Claims (12)
- バッテリーセルのセル電圧を測定する電圧検出器と、
所定の期間にわたってサンプリング時間毎に測定された前記セル電圧を示す複数の電圧値の時系列である基準電圧カーブに第1時間長さのムービングウィンドウを適用して、複数のサブ電圧カーブを決定する制御回路と、を含み、
前記制御回路は、各サブ電圧カーブに対し、前記第1時間長さの第1平均フィルタを用いて前記サブ電圧カーブの長期平均電圧値を決定し、前記第1時間長さよりも短い第2時間長さの第2平均フィルタを用いて前記サブ電圧カーブの短期平均電圧値を決定し、各サブ電圧カーブの前記長期平均電圧値及び前記短期平均電圧値の一方から他方を引いて、前記サブ電圧カーブに関連した電圧偏差を決定し、
前記制御回路は、前記複数のサブ電圧カーブに対して決定された複数の前記電圧偏差のそれぞれを第1臨界偏差及び第2臨界偏差の少なくとも一つと比較し、前記バッテリーセルの異常を判断する、バッテリー診断装置。 - 前記第1臨界偏差は正の数であり、
前記第2臨界偏差は前記第1臨界偏差と絶対値が等しい負の数である、請求項1に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記複数のサブ電圧カーブのうちの所定個数以上のサブ電圧カーブの前記電圧偏差が、前記第1臨界偏差よりも大きいかまたは前記第2臨界偏差よりも小さい場合、前記バッテリーセルが異常であると判断する、請求項1に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記複数のサブ電圧カーブに対して決定された前記複数の電圧偏差のうちのいずれか二つの電圧偏差が第1条件、第2条件及び第3条件を満たす場合、前記バッテリーセルが異常であると判断し、
前記第1条件は、前記二つの電圧偏差の一方が前記第1臨界偏差以上である場合に満たされ、
前記第2条件は、前記二つの電圧偏差の他方が前記第2臨界偏差以下である場合に満たされ、
前記第3条件は、前記二つの電圧偏差の間の時間間隔が臨界時間以下である場合に満たされる、請求項1に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記バッテリーセルを通じて流れるバッテリー電流を測定する電流検出器をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリー診断装置。
- 前記制御回路は、
前記所定の期間にわたって前記サンプリング時間毎に測定された前記バッテリー電流を示す複数の電流値の時系列である基準電流カーブに対して前記ムービングウィンドウを適用して複数のサブ電流カーブを決定し、
前記複数のサブ電流カーブは、前記複数のサブ電圧カーブに一対一で対応する、請求項5に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御回路は、各サブ電流カーブに対し、
前記サブ電流カーブの最大電流値と最小電流値との差である電流変化量を決定し、
前記電流変化量が臨界変化量未満であることを条件にして、前記サブ電流カーブに関連した前記サブ電圧カーブの前記長期平均電圧値及び前記短期平均電圧値を決定する、請求項6に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 請求項1から7のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー診断装置を含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項8に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、電気車両。
- 所定の期間にわたってサンプリング時間毎にバッテリーセルのセル電圧を測定し、前記セル電圧を示す複数の電圧値の時系列である基準電圧カーブに第1時間長さのムービングウィンドウを適用して複数のサブ電圧カーブを決定する段階と、
前記複数のサブ電圧カーブの各サブ電圧カーブに対し、前記第1時間長さの第1平均フィルタを用いて前記サブ電圧カーブの長期平均電圧値を決定し、前記第1時間長さよりも短い第2時間長さの第2平均フィルタを用いて前記サブ電圧カーブの短期平均電圧値を決定し、各サブ電圧カーブの前記長期平均電圧値及び前記短期平均電圧値の一方から他方を引いて前記サブ電圧カーブに関連した電圧偏差を決定する段階と、
前記複数のサブ電圧カーブに対して決定された複数の前記電圧偏差のそれぞれを第1臨界偏差及び第2臨界偏差の少なくとも一つと比較して前記バッテリーセルの異常を判断する段階と、を含む、バッテリー診断方法。 - 前記バッテリーセルの異常を判断する段階は、
前記複数のサブ電圧カーブのうちの所定個数以上のサブ電圧カーブの前記電圧偏差が、前記第1臨界偏差よりも大きいかまたは前記第2臨界偏差よりも小さい場合、前記バッテリーセルが異常であると判断する段階である、請求項10に記載のバッテリー診断方法。 - 前記バッテリーセルの異常を判断する段階は、
前記複数のサブ電圧カーブに対して決定された前記複数の電圧偏差のうちのいずれか二つの電圧偏差が第1条件、第2条件及び第3条件を満たす場合、前記バッテリーセルが異常であると判断する段階であり、
前記第1条件は、前記二つの電圧偏差の一方が前記第1臨界偏差以上である場合に満たされ、
前記第2条件は、前記二つの電圧偏差の他方が前記第2臨界偏差以下である場合に満たされ、
前記第3条件は、前記二つの電圧偏差の間の時間間隔が臨界時間以下である場合に満たされる、請求項10または11に記載のバッテリー診断方法。
