Description
- 内部空間を包囲し、かつ好ましくは二つ以上のハウジング部品から構成されるハウジング、及び
- 内部空間に配置され、かつ少なくとも二つの電極及び少なくとも一つのセパレーターから形成される複合体。
(a)データが、電気化学セルの明確な識別を可能にする、
(b)データが、電気化学セルの製造に使用された機械への電気化学セルの割り当てを可能にする、
(c)データが、電気化学セルの構成要素について、特に複合体及び/又は少なくとも二つの電極についての情報を含む。
(a)複合体が、円筒形巻線であり、その中で少なくとも二つの電極及び少なくとも一つのセパレーターが、テープ形状であり、かつ螺旋巻きされている、
(b)複合体が、軸方向空洞を含む、
(c)RFIDトランスポンダーが、軸方向空洞に配置されている、
(d)RFIDトランスポンダーが、巻芯の形態又は巻芯の一部である。
(a)複合体が、円筒形巻線であり、その中で少なくとも二つの電極及び少なくとも一つのセパレーターが、テープ形状であり、かつ螺旋巻きされている、
(b)RFIDトランスポンダーが、接着ストリップに一体化されるか、又は接着ストリップの上に配置され、その接着ストリップが、外面の上で巻線に接着される、
(c)巻線が、接着ストリップによって一緒に保持される。

(c)RFIDトランスポンダーが、円形底と電気絶縁層の間又は円周側方ハウジング面と電気絶縁層の間に配置されるか、又は電気絶縁層に一体化される。

- エネルギーを貯蔵できる電気化学セル(100)であって、
電気化学セル(100)が、
- 内部空間を包囲するハウジング(101)、及び
- 内部空間に配置されかつ少なくとも二つの電極及び少なくとも一つのセパレーターから形成される複合体(102)
を含み、
電気化学セル(100)が、RFIDトランスポンダー(103)を備え、そのメモリーが、電気化学セル(100)についてのデータを含み、複合体(102)が、円筒形巻線であり、その中で少なくとも二つの電極及び少なくとも一つのセパレーターが、テープ形状であり、かつ螺旋巻きされており、複合体(102)が、軸方向空洞(104)を含み、RFIDトランスポンダー(103)が、軸方向空洞(104)に配置されており、RFIDトランスポンダー(103)が、巻芯の形態又は巻芯の一部であり、RFIDトランスポンダー(103)が、アンテナ及び電子回路を含み、電子回路がデータメモリーを含み、アンテナ及び電子回路が1ミリメートル以下の厚さの軟質の箔の上に配置されており、RFIDトランスポンダー(103)が、巻き上げられている、電気化学セル。 - 以下の追加の特徴の少なくとも一つを有する、請求項1に記載の電気化学セル:
(a)データが、電気化学セルの明確な識別を可能にする、
(b)データが、電気化学セルの製造に使用された機械への電気化学セルの割り当てを可能にする、
(c)データが、電気化学セル(100)の構成要素について、特に複合体(102)及び/又は少なくとも二つの電極についての情報を含む。 - エネルギーを貯蔵できる電気化学セル(100)を製造するための方法であって、
電気化学セル(100)が、
- 内部空間を包囲するハウジング(101)、及び
- 内部空間に配置されかつ少なくとも二つの電極及び少なくとも一つのセパレーターから形成される複合体(102)
を含み、
電気化学セル(100)が、製造時にRFIDトランスポンダー(103)を備え、そのメモリーが、電気化学セル(100)についてのデータを含み、少なくとも二つの電極及び少なくとも一つのセパレーターが、テープ形状であり、RFIDトランスポンダー(103)が、アンテナ及び電子回路を含み、電子回路がデータメモリーを含み、アンテナ及び電子回路が1ミリメートル以下の厚さの軟質の箔の上に配置されており、RFIDトランスポンダー(103)が、巻き上げられている場合において、方法が、
RFIDトランスポンダー(103)を、巻芯の形態又は巻芯の一部として与えること、及び
少なくとも二つの電極及び少なくとも一つのセパレーターを巻芯の上に螺旋巻きして複合体(102)を形成させ、RFIDトランスポンダー(103)が軸方向空洞(104)に配置された円筒形巻線を与えること
を含む、方法。
