Claims (19)
- 注射抽出眼科装置であって、
ハウジングと、皮下注射針と、サンプル室とを含み、
前記ハウジングは、
注射物を貯蔵するように構成される注射室と、
前記注射室内に設けられるプランジャと、
前記プランジャの遠位端部に結合されるプラグと、を有し、
前記皮下注射針は、前記ハウジングの遠位端に設けられ、
前記サンプル室は、前記ハウジングの前記遠位端に近接するように位置し、
前記ハウジング、前記皮下注射針及び前記サンプル室は、
前記プラグが前記ハウジング内で第1深さまで移動したことに応じて、前記サンプル室が前記皮下注射針を介して材料を受け取り、且つ、
前記プラグが前記ハウジング内で前記第1深さを超える第2深さまで移動したときに、前記注射室が前記皮下注射針を介して前記注射物を配分するように構成されることを特徴とする注射抽出眼科装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、双胴型シリンジであり、前記注射室は、前記ハウジングの第1筒内に設けられ、前記皮下注射針に流体連通し、前記サンプル室は、前記ハウジングの第2筒内に設けられ、前記皮下注射針に流体連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射抽出眼科装置。

- 前記ハウジングは、単胴型ハウジングであり、前記サンプル室は、前記注射室と前記遠位端との間の前記ハウジング内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射抽出眼科装置。
- 前記プラグが前記ハウジング内の第1深さに位置した後、前記サンプル室内の外圧に対する圧力差は、材料を前記皮下注射針を介して前記サンプル室内に吸引することに十分な大きさを有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の注射抽出眼科装置。
- 前記サンプル室にプリロードされる又は前記サンプル室に流体連通する、前記材料の特性の視覚的指示を与えるテストを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射抽出眼科装置。
- 前記注射物の体積は、前記材料の体積と略等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射抽出眼科装置。
- 前記注射物又は流体サンプルの体積は、0.01ml~0.3mlの範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射抽出眼科装置。
- 前記サンプル室には、後の分析に備えるように、前記材料を安定化するための冷却器又は安定化化学製品が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射抽出眼科装置。
- 製造時に前記装置に関連する唯一の人間読取可能な又は機器読取可能なIDを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射抽出眼科装置。
- 前記装置における、患者固有の識別子でタグ付けされ得る部分を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射抽出眼科装置。
- 前記皮下注射針の遠位先端は、
前記材料を前記サンプル室に吸引する時と前記注射室から前記注射物を配分する時との間の間隔期間に、前記材料内で1mm~6mmの距離で伸縮するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射抽出眼科装置。 - 前記皮下注射針に結合されるカッターを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射抽出眼科装置。
- 前記注射室が前記注射物を配分しているときに前記サンプル室が前記材料の受け取りを停止し、且つ、前記サンプル室が前記材料を受け取っているときに、前記注射室が前記注射物を配分しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射抽出眼科装置。
- 前記注射抽出眼科装置は、更に、
前記プラグが前記ハウジング内で前記第1深さよりも大きく且つ前記第2深さよりも小さい第3深さまで移動したときに、材料が前記皮下注射針を介して前記サンプル室に受け取られることと、注射物が前記皮下注射針を介して前記注射室から配分されることとが発生しないように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射抽出眼科装置。 - 前記注射室と、
前記注射室内に設けられる前記プランジャと、
前記プランジャの前記遠位端部に結合される前記プラグと、を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射抽出眼科装置。 - 注射抽出眼科装置であって、
筒と、針と、サンプル容器とを含み、
前記筒は、薬リザーバとプランジャとを収納する室を含み、
前記薬リザーバは、液体を収容し、
前記プランジャは、前記薬リザーバに結合され、
前記針は、前記筒の遠位端部に結合され、前記針は、近位端部及び遠位端部を含み、前記近位端部は、前記筒内で近位端へ延在し、前記遠位端部は、前記筒から遠位端へ延在し、
前記サンプル容器は、前記針の前記近位端部に近接するように位置決めされ、
前記筒、前記針及び前記サンプル容器は、
前記プランジャが前記筒内で第1深さまで移動したことに応じて、前記針が前記サンプル容器に流体連通し、且つ、前記プランジャが前記筒内で前記第1深さを超える第2深さまで移動したときに、前記薬リザーバが前記針を介して前記液体を配分するように構成されることを特徴とする注射抽出眼科装置。 - 前記プランジャは、前記筒内の共通中心線に沿って前記第1深さと前記第2深さまで移動するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の注射抽出眼科装置。
- 前記プランジャは、前記筒内の共通中心線に沿って前記第1深さと前記第2深さまで移動するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射抽出眼科装置。
