Claims (11)
- ツールホルダー本体と、検知読取装置とを含むツールホルダーであって、
前記ツールホルダー本体が、加工ツールを連結するために用いられ、且つ、それぞれに検知素子が嵌設された複数の内嵌穴が設けられている連結部を含み、前記検知素子は、前記ツールホルダー本体が対応する前記加工ツールの荷重を受けたときに生成される応力とひずみの検知データを力学的に検知し、
前記検知読取装置がハウジング形状であり、前記連結部を被覆し、前記連結部と外部ハウジングとの間に、各前記検知素子に連結されてこれらの前記検知素子の検知データを読み取るための検知読み取りモジュールが設けられており、
前記ハウジングは、前記連結部の外周に被覆され、前記ハウジングと前記連結部との間に検知システムが周設され、前記ハウジングの一側には重り環が設けられ、前記重り環には、重り部材を組み立てるための複数の組立穴が設けられ、重り環から遠い位置には、少なくとも1つの無線伝送ポートが設けられる底蓋が設けられている、
ツールホルダー。 - 前記ツールホルダー本体は、主軸繋ぎ部、把持部及び前記連結部を順番に含み、第1方向に沿って、前記把持部の一端は前記主軸繋ぎ部に連結され、前記把持部の他端は、前記連結部に連結され、これらの内嵌穴には複数の第1内嵌穴及び複数の第2内嵌穴が含まれ、前記連結部の主軸繋ぎ部に近い領域に複数の第1内嵌穴が設けられ、これらの第1内嵌穴は、前記連結部に周設される内嵌穴を少なくともの1層の内嵌穴を形成し、且つ、同じ層にあるこれらの第1内嵌穴は互いに対称的に設置され、前記連結部の前記主軸繋ぎ部から遠い領域には複数の第2内嵌穴が設けられ、これらの第2内嵌穴は、前記連結部に周設される内嵌穴を少なくともの1層の内嵌穴を形成し、且つ、同じ層にあるこれらの第2内嵌穴は互いに対称的に設置され、これらの第1内嵌穴に設置されるこれらの検知素子は、複数の第1センサであり、これらの第2内嵌穴に設置されるこれらの検知素子は複数の第2センサであり、同じ層に設置されるこれらの第1センサは互いに対称的に設置され、同じ層に設置されるこれらの第2センサは互いに対称的に設置される、
請求項1に記載のツールホルダー。 - これらの第1センサは、前記加工ツールの加工時の曲げモーメント荷重及び/又は軸方向力荷重を検知するために用いられ、これらの第2センサは、前記加工ツールの加工時のトルク荷重を検知するために用いられる、
請求項2に記載のツールホルダー。 - これらの第1内嵌穴及びこれらの第2内嵌穴の位置は、前記第1方向に沿って、互いにずれて同一の直線上にはない、
請求項2に記載のツールホルダー。 - これらの第1センサ内にそれぞれ第1圧電素子が設けられ、且つ前記第1圧電素子の圧力受け方向は前記第1方向である、
請求項4に記載のツールホルダー。 - これらの第2センサ内にそれぞれ第2圧電素子が設けられ、前記第2圧電素子の圧力受け方向は、前記第1方向と45度になるように偏る、
請求項5に記載のツールホルダー。 - これらの検知素子は圧電センサである、
請求項1又は2に記載のツールホルダー。 - これらの検知素子は、前記加工ツールに対する曲げモーメント荷重及びトルク荷重に対してそれぞれ検知を行うために用いられ、各々の曲げモーメント及びトルクの検知のために、それぞれ2つの対称的な内嵌位置にこれらの検知素子を設置する、
請求項1に記載のツールホルダー。 - 前記検知システムには、前記検知読み取りモジュール、マイクロコントローラ、無線伝送モジュール、降圧モジュール、電源モジュールが少なくとも含まれ、前記マイクロコントローラは、前記検知読み取りモジュールが読み取った検知データに対して信号処理を行うために用いられ、前記無線伝送モジュールは、前記マイクロコントローラに連結され、前記マイクロコントローラが処理した後の信号を暗号化して外部の監視装置に送信するために用いられる、
請求項1に記載のツールホルダー。 - 前記重り環の外周には、複数の前記組立穴が等間隔で環状に設けられている、
