Description

Claims (16)
- 動脈の表現を表示する方法であって、
動脈の或るセグメントの血管内撮像に応じて生成された血管内画像のデータセットを、診断撮像システムのメモリデバイスに記憶するステップと、
前記セグメントの管腔の境界をフレームごとに自動的に検出するステップと、
前記セグメントの外弾性板(EEL)をフレームごとに自動的に検出するステップと、
ステントのサイズ選択に利用可能な、グラフィカルユーザインタフェースを有するワークフローを表示するステップと
を含み、
前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースは、
前記動脈の、第1のフレームにおける第1の表現と、
前記動脈の、複数のフレームに対応する縦断面表現と
を有し、
前記第1の表現に関して、第1のEEL直径及び第1の管腔直径が表示され、
前記縦断面表現は管腔直径に対するEEL直径の表現を含む、
方法。 - 検出された管腔の境界及び検出されたEELは、各表現に関して1つ以上の印を用いて特定される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースは、前記動脈の、第2のフレームにおける表現を有し、前記第2の表現に関して第2のEEL直径及び第2の管腔直径が表示される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースは、前記動脈の、第3のフレームにおける第3の表現を有し、前記第3の表現に関して第3のEEL直径及び第3の管腔直径が表示され、前記表示により前記第1のフレームと前記第2のフレームとの間にある複数のフレームから前記第3のフレームをユーザが選択できる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記動脈の縦断面表現は、前記縦断面表現に関して前記第1のフレーム及び前記第2のフレームを示すものである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記縦断面表現は管腔の領域を有し、管腔の領域は前記表現の縦軸に関して対称である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記動脈の縦断面表現は、1つ以上の印を用いて複数のフレームにつき検出されたEELを表示する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のフレームは近位の基準フレームであり、前記第2のフレームは遠位の基準フレームである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記近位の基準フレームの表現における第1の部分が、第1の印を用いて特定され、前記遠位の基準フレームの表現における第2の部分が、第2の印を用いて特定される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースは縦断面表現を更に含み、前記縦断面表現に関し前記第1の印が特定される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記印は、色と点線とハッチングとグラフィック要素とオーバレイとからなる群から選択されるものである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記セグメントに沿った位置においてカルシウムを検出するステップと、
1つ以上のフレームに関して全カルシウムの角度測定値を前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースに表示するステップと
を更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記セグメントの縦断面表現に関しステントのランディングゾーンを選択するための入力をユーザから受け付けるステップを更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- ユーザによりランディングゾーンが選択されると、計算されたステント長を表示するステップと、
前記縦断面表現に関し最小の管腔直径(MLD)を表示するステップと
を更に含む請求項13に記載の方法。 - ステントのサイズ選択に利用可能なワークフローの後にステント配置のワークフローを選択するためのオプションを表示するステップを更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステント配置の後にレビューのワークフローを選択するためのオプションを更に含み、
前記レビューのワークフローは、ステントが挿入された動脈の表現と、ステントの拡張割合とステントの不完全密着とに関する1つ以上のインジケータとを有する、請求項15に記載の方法。
