Claims (11)
- 2つのコンタクトピン(3)が、本体(1)の第1の側で前記本体(1)から互いに平行に突出し、且つ、前記本体(1)の内側で電気導体(4)に接続され、前記電気導体(4)は、前記本体(1)の第2の側で前記本体(1)から引き出され、または引き出すことができ、
更に、センサが設けられ、このセンサが温度センサ、すなわち、2つの前記コンタクトピン(3)の少なくとも1つに関連付けられたサーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)の構成部分であるサーマルバイメタル素子であり、
2つのコンタクトピン(3)は電気絶縁材料製の分離キャリア(2)に取り付けられ、前記分離キャリア(2)は、前記本体(1)内に配置された主電源プラグであって、
前記主電源プラグの前記本体(1)内に電気的な絶縁カバー(16)が設けられ、且つ、分離キャリア(2)に取り付けられ、
前記絶縁カバー(16)の下に前記コンタクトピン(3)が設けられ、これらは、前記本体(1)の第2の側から導出される前記電気導体(4)に接続され、または、接続することができるようにされ、
前記絶縁カバー(16)は、前記サーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)のためのマウント(6)を備えるように形成されていて、
前記マウント(6)が、前記絶縁カバー(16)の上側から前記絶縁カバー(16)の下側に位置するスペースに突出していて、
前記サーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)が上部から前記絶縁カバー(16)の下の空間に押し込まれることができるように、前記マウント(6)が上部に向かって開いていて、
前記サーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)が、前記絶縁カバー(16)から上方に向かって突き出る接続線(8)を備えていることを特徴とする主電源プラグ。 - 請求項1の主電源プラグにおいて、
前記本体(1)に2つの前記サーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)が設けられていて、これには、前記マウント(6)が2つの前記サーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)毎に形成されていることを特徴とする主電源プラグ。 - 請求項2の主電源プラグにおいて、
2つの前記サーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)の1つが、2つのコンタクトピン(3)の2番目よりも2つのコンタクトピン(3)の1番目に近く、2つの前記サーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)の他のサーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)が1番目の前記コンタクトピン(3)よりも2番目の前記コンタクトピン(3)に近いことを特徴とする主電源プラグ。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかの主電源プラグにおいて、
1つまたは2つの前記サーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)が2つの前記コンタクトピン(3)の少なくとも一方に隣接して、又は2つの前記コンタクトピン(3)間に配置されていることを特徴とする主電源プラグ。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかの主電源プラグにおいて、
前記サーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)は、少なくとも部分的に前記絶縁カバー(16)の下に配置されていることを特徴とする主電源プラグ。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかの主電源プラグにおいて、
前記サーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)は、最寄りの2つの前記コンタクトピン(3)に接触しない金属製のハウジングを備えていることを特徴とする主電源プラグ。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれかの主電源プラグにおいて、
スナップ式に取り付けることができることによって、前記絶縁カバー(16)も取り付けることができることを特徴とする主電源プラグ。 - 上記請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の主電源プラグが取付けられ、前記コンタクトピン(3)に接続される前記電気導体(4)と、保護導体(24)とに加えて、前記サーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)に接続される信号線(10)が延在する、電気的な接続ケーブル(11)。
- 請求項8に記載の前記接続ケーブル(11)を用いて電源に接続することができ、前記サーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)が開いているか閉じているかを監視する電気監視装置(21)を有することを特徴とする電気装置。
- 請求項9の電気装置において、前記電気監視装置(21)が、その切替温度を超えたことによる前記サーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)の位置を検出した後、装置(19、20)の消費電力を一時的に減少ないし停止させるように設計されていることを特徴とする電気装置。
- 請求項10の電気装置において、コントローラを含み、このコントローラは、前記電気監視装置(21)によって前記サーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)のスイッチング温度の超過を検出し、それによって駆動され、前記サーマルバイメタルスイッチ(7)のいずれも、スイッチング温度を超過しないスイッチング位置になるまで、電力消費を低減するように設計された、コントローラを含むことを特徴とする電気装置。
