製剤例Aの誘引剤をポリプロピレン製袋に入れ25℃の室内で6カ月保管した。誘引剤にカビを発生させた。カビの発生が認められて顕微鏡で同定したところ、Eurotium sp.およびAspergillus sp.であった。 The attractant of formulation example A was placed in a polypropylene bag and stored indoors at 25°C for six months. そして、製剤例1~4および製剤例Bの誘引剤25gをそれぞれ個々のシャーレに入れ、前記胞子懸濁液0.5mLを各誘引剤に滴下して作成した夫々の検体を、26℃・相対湿度95%の恒温恒湿機内で2週間インキュベートした。
その後、夫々のシャーレに再度、前記胞子懸濁液0.5mLを滴下し、26℃・相対湿度95%の恒温恒湿機内でさらに2週間インキュベートした。このような操作を3回繰り返し、各回毎に各検体のカビの発生の有無を顕微鏡で確認した。評価方法としては、カビの発生が認められなかった検体を○、カビの発生が認められた検体を×とした。

This procedure was repeated three times, and each sample was checked for the presence or absence of mold growth using a microscope after each operation. The evaluation method was as follows: samples in which mold growth was not observed were marked with an ◯, and samples in which mold growth was observed were marked with an ×.

一方、クロヤマアリ10頭をポリカップ(φ10cm、高さ10cm)に放し、10%砂糖水を含ませた脱脂綿のみを設置した試験については、24時間後でも致死していなかった。

一方、イエヒメアリ10頭をポリカップ(φ10cm、高さ10cm)に放し、10%砂糖水を含ませた脱脂綿のみを設置した試験については、24時間後でも致死していなかった。

一方、ダンゴムシ5頭をポリカップ(φ10cm、高さ10cm)に放し、水を含ませた脱脂綿のみを設置した試験については、24時間後でも致死していなかった。

一方、チャバネゴキブリ雄成虫5頭をポリカップ(φ10cm、高さ10cm)に放し、水を含ませた脱脂綿のみを設置した試験については、24時間後でも致死していなかった。

A poison bait for ants containing the ant attractant and the pest control agent according to claim 1, wherein the content of the attractant is 70 to 99.999% by weight based on the total weight of the poison bait .
