本発明は、パウチからガスを除去するデガッシング方法を第1実施形態として提供する。

Claims (11)
- 電極組立体が搭載され電解液が注入される本体部および前記本体部から一側に延びたガスポケット部を有するパウチのデガッシング装置であって、
前記本体部の底面が上に配置される下型と、
前記下型の上に配置された前記本体部の上面を下降して加圧する上型と、
前記下型と前記上型が前記本体部を加圧する時に、前記ガスポケット部に浸透してガスを吸気するガス吸入器とを含み、
前記下型または前記上型の少なくともいずれか一つ以上は冷却部材によって冷却され、前記本体部に当接する時に、前記本体部内に注入された前記電解液の冷却が行われ、
前記ガス吸入器は、前記電解液の温度が予め定められた基準以上に冷却された後、ガスを吸気する、デガッシング装置。 - 前記冷却部材は、電流が印加されると冷却が行われるペルチェ素子を含む、請求項1に記載のデガッシング装置。
- 前記ペルチェ素子は、前記本体部と当接する前記上型の表面または前記下型の表面を他の部分よりも迅速に冷却するように前記上型または前記下型に設置される、請求項2に記載のデガッシング装置。
- 前記ペルチェ素子は、前記下型に設置されるか、前記上型と前記下型の両方に設置される、請求項3に記載のデガッシング装置。
- 前記下型で設置された前記ペルチェ素子は、前記パウチが載置された時に、他の地点よりも前記本体部と前記ガスポケット部との境界地点でより密集して設置される、請求項4に記載のデガッシング装置。
- 前記冷却部材は、冷却の前に前記電解液の粘度が「X」である時に、冷却後の前記電解液の粘度が「1.5X」以上になるまで前記電解液を冷却する、請求項1に記載のデガッシング装置。
- 前記冷却の前に前記電解液の温度は20度~30度であり、前記冷却部材によって冷却した後の前記電解液の温度は0度~15度である、請求項4に記載のデガッシング装置。
- 電極組立体が搭載され電解液が注入される本体部および前記本体部から一側に延びたガスポケット部を有するパウチのデガッシング方法であって、
下型の上に本体部を載置するパウチ載置ステップと、
上型が下降して、前記下型の上に配置された前記本体部を加圧する加圧ステップと、
ガス吸入器がガスポケット部に浸透して、ガスを吸気する吸気ステップとを含み、
前記吸気ステップが開始される前に、前記本体部を冷却する冷却ステップが行われ、
前記電解液が予め定められた温度以下に冷却された後、前記吸気ステップが開始される、デガッシング方法。 - 前記冷却ステップは、前記パウチ載置ステップの後、前記加圧ステップの前に開始される、請求項8に記載のデガッシング方法。
- 前記冷却ステップと前記加圧ステップが行われる間に吸気ステップが開始される、請求項9に記載のデガッシング方法。
- 前記冷却ステップでは、前記本体部と前記ガスポケット部の連結地点を他の地点よりも迅速に冷却する、請求項9または請求項10に記載のデガッシング方法。
