Description
ヒートシール可能な板紙であって、
- 第1の面および第2の面を含む板紙基材、
- 板紙基材の第1の面上に配置された第1の分散液コーティング層、および
- 第1の分散液コーティング層上に配置された第2の分散液コーティング層を含み、
第1の分散液コーティング層がラテックスおよび顔料を含み、第2の分散液コーティング層がポリオレフィンを含む、ヒートシール可能な板紙。
いくつかの実施形態では、板紙は以下の特性を有する:
- 5%以上、好ましくは6%以上もしくは7%以上の、ISO1924-2に従う引張強度によって測定された破断点伸び(CD)、および/または
- 10g/m2以下、好ましくは5g/m2以下の、SCAN試験P12:64に従って測定された吸水率(COBB600)。
吸水率は、板紙のコーティングされた第1の面上で、すなわち、それから形成された包装の裏面/内面を形成する面の上で測定される。
ヒートシール可能な板紙を製造する方法であって、
- 第1の面および第2の面を含む板紙基材を提供するステップ、
- 板紙基材の第1の面上に第1の分散液コーティング層を適用するステップ、
- 第1の分散液コーティング層上に第2の分散液コーティング層を適用するステップ、および
- 任意選択で、板紙基材の第2の面上に第3の分散液コーティング層を適用するステップを含み、
第1の分散液コーティング層がラテックスおよび顔料を含み、第2の分散液コーティング層がポリオレフィンを含む、ヒートシール可能な板紙を製造する方法。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態によるヒートシール可能な板紙の概略図である。
図2は、本発明の別の実施形態によるヒートシール可能な板紙の概略図である。
本発明の包装材料を評価するために、ロッドコーターを使用する実験室規模の試験で、本発明に従って製造された包装材料のバリア特性、破断点伸びおよび静摩擦係数を評価する一連の試験を実施した。

ヒートシール可能な板紙であって、
- 第1の面および第2の面を含む板紙基材(1)、
- 板紙基材(1)の第1の面上に配置された第1の分散液コーティング層(2)、および
- 第1の分散液コーティング層(2)上に配置された第2の分散液コーティング層(3)を含み、
第1の分散液コーティング層(2)がラテックスおよび顔料を含み、第2の分散液コーティング層(3)がポリオレフィンを含むことを特徴とする、ヒートシール可能な板紙。

前記ラテックスが、スチレン-アクリラートラテックス、スチレン-ブタジエンラテックス、またはそれらの混合物から選択される、上記項目1に記載の板紙。
[3].
前記第1の分散液コーティング層(2)が、層の乾燥固形分に基づいて30重量%以上から70重量%以下の範囲の量のラテックスを含む、上記項目1または2に記載の板紙。
[4].
前記第1の分散液コーティング層(2)が、層の乾燥固形分に基づいて30重量%以上から70重量%以下の範囲の量、好ましくは60重量%の量の顔料を含む、上記項目1~3のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
[5].
前記顔料が、クレーおよび/またはタルクから選択される、上記項目1~4のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
[6].
前記第2の分散液コーティング層(3)が、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、および/またはポリエチレンとポリプロピレンのコポリマーの群から選択されるポリオレフィンを含む、上記項目1~5のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
[7].
前記第2の分散液コーティング層(3)が、層の乾燥固形分に基づいて90重量%以上から100重量%以下の範囲の量、好ましくは90重量%以上から98重量%以下の範囲の量のポリオレフィンを含む、上記項目1~6のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
[8].
前記第2の分散液コーティング層(3)が、層の乾燥固形分に基づいて0重量%以上から5重量%以下の範囲の量、好ましくは1重量%以上から5重量%以下の範囲の量の共バインダーを含み、この共バインダーが好ましくはラテックスである、上記項目1~7のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。

前記板紙基材(1)が、第2の面上に第3の分散液コーティング層(4)を含み、この第3の分散液コーティング層(4)が、層の乾燥固形分に基づいて50重量%以上から100重量%以下の範囲の量のポリオレフィンを含む、上記項目1~8のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。

前記第3の分散液コーティング層(4)が、層の乾燥固形分に基づいて0重量%以上から50重量%以下の範囲の量で、一緒に存在するラテックスおよび顔料を含む、上記項目11に記載の板紙。

前記板紙基材(1)が、第2の面上に第3の分散液コーティング層(4)を含み、この第3の分散液コーティング層(4)が、層の乾燥固形分に基づいて90重量%以上から100重量%以下の範囲の量のポリオレフィンを含む、上記項目1~8のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。

前記板紙基材(1)が、第2の面上に第3の分散液コーティング層(4)を含み、かつ第3の分散液コーティング層上に第4の分散液コーティング層(5)を含み、この第3の分散液コーティング層(4)がラテックスおよび顔料を含み、この第4の分散液コーティング層(5)がポリオレフィンを含む、上記項目1~8のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。

前記板紙が以下の特性を有する、上記項目1~12のいずれか1項に記載の板紙:
- 5%以上、好ましくは6%以上もしくは7%以上の破断点伸び(CD、ISO1924-2に従う引張強度により測定)、および/または
- 10g/m 2 以下、好ましくは5g/m 2 以下の吸水率(COBB600、SCAN試験P12:64に従って測定)。

ヒートシール可能な板紙を製造する方法であって、
- 第1の面および第2の面を含む板紙基材(1)を提供するステップ、
- 板紙基材(1)の第1の面上に第1の分散液コーティング層(2)を適用するステップ、
- 第1の分散液コーティング層(2)上に第2の分散液コーティング層(3)を適用するステップ、および
- 任意選択で、板紙基材(1)の第2の面上に第3の分散液コーティング層(4)を適用するステップを含み、
第1の分散液コーティング層(2)がラテックスおよび顔料を含み、第2の分散液コーティング層(3)がポリオレフィンを含むことを特徴とする、ヒートシール可能な板紙を製造する方法。

上記項目1~13のいずれか1項に記載のヒートシール可能な板紙を含むか、またはそれから作製された包装。
Claims (14)
- ヒートシール可能な板紙であって、
- 第1の面および第2の面を含む板紙基材(1)、
- 板紙基材(1)の第1の面上に配置された第1の分散液コーティング層(2)、および
- 第1の分散液コーティング層(2)上に配置された第2の分散液コーティング層(3)を含み、
第1の分散液コーティング層(2)がラテックスおよび顔料を含み、第2の分散液コーティング層(3)がポリエチレンとポリプロピレンのコポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、ヒートシール可能な板紙。 - 前記ラテックスが、スチレン-アクリラートラテックス、スチレン-ブタジエンラテックス、またはそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載の板紙。
- 前記第1の分散液コーティング層(2)が、層の乾燥固形分に基づいて30重量%以上から70重量%以下の範囲の量のラテックスを含む、請求項1または2に記載の板紙。
- 前記第1の分散液コーティング層(2)が、層の乾燥固形分に基づいて30重量%以上から70重量%以下の範囲の量の顔料を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
- 前記顔料が、クレーおよび/またはタルクから選択される、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
- 前記第2の分散液コーティング層(3)が、層の乾燥固形分に基づいて90重量%以上から100重量%以下の範囲の量のポリオレフィンを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
- 前記第2の分散液コーティング層(3)が、層の乾燥固形分に基づいて0重量%以上から5重量%以下の範囲の量の共バインダーを含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
- 前記共バインダーがラテックスである、請求項7に記載の板紙。
- 前記板紙基材(1)が、第2の面上に第3の分散液コーティング層(4)を含み、この第3の分散液コーティング層(4)が、層の乾燥固形分に基づいて50重量%以上から100重量%以下の範囲の量のポリオレフィンを含む、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
- 前記第3の分散液コーティング層(4)が、層の乾燥固形分に基づいて0重量%以上から50重量%以下の範囲の量で、一緒に存在するラテックスおよび顔料を含む、請求項9に記載の板紙。
- 前記板紙基材(1)が、第2の面上に第3の分散液コーティング層(4)を含み、この第3の分散液コーティング層(4)が、層の乾燥固形分に基づいて90重量%以上から100重量%以下の範囲の量のポリオレフィンを含む、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
- 前記板紙基材(1)が、第2の面上に第3の分散液コーティング層(4)を含み、かつ第3の分散液コーティング層上に第4の分散液コーティング層(5)を含み、この第3の分散液コーティング層(4)がラテックスおよび顔料を含み、この第4の分散液コーティング層(5)がポリオレフィンを含む、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
- 前記板紙が以下の特性を有する、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の板紙:
- 5%以上の破断点伸び(CD、ISO1924-2に従う引張強度により測定)、および/または
- 10g/m2以下の吸水率(COBB600、SCAN試験P12:64に従って測定)。 - 請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のヒートシール可能な板紙を含むか、またはそれから作製された包装。
