Description
本発明の一実施形態による誘電体磁器組成物はBaTiO3で示される母材主成分を含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第1副成分元素としてジスプロシウム(Dy)及びセリウム(Ce)を必ず含み、これに加えて、上記母材主成分100モル%に対して0.233モル%以上0.699モル%以下のランタン(La)酸化物又は炭酸塩をさらに含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第2副成分として、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物又は炭酸塩を含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、原子価固定アクセプタ(fixed-valence acceptor)元素のMgを含む酸化物又は炭酸塩である第3副成分を含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第4副成分として、Si及びAlのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物、又はSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物を含むことができる。
本発明の実施例は、チタン酸バリウム(BaTiO3)粉末を含む誘電体原料粉末に、Dy、Ce、La、Al、Mg、Mnなどの添加剤、バインダー及びエタノールなどの有機溶媒を添加し、湿式混合して誘電体スラリーを設けた後、上記誘電体スラリーをキャリアフィルム上に塗布及び乾燥してセラミックグリーンシートを設けた。これにより、誘電体層を形成することができる。
比較例1は、従来の場合であって、母材主成分100モル%に対してジスプロシウム(Dy)を0.932モル%添加したものであり、その他の制作過程は、上述した実施例の場合と同様である。
比較例2は、母材主成分100モル%に対してジスプロシウム(Dy)0.699モル%及びセリウム(Ce)0.233モル%を添加したものであり、その他の制作過程は、上述した実施例の場合と同様である。
比較例3は、母材主成分100モル%に対してセリウム(Ce)を0.932モル%添加したものであり、その他の制作過程は、上述した実施例の場合と同様である。

- 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、Si及びAlのうち少なくとも一つを含む第4副成分を含む、請求項8から13のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記誘電体層の厚さは0.4μm以下である、請求項8から14のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記積層セラミックキャパシタのサイズは1005(長さ×幅、1.0mm×0.5mm)以下である、請求項8から15のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記第1内部電極のうち少なくとも一つの厚さは0.4μm以下であり、前記第2内部電極のうち少なくとも一つの厚さは0.4μm以下である、請求項8または9に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記第1内部電極のうち少なくとも一つの厚さは0.4μm以下であり、前記第2内部電極のうち少なくとも一つの厚さは0.4μm以下であり、前記誘電体層のうち少なくとも一つの厚さは0.4μm以下である、請求項8または9に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
