Claims (14)
- 第1光と第2光を出射する照明モジュールと、
前記照明モジュールの上に配置され、前記第1光及び前記第2光のうち短波長の光を遮断し、長波長の光を透過させるレンズと、を含み、
前記照明モジュールは、
基板と、
前記基板の上に配置され、前記第1光を出射する複数の発光素子と、
前記複数の発光素子を覆いながら前記基板の上に配置される樹脂層と、
前記樹脂層の上に配置され、前記第1光を前記第2光に変換する蛍光体層と、を含み、
前記樹脂層は、前記複数の発光素子を密封し、前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれの上面と側面に接触し、
前記樹脂層は、前記複数の発光素子と前記蛍光体層の間に配置され、
前記第1及び前記第2光は、前記蛍光体層を通じて前記レンズ方向に進み、
前記第2光は、前記レンズを透過し、
前記レンズは、前記蛍光体層の上に配置される第1レンズと、前記第1レンズの上に配置される第2レンズを含み、
前記第1レンズは、インナーレンズであり、前記第2レンズは、アウターレンズである、照明装置。 - 前記レンズは、赤色レンズであり、前記蛍光体層と所定間隔離隔し、
前記蛍光体層は、前記樹脂層の側面に延長され、前記基板の上面と接触する、請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記レンズは、赤色レンズであり、前記レンズの下面は、前記蛍光体層の上面と接触し、
前記蛍光体層は、前記樹脂層の側面に延長され、前記基板の上面と接触する、請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第2レンズは、前記第1レンズと所定間隔離隔して配置される、請求項3に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第2レンズの下面は、前記第1レンズの上面と接触する、請求項3に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1レンズは、赤色レンズであり、
前記第2レンズは、透明レンズである、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記蛍光体層の蛍光体含有量は、前記蛍光体層の重さに対し2%以上10%以下である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記蛍光体層を通過した前記第1光及び前記第2光の光効率は、前記レンズを通過した前記第2光の光効率の170%~210%である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 第1光と第2光を出射する照明モジュールと、
前記照明モジュールの上に配置され、前記第1光及び前記第2光のうち短波長の光を遮断し、長波長の光を透過させるレンズと、を含み、
前記照明モジュールは、
基板と、
前記基板の上に配置され、前記第1光を出射する複数の発光素子と、
前記複数の発光素子を覆いながら前記基板の上に配置される樹脂層と、
前記樹脂層の上に配置され、前記第1光を前記第2光に変換する蛍光体層と、を含み、
前記樹脂層は、前記複数の発光素子を密封し、前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれの上面と側面に接触し、
前記樹脂層は、前記複数の発光素子と前記蛍光体層の間に配置され、
前記第1及び前記第2光は、前記蛍光体層を通じて前記レンズ方向に進み、
前記第2光は、前記レンズを透過し、
前記蛍光体層の蛍光体含有量は、前記蛍光体層の重さに対し2%以上10%以下である、照明装置。 - 照明モジュールと、
前記照明モジュールの上に配置されるレンズと、を含み、
前記照明モジュールは、
基板と、
前記基板の上に配置され、第1光を出射する複数の発光素子と、
前記複数の発光素子を覆いながら前記基板の上に配置される樹脂層と、
前記樹脂層を覆いながら配置される拡散層と、
前記樹脂層及び前記拡散層の間に配置される蛍光体層と、を含み、
前記樹脂層は、前記複数の発光素子を密封し、前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれの上面と側面に接触し、
前記樹脂層は、前記複数の発光素子と前記蛍光体層の間に配置され、
前記蛍光体層は、前記第1光を前記第1光より長波長である第2光に変換し、
前記レンズは、前記第1光を吸収または反射し、前記第2光を透過させ、
前記第2光は、赤色であり、
前記レンズは、赤色レンズを含む、照明装置。 - 前記拡散層は、前記樹脂層の側面及び上面を取り囲んで配置される、請求項10に記載の照明装置。
- 前記蛍光体層は、前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれと垂直方向に重なる領域にそれぞれ配置される、請求項10または11に記載の照明装置。
- 前記樹脂層の厚さは、基板の厚さ及び前記蛍光体層の厚さより厚い、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記発光素子の間の間隔は、前記樹脂層の厚さと同一またはより大きい、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
