Claims (10)
- 作業現場コントローラ(120)であって、一つ以上の作業現場コントローラプロセッサ(200)を備え、
作業現場(100)で機械(230)によって行われるタスクを示す信号を受信し、
前記タスクを行う機械を識別し、
前記機械を示す信号を生成するように構成された作業現場コントローラと、
モバイル装置(208)であって、一つ以上のモバイル装置プロセッサ(210)を備
え、
前記機械を示す前記信号を受信し、
前記機械を表現する画像(302)を表示させ、
前記タスクを行う前記機械の可用性を検証するために、前記作業現場にいる人員(214)にプロンプト(220、222、224)を表示するように構成されたモバイル装置と、を備える、作業現場管理システム(102)。 - 前記プロンプトが、前記機械が現在使用中でないという検証を促進するように構成された機械状態プロンプト(220)を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロンプトが、前記機械の運転を妨げている障害物が前記作業現場に存在しないという検証を促進するように構成された作業現場状態プロンプト(222)を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロンプトが、前記機械が前記タスクを行うのに適した状態にあるという検証を促進するように構成された機械状態プロンプト(224)を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記機械状態プロンプトが、前記機械の複数の部品の準備完了状態に関連する複数の機械状態パラメータ(602)を検査するように前記人員を促すように構成されたチェックリスト(226)を備える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記機械状態プロンプトが、前記機械の一つ以上の部品または前記機械が位置する環境の一部分の複数の画像を生成するように前記人員を促すように構成された撮像装置プロンプト(228)を含む、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記一つ以上のモバイル装置プロセッサが、
前記タスクを行う前記機械の前記可用性の検証か、または前記タスクを行う前記機械の可用性の拒否のうちの一つを示すプロンプトへの応答(316)の選択を促進し、
前記タスクを行う前記機械の前記可用性の前記検証または前記拒否のうちの一つを示す可用性信号を、前記作業現場コントローラに通信させるようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記一つ以上の作業現場コントローラプロセッサが、前記可用性信号を受信し、前記タスクを行う前記機械の前記可用性の前記検証または前記拒否のうちの一つを示す可用性画像(234)を表示するようにさらに構成される、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記一つ以上の作業現場コントローラプロセッサまたは前記一つ以上のモバイル装置プロセッサの少なくとも一つが、前記タスクを行う前記機械の前記可用性の前記拒否の原因を示す信号を生成するように構成される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 作業現場(100)でタスクを行う機械(230)の可用性を検証する方法であって、前記方法が、
作業現場の機械によって行われるタスクを示す信号を受信することと、
前記タスクを行う機械を識別することと、
前記機械を示す信号を生成することと、
前記信号をモバイル装置(208)に通信することと、
前記モバイル装置上に、前記機械を表す画像(302)を表示することと、
前記タスクを行う前記機械の可用性を検証するために、前記作業現場にいる人員(214)に対してプロンプト(220、222、224)をモバイル装置上に表示することと、を含む方法。
