Description
Claims (26)
- 硬膜/クモ膜組織層および軟膜に囲まれたクモ膜下腔への外科的アクセスを提供するための装置であって、
少なくとも1つの管腔を有する作業チューブと、
前記管腔の一端における吸引ポートであって、前記吸引ポートの前に位置決めされた前記クモ膜組織層を吸引するように構成された吸引ポートと、
前記管腔内の磁場の影響を受けて移動する組織穿刺デバイスであって、前記管腔の前記一端において前記クモ膜組織層を穿刺して、前記クモ膜下腔へのアクセスを提供するように構成された組織穿刺デバイスと、
前記磁場を制御することによって、前記組織穿刺デバイスを移動させるように適合された磁場変調器と、を備える、装置。 - 前記作業チューブ内にイメージングポートをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記イメージングポートが、超音波イメージングのための超音波トランスデューサを収容する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記管腔内に、ドップラー効果を使用して前記組織穿刺デバイスの速度を評価するように構成された超音波トランスデューサをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記管腔内に、前記クモ膜組織および周囲の組織を通る音速の測定値に応答して、前記吸引ポートの前方の組織の柔軟性を評価するように構成された超音波トランスデューサをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。

- 前記組織穿刺デバイスが、長手方向軸に沿って延びる本体を含み、前記本体が、中空のコア、遠位端部、および近位端部を含み、前記遠位端部が、先端部を含み、前記先端部が、任意選択で、その最遠位端部において閉鎖している遠位領域で終止する直径の狭窄によって特徴付けられた肩部領域を含み、前記最遠位端部が、両側上に2つの平坦な平面を含み、前記遠位領域が、そこを通って流体または物体が出入りすることを可能にするように構成された側方ポートを含む、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
