引き下げてから、試験用標本への力を維持することで下側グリップを閉じる。開始時の力は0.05~0.20ニュートンでなければならない。
・測定を開始する。グリップが上方向に移動する間、試験用標本が破断するまで徐々に増大する力がかけられる。
・残りの試験用標本で同じ手順を繰り返す。
湿潤引張強さ試験は、湿潤状態で調整された紙標本の引張強さを測定する。試験は、摂氏22±2度、相対湿度60±5%で、少なくとも24時間調整した後、および試験試料をサイズに切断した後で、試験試料に2マイクロリットルの液体を追加することを除き、乾燥引張強さ試験と同一である。2マイクロリットルの液体は、試験手続きの引っ張り手順の直前にシリンジで試験試料の中央に適用される。
破断試験は、紙外側ラッパーを含むエアロゾル発生物品を、喫煙することなく、適切なエアロゾル発生装置内で加熱サイクルを一巡させた後、エアロゾル発生物品をエアロゾル発生装置から抽出する。試験は、多くの同一のエアロゾル発生物品について繰り返され、紙外側ラッパーの破断を示したエアロゾル発生物品のパーセント値が目視検査によって決定される。
エアロゾル発生物品によって発生されるエアロゾルの組成を決定するために、エアロゾル発生物品は、適切なエアロゾル発生装置内で、カナダ保健省(Health Canada)喫煙方法(吸煙量55ミリメートル、吸煙時間2秒および吸煙間隔30秒で12回の吸煙)に基づき加熱サイクルにかけられる。
Claims (6)
- 電気加熱式エアロゾル発生物品であって、
エアロゾル発生基体であって、前記エアロゾル発生基体の5~30重量パーセントの量の少なくとも1つのエアロゾル形成体を含むものと、
マウスピースと、
前記エアロゾル発生基体の少なくとも一部分を囲む紙ラッパーとを備え、前記紙ラッパーが、水またはグリセリンを用いた湿潤引張強さ試験に従い測定した時、15ミリメートル当たり少なくとも5ニュートンの湿潤引張強さを持ち、
前記紙ラッパーが、乾燥引張強さ試験に従い測定した時に15ミリメートル当たり少なくとも10ニュートンの乾燥引張強さを持ち、
前記エアロゾル発生基体と前記マウスピースとの間に配置された中空管をさらに含み、
前記紙ラッパーが前記中空管を囲む、
電気加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。 - 前記紙ラッパーが前記エアロゾル発生基体の少なくとも全長さを囲む、請求項1に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記少なくとも1つのエアロゾル形成体が少なくとも1つのポリオールを含む、請求項1または2に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリオールが、ソルビトール、グリセロール、プロピレングリコール、およびトリエチレングリコールのうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項3に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記エアロゾル発生基体が前記エアロゾル発生基体の10~20重量パーセントの量の水を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記エアロゾル発生基体が7ミリメートル~15ミリメートルの長さを持つ、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
