Description

The present invention relates to a care sling sheet that supports and wraps around the body of a care recipient who has difficulty moving on their own when suspending the care recipient on a care lift, via a suspension belt; more specifically, it relates to a care sling sheet that can suspend the trunk of the care recipient on a care lift in a stable state.

Nursing care transfer lifts, such as ceiling-mounted lifts and floor-mounted transfer lifts, are used to move bedridden people who require care and have difficulty moving due to illness, old age, etc., to places such as the toilet or bathroom (see Patent Document 1).

As shown in Figure 17, in order to transport a person requiring care using a nursing care mobile lift R (only the hanging hanger R1 portion is shown), a dedicated nursing care sling seat S is required to carry the person requiring care and suspend it from the nursing care mobile lift R.

The nursing sling sheet S is made of a thin sheet material such as polyester cloth or nylon mesh that holds the body of the person requiring care, and is equipped with a back support portion S1 that supports the entire back of the person requiring care by wrapping around it, and a leg support portion S2 that supports the person requiring care by wrapping around it from the buttocks to the thighs.

The nursing sling sheet S is suspended from the nursing lift R via a suspension belt B, which is made of, for example, a high-strength woven fabric, and is used by hanging it across a hanger R1 of the nursing lift R, as shown in Fig. 17(a). An example of the hanger R1 is shown in Fig. 17(c).

The nursing care sling sheet S is provided with a connecting means to which the suspension belt B is connected. In this example, as shown in FIG. 17(b), one strap S3 is provided as connecting means at each of the upper left and right ends of the back support part S1, and two straps S3 are provided as connecting means at each of the left and right sides of the leg support part S2 of the sling sheet S.

To suspend a person requiring care from the care lift R via the care sling sheet S, for example, the sleeping position of the person requiring care on the bed is shifted and the care sling sheet S is placed under the body of the person requiring care.

In this case, the back support part S1 of the nursing sling sheet S is positioned on the back of the person requiring care, and the leg support part S2 is positioned on the buttocks and thighs of the person requiring care, and the shifted body of the person requiring care is then laid on the sling sheet S.

Next, the nursing care mobile lift R is lowered and the suspension belt B is inserted into the space of the strap S3 of the nursing care sling sheet S and hung over the hanger R1, thereby connecting the nursing care sling sheet S and the suspension belt B as shown in Figure 17 (a).

Then, by slowly raising the care mobile lift R, the person requiring care can be suspended in a seated position within the care sling seat S.

In this way, by suspending the person requiring care on the care lift R via the care sling seat S, the person can be safely moved to the desired location, thereby reducing the workload of the caregiver.

In addition, the length of the suspension belt B is adjusted to prevent any bending of the nursing sling sheet S, allowing the person requiring care to move while maintaining the proper center of gravity within the nursing sling sheet S, and preventing physical tension caused by a shift in the person's center of gravity.

However, in conventional nursing sling sheets S, the length of each of the multiple suspension belts B is adjusted and hung on the hanger R1, which creates the problem that the center of gravity balance of the suspension belts B must be adjusted to suit the physique and weight of the person in need of care supported by the nursing sling sheet S, resulting in poor usability.

In particular, it has been pointed out that there may be problems with aligning the care recipient in the care sling seat S, or that the center of gravity of the care recipient may shift forward or backward within the care sling seat S when the care lift R is raised or moved, causing the care sling seat S to sag, which may place a physical burden on the care recipient.

For example, the position of the pelvis is important for supporting the trunk of the body, but if the nursing sling seat is warped, the balance of the center of gravity of the care recipient will shift, causing the pelvis to tilt forward and backward or left and right. This not only increases the care recipient's sense of anxiety, but also creates the risk of muscle tension as the spine curves, flexes or extends, making it impossible to achieve counterbalance and maintaining a curved posture.

Therefore, the applicant proposed nursing pajamas with a sling sheet, in which the nursing pajamas worn by the person requiring care and the nursing sling sheet are integrated into a detachable unit, thereby reducing the deflection of the nursing sling sheet and providing stable support for the torso of the person requiring care (see Patent Document 2).

However, while the invention described in Patent Document 2 reduces the physical burden on the person requiring care caused by the sagging of the care sling sheet, there are still issues that need to be resolved, such as the possibility of distortion or cramping occurring in the care pajamas worn by the person requiring care when suspended.

Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a care sling seat that can stably support the trunk of a person requiring care when suspended from a care mobile lift.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a nursing sling seat for use in a nursing mobility lift that assists the mobility of a person requiring care, the seat body being provided with a seat that wraps around and supports at least the upper limbs to the thighs of the person requiring care, and a suspension belt for suspending the seat body on a hanger of the nursing mobility lift, the seat body being a rectangular sheet including a back support portion that supports the area from the shoulders to the waist of the person requiring care, and a leg support portion that supports the area from the buttocks to the thighs of the person requiring care, and the suspension belt is provided as a pair. The seat back seat has a first suspension belt arranged along the left edge in the longitudinal direction of the seat body and a second suspension belt arranged along the right edge in the longitudinal direction of the seat body, one end of the first suspension belt is engaged with the shoulder-side left corner portion of the back support part and the other end is engaged with the thigh-side left corner portion of the leg support part opposite the shoulder-side left corner portion, and one end of the second suspension belt is engaged with the shoulder-side right corner portion of the back support part and the other end is engaged with the thigh-side right corner portion of the leg support part opposite the shoulder-side left corner portion.

In the present invention, it is preferable that each of the suspension belts is removably held to both side edges of the seat body via a predetermined fastening means.

Preferably, each of the suspension belts is provided with a stopper that allows the suspension position of the care recipient to be adjusted when the care recipient is suspended on the care lift.

Another feature of the present invention is that the seat body is provided with a removable fastening means for attaching to the care pajamas worn by the person requiring care.

It is preferable that the sheet body is waterproof and that there are no seams in the areas that come into contact with the body.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a head support for supporting the head of the person requiring care is removably attached between the first suspension belt and the second suspension belt.

The present invention includes an embodiment in which the first suspension belt and the second suspension belt are arranged along both side edges on the back side of the sheet body.

In addition, the first suspension belt and the second suspension belt may be arranged along both side edges of the seat body. In addition, the first suspension belt and the second suspension belt may be arranged along both side edges on the front side of the seat body.

Each of the fastening portions is made of a single piece of cloth tape, both ends of which are sewn to the sheet body to form a loop.

In this regard, the first suspension belt and the second suspension belt are provided with hook portions at both ends for connecting to the engaging portions.

In addition, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first suspension belt and the second suspension belt are provided with a locking marker portion that indicates the locking position relative to the hanger of the nursing suspension lift.

It is preferable that the locking marker portions are provided at multiple locations along the length of the suspension belt, each of which is color-coded.

The seat body further includes a head support section that is connected above the back support section and supports the back of the head of the person requiring care, and the present invention also includes an embodiment in which a hanging cord that can be detachably hooked to the hanger is provided on both the left and right sides of the head support section.

It is preferable that the hanging straps for the head support portion have multiple hanging straps of different lengths.

The present invention also includes an embodiment in which the left thigh side corner portion of the leg side support part and the right thigh side corner portion of the leg side support part are provided with clips for attaching the leg side support part to the rug of the nursing bed.

The present invention further includes nursing pajamas to be worn by a person requiring nursing care, characterized in that the rear side of the nursing pajamas is provided with a detachable fastening means for attaching to the nursing sling sheet.

According to the present invention, the suspension belts are a pair of belt-like belts that are stretched between the left and right shoulder corners of the back support part of the rectangular seat body and the left and right thigh corners of the opposing leg support part, making it possible to easily adjust the balance position of the center of gravity of the person requiring care when suspending them on the hanger of the care mobile lift.

In addition, the suspension belts can be stored compactly by stacking them on both side edges of the seat body, so even when it is not being used as a care sling seat, it can be placed under the person in need of care (for example, by placing it on a bed or wheelchair) to allow for quick movement of the person in need of care.

Furthermore, the seat itself is waterproof, so even if the person in need of care loses control of their urination, it is possible to prevent the sheets or futon underneath the seat from getting dirty.

Several embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In the following description, the configuration of the nursing care lift may be the same as that of the conventional example described above, and the same components are given the same reference numerals.

First, as shown in Figures 1 to 4, the nursing care sling seat 1a according to the first embodiment of the present invention comprises a seat body 10 that wraps around and supports the upper limbs to the thighs of the person requiring care when the person is suspended from the hanger R1 (see Figure 17) of the nursing care mobile lift R, and a suspension belt 20 for suspending the seat body 10 on the nursing care mobile lift R.

The seat body 10 is a rectangular sheet that integrally includes a back support section 11 that supports the area from the shoulders to the waist of the person requiring care, and a leg support section 12 that supports the area from the buttocks to the thighs, and is preferably made of a thin, breathable sheet such as polyester or nylon. The seat body 10 is not limited to a rectangular shape, and may be elliptical.

Figure 1 shows the surface 10a of the sheet body 10 on which the person requiring care is placed, and the surface 10a of the sheet body 10 is waterproofed. The sheet body 10 may be made of a fabric material that is water repellent and moisture permeable, for example, a high-density woven fabric using microfiber compressed at high pressure from above and below. In order to reduce the burden on the skin, it is preferable that there are no seams in the parts that come into contact with the body.

The shoulder-side left corner portion 11a and shoulder-side right corner portion 11b mentioned above are concepts that include not only both side portions 10e but also the upper end portion of the back-side support portion 11. The thigh-side left corner portion 12a and thigh-side right corner portion 12b are concepts that include not only both side portions 10e but also the lower end portion of the leg-side support portion 12.

The left suspension belt 20a and the right suspension belt 20b are both high-strength (tough) belt-like belts made of, for example, nylon, and when there is no need to distinguish between the left and right sides, they are simply referred to as suspension belts 20.

In FIG. 1, the distance between the shoulder side left corner portion 11a of the back support portion 11 of the seat body 10 and the thigh side left corner portion 12a of the leg support portion 12 (which is also the distance between the shoulder side right corner portion 11b of the back support portion 11 and the thigh side right corner portion 12b of the leg support portion 12) is taken as the length L of the seat body 10, and the suspension belt 20 has a length longer than this length L, and in this example, one end 201 is sewn to the shoulder side corner portions 11a, 11b of the back support portion 11, and the other end 202 is sewn to the thigh side corner portions 12a, 12b of the leg support portion 12.

The suspension belt 20 is provided with a stopper 21 that abuts against the hanger R1 of the nursing care lift R to adjust the suspension position of the care recipient when the seat body 10 is suspended on the nursing care lift R. In this example, the stopper 21 is a day-shaped adjuster (for example, manufactured by YKK Corporation; product name "KOKI") that is movably inserted into the suspension belt 20.

The left suspension belt 20a is arranged along the left side edge 10c of the seat body 10, and the right suspension belt 20b is arranged along the right side edge 10d of the seat body 10. As shown in FIG. 3, the suspension belts 20a, 20b are removably attached to the side edges 10c, 10d of the seat body 10 by a predetermined attachment means.

In this example, a hook-and-loop fastener is used as the fastening means, with hook-and-loop fasteners 22 provided on the suspension belts 20a, 20b side and loop-and-loop fasteners 14 provided in two locations on each of the side edges 10c, 10d of the seat body 10. The hook-and-loop fasteners 22 may be provided on the side edges 10c, 10d of the seat body 10, and the loop-and-loop fasteners 14 may be provided on the suspension belts 20a, 20b side.

As a result, this nursing sling sheet 1a can be stored in a flat, compact form by overlapping the suspension belts 20a, 20b with the side edges 10b, 10c of the sheet body 10, as shown in Figure 1. If it is laid out in advance on the bed or wheelchair on which the person requiring care will be placed, it can be quickly moved when it is necessary to move the person requiring care.

In addition, the surface 10a of the sheet body 10 is waterproofed, so that even if the person requiring care becomes incontinent or does something that soils the sheet body, it will not soil the bed or wheelchair, making it hygienic.

In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, when the suspension belts 20a, 20b are positioned on the side edges 10c, 10d of the seat body 10, the length of the suspension belts 20 is such that there is an excess portion that protrudes toward, for example, the thigh support portion 13 of the seat body 10, but this is not limited to this length and it is sufficient if the length allows the care-requiring person to be suspended in a balanced manner.

For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the length of the suspension belts 20a, 20b may be the same as the length L of the seat body 10, and the suspension belts 20a, 20b may be long enough to fit on the side edges 10c, 10d of the seat body 10, and the size of the seat body 10 and the suspension belts 20 may be appropriately redesigned to suit the body type, etc., of the person requiring care.

Also, as shown in Figure 4, the suspension belts 20a, 20b may be made to be at least twice the length L of the seat body 10, with both ends connected together to form a loop, and a portion of the loop may be sewn along the side edges 10c, 10d of the seat body 10.

In this embodiment, the seat body 10 is provided with a locking means for removably attaching the nursing pajamas P shown in Fig. 6 to be worn by the person requiring nursing care. In this example, as the locking means, two locking strings 13 are sewn to each of four locations on the seat body 10: the left and right corners 11a, 11b on the shoulder side and the left and right corners 12a, 12b on the thigh side.

In addition, the nursing pajamas P worn by the person requiring nursing care have four ring-shaped loops Pr on the rear body side at positions where they can be engaged with the engaging strings 13 at the left and right corners 11a, 11b on the shoulder side and the left and right corners 12a, 12b on the thigh side of the seat body 10, as counterparts of the engaging means.

Specifically, the loop Pr is a ring-shaped string made of the same material as the fastening string 13, and is sewn onto each of the left and right shoulder portions P1, P2 and the left and right thigh portions P3, P4 on the rear side of the nursing pajamas P.

As a result, as shown in Figure 7, the nursing pajamas P are attached to the seat body 10 by inserting and tying the fastening strings 13 at the left and right corners 11a, 11b on the shoulder side and the left and right corners 12a, 12b on the thigh side into the corresponding loops Pr on the nursing pajamas P.

In this way, the care pajamas P worn by the person requiring care and the care sling sheet 1 are connected via a locking means (locking cord 13, loop Pr), so that when the care sling sheet 1a is hoisted onto the care mobile lift R and the person requiring care is suspended, accidents such as the person requiring care falling off the care sling sheet 1a can be prevented.

In addition, in this embodiment, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, a head support 30 for supporting the head of the person in need of care is removably attached between the suspension belts 20a, 20b.

In this example, the head support 30 comprises a head support portion 31 that is placed over the head of the person requiring care, and a fastening device 32 that removably fastens the head support portion 31 to the suspension belts 20a, 20b.

The head support portion 31 consists of a pillow-shaped cushion body with appropriate elasticity to support the head of the person requiring care, and in Figure 8, the left and right sides 31a, 31b are each provided with two fastening devices 32 such as spring hooks (carabiner-like hooks) that can be inserted into the suspension belts 20a, 20b.

As shown in Figure 9, when the care sling seat 1a is suspended from the care mobile lift R, a head support 30 is attached between a pair of suspension belts 20a, 20b, so that the seat body 10 not only supports the upper limbs to the thighs of the person requiring care, but also supports the head of the person requiring care, enabling the person to be moved stably.

Next, an example of suspending a care-requiring person on a care-requiring mobile lift R using the care sling sheet 1a according to the first embodiment will be described. In this example, the care-requiring person is dressed in care pajamas P to which the care sling sheet 1a is attached in advance, and is placed on a support surface such as a bed.

First, the nursing care hanging wrist R is lowered and stopped at a predetermined position above the person requiring care. Next, the surface fasteners 14, 22 are released, and the pair of hanging belts 20a, 20b are removed from the side edges 10c, 10d of the seat body 10 and hung over the hanger R1 of the nursing care hanging wrist R.

At this time, as shown by the arrow direction in Figure 9, the suspension belt 20 hung around the hanger R1 is slidable, and the suspension belt 20 is slid to adjust the center of gravity balance of the person requiring care.

Then, when the center of gravity balance of the person requiring care reaches a stable position, the stopper (adjuster) 21 is moved to abut against the hanger R1, thereby restricting further movement of the suspension belt 20.

Next, the head support 30 is attached to the suspension belt 20 so as to be placed over the head of the person requiring care. This provides stable support for the person requiring care from the upper limbs to the thighs within the seat body 10, and also supports the head of the person requiring care by the head support 30.

Thereafter, the seat body 10 is raised via the suspension belts 20 (20a, 20b) by the nursing suspension lift R, and the person requiring care is moved to a desired location, such as a bathroom.

Thus, according to the present invention, the suspension belt 20 is made slidable while hung across the hanger R1 of the nursing suspension lift R, allowing freedom in adjusting the center of gravity balance of the person requiring care, making it easier to adjust the center of gravity balance of the person requiring care, and as a result, reducing the physical and mental burden on the person requiring care.

In addition, the nursing care sling sheet 1a of the present invention and the nursing care pajamas P worn by the person requiring care are engaged via a specified engaging means (engagement cord 13, loop Pr), thereby preventing accidents such as the person requiring care accidentally falling off the sheet body 10.

In this case, the nursing pajamas P are not completely fixed to the sheet body 10 by the fastening cord 13 and are therefore able to move to a certain extent (see Figure 7), so that the nursing pajamas P will not become distorted or cramped as the nursing sling sheet 1a moves, and the person requiring care will not feel uncomfortable.

In the above first embodiment, the fastening means between the seat body 10 and the suspension belt 20 is described as hook-and-loop fasteners 14, 22, but this is not limited to this and any means capable of fastening the suspension belt 20 to both side edge portions 10e of the seat body 10 may be used, for example, buttons with a concave-convex fit.

In addition, in the above first embodiment, the locking means between the nursing sling sheet 1a and the nursing pajamas P is described as being composed of the locking cord 13 and the loop Pr, but it is sufficient if it can lock the nursing pajamas P on the sheet body 10 with a certain degree of play. For example, the locking cord may be replaced by a belt with a convex button at the tip, and the loop Rr may be replaced by a concave button that can fit into the convex button, and other suitable options may be selected.

Furthermore, in the above first embodiment, an example was described in which the head support 30 was formed from a pillow-shaped cushion body, but the shape is not limited to a rectangular shape as long as it can support the head of the person in need of care, and it may be a simple sheet body rather than a cushion body.

Next, with reference to Figures 10 to 12, we will explain the nursing sling sheet 1b relating to the second embodiment of the present invention.

In this second embodiment, the suspension belts 20 (20a, 20b) are attached to the back surface 10b of the seat body 10 as shown in FIG. 10, and are pulled out to the front surface 10a when in use. According to this, the suspension belts 20 are arranged on the back surface 10b of the seat body 10 when not in use, so that the suspension belts 20 do not get in the way even when laid on the bed rest surface. However, the suspension belts 20 (20a, 20b) can also be attached to the front surface 10a of the seat body 10 (not shown). In this case, the example was described in which the hook-and-loop fasteners 14, 22 are used as the fastening means between the seat body 10 and the suspension belts 20, but this is not limited to this, and any means that can fasten the suspension belts 20 to both side edge portions 10e on the front surface 10a of the seat body 10 may be used, for example, buttons that fit in a concave-convex manner.

When the suspension belt 20 is attached to the rear surface 10b of the seat body 10, locking portions 41 (41a to 41d) for the suspension belt 20 are provided at the four corners (the left and right corners 11a, 11b on the shoulder side and the left and right corners 12a, 12b on the thigh side) of the rear surface 10b of the seat body 10.

In this example, each fastening portion 41 is formed into a triangular loop shape by folding a tough fabric tape into a mountain shape and sewing both ends to the seat body 10. As another example, the fabric tape may be U-shaped and both ends may be sewn to the seat body 10. In either case, it is sufficient to create a loop that folds from the inside to the outside of the seat body 10 and from the outside to the inside.

On the other hand, hook portions 43 (43a to 43d) that can be hooked onto the engaging portion 41 are provided on both ends of the suspension belt 20 (20a, 20b).

In this example, each hook portion 43 is formed by hooking a tough cloth tape onto the engaging portion 41 and sewing both ends to the ends of the suspension belt 20, but a spring hook (a carabiner-like hook) or the like may also be used for each hook portion 43.

Also, as in the first embodiment described above, the suspension belt 20 and the seat body 10 are provided with surface fasteners 14, 22 for storing the suspension belt 20 along the back side of the side edge portions 10c, 10d of the seat body 10 when the nursing sling seat 1b is not in use (see Figure 3, etc.).

When using this nursing sling sheet 1b, the suspension belt 20 is pulled out from the back surface 10b of the sheet body 10 to the front surface 10a as shown in Figure 12. In response to this, the locking portion 41 is folded back to the outside of the sheet body 10.

The base (junction) of each fastening portion 41 (41a to 41d) is sewn to the seat body 10 at two points, so that the seat body 10 is supported at a total of eight points by the suspension belts 20a, 20b, allowing the person in need of care to be suspended in a more stable position.

In addition, in the first embodiment described above, a stopper (adjuster) 21 is provided on the suspension belt 20 to position the suspension belt 20 relative to the hanger R1 of the nursing suspension lift R, whereas in the second embodiment, a locking marker portion is provided on the suspension belt 20 to indicate a preferred locking position (hooking position) relative to the hanger R1.

Referring particularly to Figure 11, in this example, the suspension belt 20 is provided with three locking markers 231, 232, and 233. These locking markers 231, 232, and 233 are made of a non-slip cloth material and are color-coded.

As an example, in FIG. 11, both ends of the upper locking mark portion 231 are bordered with red thread 231a, both ends of the middle locking mark portion 232 are bordered with yellow thread 232a, and both ends of the lower locking mark portion 233 are bordered with white thread 233a.

With this, when hanging the suspension belt 20 on the hanger R1 of the nursing suspension lift R, the locking positions of one suspension belt 20a and the other suspension belt 20b on the hanger R1 can be easily aligned to the same point by looking at the color of the edging thread, and the holding posture of the seat body 10 can be prevented from becoming unbalanced. The number of locking markers is not limited to three. It may be two, four or more, and the number can be selected arbitrarily.

In addition, Figures 10 to 12 showing this second embodiment do not show the fastening cords 13 for fastening the nursing pajamas P, but in this second embodiment, as in the above-mentioned first embodiment, fastening cords 13 may be provided at each of the left and right corners 11a, 11b on the shoulder side and the left and right corners 12a, 12b on the thigh side of the seat main body 10.

As described above, according to the second embodiment, when not in use, the suspension belt 20 is positioned on the back surface 10b of the seat body 10, so that the suspension belt 20 does not get in the way even when laid on the support surface of a bed.

In addition, loop-shaped fastening portions 41 for the suspension belts 20 are provided at the four corners on the back surface 10b side of the seat body 10, and the seat body 10 is supported at multiple points (eight points), allowing the person in need of care to be moved in a more stable condition.

Furthermore, by color-coding the designated engaging positions on the suspension belts 20a, 20b relative to the hanger R1 of the nursing suspension lift R in an easily identifiable manner, an unbalanced suspension state of the suspension belts 20a, 20b can be prevented, and various other effects are achieved.

Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 13 to 16. The nursing sling sheet 1c according to the third embodiment is provided with a head support portion (head support portion) 110 that supports the back of the head of the person requiring care, integrated into the sheet body 10.

Note that Figure 13, which shows the nursing sling sheet 1c according to this third embodiment, is based on the nursing sling sheet 1b according to the second embodiment shown in Figure 10, but may also be based on the nursing sling sheet 1a according to the first embodiment shown in Figure 1. In other words, this third embodiment is applicable to both the nursing sling sheet 1a of the first embodiment and the nursing sling sheet 1b of the second embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 13, in this third embodiment, in addition to the configurations of the first and second embodiments described above, the seat body 10 further includes a head support portion 110 that is connected above the back support portion 11 and supports the back of the head of the person in need of care.

The upper side of the back support part 11 refers to the part above (opposite the leg support part 12) in Figure 13 from the attachment positions of the locking parts 41 (41a, 41b) provided on both the left and right sides of the upper end of the back support part 11.

The head support part 110 may be an extension of the back support part 11, or may be a separate member integrally sewn or joined to the upper end of the back support part 11. The height of the head support part 110 (the vertical length in FIG. 13) may be determined appropriately as long as it is large enough to support the back of the head of the person requiring care.

A hanging cord (strap) 120 is provided on both the left and right sides of the upper end of the head support portion 110, which can be freely attached and detached to the hanger R1 of the nursing suspension lift R.

Also referring to Figure 14 (a), in this third embodiment, the hanging cord 120 is provided with two hanging cords of different lengths, a first hanging cord 121 which is long and a second hanging cord 122 which is shorter than the first hanging cord 121.

In this embodiment, the first hanging cord 121 is looped by sewing both ends of a ribbon piece to the end of the head support part 110, and the second hanging cord 122 is looped by sewing both ends of a ribbon piece to the inside of the first hanging cord 121, but both the first hanging cord 121 and the second hanging cord 122 may be configured to have, for example, a round ring or the like at the tip of a single ribbon piece that can be hooked onto the hanger 1. As yet another embodiment, a single hanging cord whose length is adjustable, such as a buckle belt, may be provided.

Figures 15(a) and 15(b) show the state in which the care sling sheet 1c is suspended from the hanger R1 of the care mobile lift R when the head support portion 110 provided in this third embodiment is in use.

To achieve this, the suspension belt 20 (20a, 20b) is hooked onto the hanger R1 of the nursing suspension lift R as described in the first and second embodiments above, and then the hanging cord 120 is hooked onto the hanger R1.

In this case, if the longer first hanging cord 121 is selected, the head of the person requiring care can be supported in a more backward tilted position. In contrast, if the shorter second hanging cord 122 is selected, the head of the person requiring care can be supported in a more forward tilted position.

In the above embodiment, the hanging cord 120 is provided in two lengths, the first hanging cord 121 and the second hanging cord 122, but it is possible to provide three or more hanging cords 120 of different lengths as necessary. When the head support part 110 is not used, the hanging cord 120 does not need to be hooked on the hanger R1, as shown in Figures 16(a) and 16(b).

Thus, according to the third embodiment, the seat body 10 is integrally provided with a head support section 110 that supports the back of the head of the person requiring care, and the head support section 110 can be selected to be used or not, so there is no need to prepare a separate pillow-shaped head support section 30 as shown in Figures 8 and 9, for example, as an option.

Now, referring again to Figure 13, according to this third embodiment, the left and right thigh corners of the leg side support part 12 are provided with clips 130 for attaching the leg side support part 12 to a rug or the like (not shown) of a nursing bed.

This prevents the leg support part 12 from shifting when the nursing sling sheet 1c is set on the nursing bed. Clips 130 may also be provided on both the left and right ends of the back support part 11.

Furthermore, according to this third embodiment, as shown in Figure 14 (b), the engagement portions 41c, 41d of the leg side support portion 12 are both formed to be more robust.

That is, in this third embodiment, the engaging portions 41c, 41d of the leg side support portion 12 include a first loop portion 411 and a second loop portion 412 arranged vertically at a predetermined interval, and a handle portion 413 hung between the first loop portion 411 and the second loop portion 412, and the hook portions 43c, 43d on the lower side of the suspension belt 20 are attached to the handle portion 413.

In this way, the locking parts 41c and 41d of the leg support part 12 have two loop parts 411 and 412, so they can withstand a large load and can support the thigh side more stably. In addition, the handle part 413 makes it easy to carry and convenient.

For these reasons, the sling sheet of the present invention can be used when changing or maintaining a position. It can also be used when moving around on a bed. It can also be used in place of a stretcher in an emergency. In addition, mesh fabric can be sewn to the back of the thighs to provide cushioning, and such embodiments are also included in the present invention.

The sling sheet of the present invention is also one size fits all, and can be easily adapted to people of various builds, from children to adults, eliminating the need to select a sling. Furthermore, the suspension belts on the left and right sides can be hung on the lift hanger with a single action, which is another feature of the present invention. These features are also the same for the nursing care sling sheet 1d of the fourth embodiment described below.

Next, a fourth embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 18 to 23. The nursing sling seat 1d of the fourth embodiment is provided with a head support section (head support section) 110 that supports the back of the head of the person requiring care, which is integrated into the seat body 10. That is, the head support section (head support section) 110 is provided above the back support section 11, and below the back support section 11 is provided with the leg support section 12, which are integrally configured.

Figures 18 and 19 showing the nursing sling sheet 1d of the fourth embodiment are based on the sling sheet 1c of the third embodiment shown in Figure 13, and the same components are given the same reference symbols and their explanations may be omitted. Therefore, like the sling sheet 1c of the third embodiment, the locking parts 41c and 41d of the leg support part 12 of this fourth embodiment are also made stronger.

In addition, the locking parts 41c, 41d of the leg side support part 12 in this fourth embodiment include a first loop part 411 and a second loop part 412 arranged vertically with a predetermined interval, and a handle part 413 hung between the first loop part 411 and the second loop part 412, and both end parts 760, 760 arranged at both ends of the suspension belt 20 are movably arranged on the handle part 413. This point will be described further later. Also, both end parts 760, 760 can be replaced with hook parts not shown.

In this way, the locking parts 41c and 41d of the leg support part 12 each have two loop parts 411 and 412, so not only can they withstand a large load, but they can also support the thigh side more stably. In addition, the handle part 413 makes it easy to carry and other convenient.

The nursing sling sheet 1d of the fourth embodiment also has hanging cords 520, 520 that support the head support section 110. The hanging cords 520, 520 are arranged in pairs, i.e., on both the left and right sides of the head support section 110. Therefore, in Fig. 18, the hanging cord 520 arranged on the left side (the right side in Figs. 19 and 20) will be described, and the hanging cord 520 arranged on the right side (the left side in Fig. 19) will be given the same reference symbol and its description may be omitted.

The hanging cord section 520 is fixed to the left side of the head support section (head support section) 110 in a front view with a predetermined gap in the vertical direction, and has a loop-shaped hanging cord loop section 530 and a first hanging cord section 540 that can be detachably attached to the hanging cord loop section 530. The hanging cord loop section 530 provides support at two points, one above and one below, on the left side of the head support section (head support section) 110 in a front view. The same is true for the right side of the head support section (head support section) 110 in a front view.

The first hanging cord portion 540 is formed by sewing together predetermined locations of a single belt-shaped member in a roughly θ-shape, as if in one continuous stroke, and the first hanging cord portion 540 has an inner ring portion 550 having a ring shape, and an outer ring portion 560 having a ring shape and being arranged on the outside of the inner ring portion 550, and sharing a base portion 551 that is part of the inner ring portion 550.

As described above, the first hanging cord portion 540 is detachably attached to the hanging cord loop portion 530. That is, the base portion 551 of the first hanging cord portion 540 is inserted into the hanging cord loop portion 530, and the inner ring portion 550 and the outer ring portion 560 are inserted into the base portion 551, thereby detachably attaching the first hanging cord portion 540 to the hanging cord loop portion 530. By attaching in this manner, the first hanging cord portion 540 can be movably attached to the hanging cord loop portion 530.

In addition, the outer ring portion 560 has a larger diameter than the inner ring portion 550, and when the outer ring portion 560 of the first hanging cord portion 540 is hooked to the hanger R1, the length to the hanger R1 is longer than when the inner ring portion 550 of the first hanging cord portion 540 is hooked to the hanger R1, and the head of the person requiring care can be supported in a more backward tilted state. Although not shown, a member with a larger diameter than the outer ring portion 560 can also be attached as necessary depending on the distance between the first hanging cord portion 540 and the hanger R1.

In addition, in the fourth embodiment of the nursing sling seat 1d, the suspension belts 20 (20a, 20b) are attached to the back surface 10b of the seat body 10, and the four corners (the left and right shoulder corners 11a, 11b and the left and right thigh corners 12a, 12b) of the side edge portions 10e of the seat body 10 are provided with locking portions 41 (41a-41d) for attaching the suspension belts 20 (20a, 20b). As described above, the shoulder side left corner portion 11a and the shoulder side right corner portion 11b are concepts that include not only the side surface portions 10e but also the upper end portion of the back support portion 11. The thigh side left corner portion 12a and the thigh side right corner portion 12b are concepts that include not only the side surface portions 10e but also the lower end portion of the leg support portion 12. Therefore, although not shown, the above-mentioned locking portions 41 (41a to 41d) may be arranged at an angle with respect to both side edges 10e.

The locking parts 41 (41a, 41b) provided on both the left and right sides of the upper end of the back support part 11 (lower U on the head support part (head support part) 110) are loop-shaped, with the upper end 610 arranged in the upward U direction and the lower end 620 arranged in the downward D direction with a predetermined interval. In this way, the first string part 630 is fixed at two points above and below the upper end 610 and the lower end 620 of the back support part 11 with a predetermined interval. In this way, on both the left and right sides of the back support part 11 when viewed from the front, the locking parts 41 (41a, 41b) are connected to two points, the upper end 610 and the lower end 620. The nursing sling sheet 1d of the fourth embodiment also has locking portions 41c, 41d of the leg-side support portion 12. The locking portions 41c, 41d of the leg-side support portion 12 are arranged on both the left and right sides of the leg-side support portion 12, i.e., in pairs. Therefore, in FIG. 20, only the locking portion 41c of the leg-side support portion 12 arranged on the right side will be described, and the description of the locking portion 41d of the leg-side support portion 12 arranged on the left side may be omitted.

The engaging portions 41c, 41d of the leg side support portion 12 have a first loop portion 411 which is loop-shaped and fixed at two positions, one above and one below, with a predetermined distance between them, and a second loop portion 412 which is arranged in the direction D below the first loop portion 411, supports the leg side support portion 12, is loop-shaped, and is fixed at two positions, one above and one below, with a predetermined distance between them.

On the left side of the leg support section 12 as viewed from the front, the first loop section 411 is connected at two locations, and the second loop section 412 is also connected at two locations. Therefore, the left side of the leg support section 12 as viewed from the front is configured to be supported at a total of four locations. The same is true for the right side of the leg support section 12 as viewed from the front. Although not shown, either of the two connected portions of the first loop section 411 may be loop-shaped (hooped) on the front surface 10a or back surface 10b of the seat body 10. The same is true for the second loop section 412 or the locking section 41 (41a, 41b).

The locking portions 41c and 41d of the leg-side support portion 12 have a handle portion 413 that supports the first loop portion 411 and the second loop portion 412. The handle portion 413 has end portions 760, 760 at both ends, and the end portions 760, 760 are annular.

In addition, the first loop portion 411 and the second loop portion 412 are inserted inside the annular end portions 760, 760, and the handle portion 413 is arranged to be movable relative to the first loop portion 411 and the second loop portion 412, respectively.

In addition, the fourth embodiment of the nursing care sling seat 1d has a suspension belt 20 (20a, 20b) for suspending the above-mentioned seat body 10 to the nursing care mobile lift R when suspending the person requiring care from the hanger R1 (see Figures 22 and 23) of the nursing care mobile lift R.

In the fourth embodiment of the nursing sling sheet 1d, the suspension belts 20 (20a, 20b) are arranged on both the left and right sides of the sheet body 10, i.e., in a pair on the left and right. Therefore, for example, the suspension belt 20 (20a) arranged on the left side in Fig. 18 (the right side in Figs. 19 and 20) will be described, and the description of the suspension belt 20 (20b) arranged on the right side (the left side in Fig. 19) may be omitted.

The suspension belt 20 (20a, 20b) has a suspension belt main body 810 for engaging with the hanger R1 (see FIG. 21 in particular) when suspended from the above-mentioned nursing care mobile lift R, and a loop-shaped upper end 850 and a loop-shaped lower end 860 disposed at both ends. The suspension belt main body 810 is formed by sewing together or sewn together two high-strength (tough) belt parts 811 and 812, which are, for example, nylon belts, and in this embodiment, they are sewn together at ten places. That is, the ten locations include end sewn portions 815, 815 arranged in the upper U direction and the lower D direction, first sewn portions 820a, 810a arranged between them and arranged with a gap in the upper U direction and the lower D direction, second sewn portions 820b, 820b arranged with a gap in the upper U direction and the lower D direction, third sewn portions 820c, 820c arranged with a gap in the upper U direction and the lower D direction, a fourth sewn portion 820d arranged in the D direction below that, and a fifth sewn portion 820e arranged in the D direction below that (see FIG. 21 ).

The first sewn portions 820a, 820a are not sewn together, and the belt portions 811, 812 can be separated. Therefore, a first opening 830a is formed between the first sewn portions 820a, 820a, and a red belt-shaped first ribbon 840a is sewn to the surface of the belt portion 811 between the first sewn portions 820a, 820a. That is, since the red belt-shaped first ribbon 840a is sewn to the position corresponding to the first opening 830a, it is easy to identify the position of the first opening 830a in the suspension belt 20 (20a, 20b) by looking at the red belt-shaped first ribbon 840a. However, the coloring of the ribbon is not limited to red, and it is preferable that it can be distinguished from other ribbons described later, and it is sufficient that they are colored in different colors. The first sewn portions 820a, 820a can also be sewn with red thread.

In addition, the belt parts 811 and 812 are not sewn to the second sewn parts 820b and 820b, and can be separated. Therefore, the belt part 811 has a second opening 830b between the second sewn parts 820b and 820b, and a yellow belt-shaped second ribbon 840b is sewn to the surface of the belt part 811 between the second sewn parts 820b and 820b. In other words, since the yellow belt-shaped second ribbon 840b is sewn to a position corresponding to the second opening 830b, it is easy to identify the position of the second opening 830b in the suspension belt 20 (20a, 20b) by looking at the yellow belt-shaped second ribbon 840b. In addition, the second sewn parts 820b and 820b can also be sewn with yellow thread.

The third sewn portions 820c, 820c are not sewn together, and the belt portions 811, 812 can be separated. Therefore, a third opening 830c is formed between the third sewn portions 820c, 820c, and a white belt-like third ribbon 840c is sewn to the surface of the belt portion 811 between the third sewn portions 820c, 820c. The third sewn portions 820c, 820c can also be sewn together with white thread.

That is, since the white belt-like third ribbon 840c is sewn at a position corresponding to the third opening 830c, the position of the third opening 830c in the suspension belt 20 (20a, 20b) can be easily identified by looking at the white belt-like third ribbon 840c. Note that the entire area between the fourth sewn portion 820d and the fifth sewn portion 820e is sewn. Therefore, there is no opening between them.

The back surface of the belt portion 812 between the third sewn portion 820c and the fourth sewn portion 820d is configured to be removably attached to both side edge portions 10e of the seat body 10 by a predetermined attachment means. As shown in Fig. 19, the nursing sling sheet 1d of the fourth embodiment can be made into a flat and compact storage form by overlapping the suspension belts 20 (20a, 20b) with both side edge portions 10e of the seat body 10, and similar to the nursing sling sheet 1a, if it is laid in advance on the bed or wheelchair on which the nursing care recipient is placed, it can be quickly accommodated when the nursing care recipient needs to be moved.

In the fourth embodiment of the nursing sling sheet 1d, the fastening means may be a button portion 813 and a buttoned portion 814 that fit together. It is preferable that one of these is disposed on the back surface of the belt portion 812, and the other is disposed on both side edge portions 10e. Although not shown, a hook surface fastener or a loop surface fastener may be disposed in place of the button portion 813 and the buttoned portion 814.

In the nursing sling sheet 1d of the fourth embodiment, the suspension belts 20 (20a, 20b) are arranged on the back surface 10b of the side edge portions 10e on both sides of the sheet body 10, but they can also be arranged on the front surface 10a (not shown). In this case, the button portion 813 and the buttoned portion 814 that fit together as the above-mentioned fastening means can be appropriately arranged (not shown).

In addition, the caregiver can be suspended in an appropriate posture by hanging the hanger R1 of the nursing suspension lift R on any of the three openings, the first opening 830a, the second opening 830b, and the third opening 830c. As described above, the first ribbon 840a, the second ribbon 840b, and the third ribbon 840c are color-coded to correspond to each opening, so that it is easy to visually confirm the position where the caregiver can be suspended in an appropriate posture according to their physique.

The loop-shaped upper end 850 is formed into a ring shape by inserting a tough cloth tape into the opening 631 formed by the first string portion 630 described above and sewing both ends to the ends of the suspension belt main body portion 810 of the suspension belt 20 (20a, 20b). Although not shown, a spring hook (carabiner-shaped hook) or the like may be used for the loop-shaped upper end 850. With the above configuration, the loop-shaped upper end 850 is arranged movably with respect to the engaging portion 41 (41a, 41b).

The loop-shaped lower end 860 is movably connected to the handle portion 413. Therefore, the suspension belt 20 (20a, 20b) is movably connected to the handle portion 413. Although not shown, a spring hook (carabiner-shaped hook) or the like may be used for the loop-shaped lower end 860.

Figures 22(a) and 22(b) show the state in which the care sling sheet 1d is suspended from the hanger R1 of the care mobile lift R when using the head support portion 110 provided in the fourth embodiment.

To achieve this, the hanging cords 520, 520 are hooked to the hanger R1 of the nursing suspension lift R in a manner similar to that described in the first and second embodiments, and then the suspension belt 20 (20a, 20b) is hooked to the hanger R1. In Figs. 22 and 23, the first opening 830a of the suspension belt 20 (20a, 20b) is shown hooked to the hanger R1. However, it is also preferable to hook it to the second opening 830b or the third opening 830c in order to obtain a posture preferred by the person requiring care. At this time, the first ribbon 840a corresponding to the first opening 830a, the second ribbon 840b corresponding to the second opening 830b, or the third ribbon 840c corresponding to the third opening 830c are used as markers to make it easier to distinguish between the openings. Furthermore, the first sewn portions 820a, 810a, the second sewn portions 820b, 820b, and the third sewn portions 820c, 820c are also colored in the above-mentioned colors, which makes it even easier to distinguish these openings.

In this case, if the longer outer ring 560 is selected, the head of the person requiring care can be supported in a more backward tilted position. In contrast, if the shorter inner ring 550 is selected, the head of the person requiring care can be supported in a more forward tilted position.

The nursing sling sheet 1d of the fourth embodiment has two types (two pieces) of inner and outer rings 550 and 560, but they can be made three or more pieces of different lengths if necessary. When the head support part 110 is not used, the hanging cord parts 520, 520 do not need to be hooked on the hanger R1, as shown in Figures 23(a) and 23(b).

Thus, according to the fourth embodiment of the nursing sling seat 1d, the seat body 10 is integrally provided with a head support section 110 that supports the back of the head of the person requiring care, and the head support section 110 can be selected to be used or not, so there is no need to prepare a separate pillow-shaped head support section 30 as shown in Figures 8 and 9, for example, as an option.
