The embodiments for implementing the present disclosure will be described with reference to the attached drawings. In each drawing, the same or corresponding parts are given the same reference numerals. Duplicate descriptions of the parts will be appropriately simplified or omitted.

Embodiment 1.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an elevator system to which a position retaining jig for a landing position member according to a first embodiment is applied.

In the elevator system of Figure 1, a hoistway 1 passes through each floor of a building (not shown). A machine room 2 is provided directly above the hoistway 1. Each of the multiple landings 3 is provided on each floor of the building. Each of the multiple landings 3 faces the hoistway 1.

The hoisting machine 4 is provided inside the machine room 2. The main rope 5 is wound around the hoisting machine 4.

The car 6 is provided inside the hoistway 1. The car 6 is suspended from one side of the main ropes 5. The counterweight 7 is provided inside the hoistway 1. The counterweight 7 is suspended from the other side of the main ropes 5.

Although not shown, the guide rail 8 is composed of multiple rails connected by multiple connecting members. The guide rail 8 is fixed inside the elevator shaft 1 by multiple rail brackets 8a. The longitudinal direction of the guide rail 8 is oriented vertically. The guide rail 8 is adjacent to the car 6.

Each of the multiple arm members 9 is attached to the guide rail 8 by an attachment member 9a. The multiple arm members 9 are attached to each of the multiple landings 3. The multiple arm members 9 are attached at positions with different vertical distances from the corresponding landings 3, depending on the arrangement of the multiple connection members of the guide rail 8, the arrangement of the multiple rail brackets 8a, etc. For example, each of the multiple arm members 9 extends horizontally from the guide rail 8 in the opposite direction to each of the multiple landings 3.

The landing position members 10 are provided on each of the arm members 9. Since the vertical distance between the arm member 9 and the corresponding landing 3 differs for each of the arm members 9, the landing position members 10 are provided at different positions relative to the corresponding arm member 9 for each of the landings 3.

The landing device 11 is provided on the upper part of the cage 6. The landing device 11 is arranged at the end of the cage 6 on the guide rail 8 side. The landing device 11 is arranged with respect to the guide rail 8 in the direction in which the multiple arm members 9 extend from the guide rail 8.

The control device 12 is provided in the machine room 2. The control device 12 is electrically connected to the hoisting machine 4 and the landing device 11 by wire or wirelessly.

The control device 12 sends a drive command to the hoist 4. The hoist 4 rotates based on the command from the control device 12. The main rope 5 moves following the rotation of the hoist 4. The car 6 and counterweight 7 rise and fall in opposite directions following the movement of the main rope 5. The car 6 is guided by the guide rail 8 as it rises and falls. The car 6 stops at the landing 3 at the landing position of the desired floor.

When the car 6 approaches the landing position of the destination hall 3, the landing device 11 approaches the landing position member 10 corresponding to that hall 3. In this case, the landing device 11 detects the relative position of the car 6 with respect to that landing position member 10. The landing device 11 transmits information on the relative position of the car 6 with respect to that landing position member 10 to the control device 12. The control device 12 uses the information on the relative position of the car 6 with respect to that landing position member 10 to control the hoist 4 so that the position of the car 6 is the landing position of that hall 3. As a result, the car 6 arrives at the landing position of that hall 3.

Next, a method for the landing device 11 to detect the relative position of the car 6 with respect to the landing position member 10 will be described with reference to Figs.
Fig. 2 is a top view of an arm member, a landing position member, and a landing device of an elevator system to which the position retention jig of the landing position member in embodiment 1 is applied. Fig. 3 is a side view of an arm member, a landing position member, and a landing device of an elevator system to which the position retention jig of the landing position member in embodiment 1 is applied.

Figure 2 shows the arm member 9, landing position member 10 and landing device 11 when the cage 6 approaches the landing position at the platform 3.

The landing position member 10 is a plate material. The landing position member 10 comprises an attachment plate 13, a reference plate 14, and a center line 15.

The mounting plate 13 is attached to the surface of the arm member 9 facing inward toward the elevator shaft 1.

The reference plate 14 extends vertically from the end of the mounting plate 13 in the direction opposite to the arm member 9.

The center line 15 is provided along the horizontal direction on the surface of the reference plate 14. The center line 15 is provided at the center position of the reference plate 14 in the longitudinal direction.

The landing device 11 includes a plurality of detectors 16. The plurality of detectors 16 are arranged vertically. FIG. 2 shows one of the plurality of detectors 16. Each of the plurality of detectors 16 includes a base 16a, a detection portion 16b, and a detection portion 16c. The base 16a is provided so as to protrude from the cage 6 toward the guide rail 8 on the horizontal projection plane. The detection portion 16b extends vertically from one end of the base 16a in the horizontal direction to the opposite side to the cage 6. The detection portion 16c extends vertically from the other end of the base 16a in the horizontal direction to the opposite side to the cage 6.

Detector 16 generates a magnetic field between detection portion 16b and detection portion 16c.

When the car 6 approaches the landing position of the landing hall 3, the detector 16 of the landing device 11 faces the landing position member 10 corresponding to the landing hall 3. The end of the reference plate 14 on the side of the landing device 11 is located between the detection units 16b and 16c. The reference plate 14 changes the magnetic field between the detection units 16b and 16c. The landing device 11 detects the relative position of the reference plate 14 with respect to the landing device 11 by detecting the change in the magnetic field. The landing device 11 detects the relative position of the car 6 with respect to the landing position member 10 based on the relative position of the reference plate 14 with respect to the landing device 11.

As shown in Figure 3, when the car 6 stops at the landing position of the platform 3, the upper end of the reference plate 14 is located between the detection units 16b and 16c of the detector 16 arranged at the top of the landing device 11. The lower end of the reference plate 14 is located between the detection units 16b and 16c of the detector 16 arranged at the bottom of the landing device 11. The center line 15 of the reference plate 14 is located between the detection units 16b and 16c of the detector 16 arranged at the middle of the landing device 11.

Next, a method for replacing the landing position member 10 will be described with reference to Figures 4 to 6. For example, in the method for replacing the landing position member 10, a fixing step, a detaching step, and an attaching step are performed.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram showing a fixing step of a method for replacing a landing position member to which a position-retaining jig for a landing position member according to embodiment 1 is applied. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram showing a removal step of a method for replacing a landing position member to which a position-retaining jig for a landing position member according to embodiment 1 is applied. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing an attachment step of a method for replacing a landing position member to which a position-retaining jig for a landing position member according to embodiment 1 is applied.

In FIG. 4, the old landing position member 10a is the landing position member 10 before replacement. The old landing position member 10a has a center line 15a.

The position holding jig 20 comprises a main body member 21 which is the main body portion and an indicator member 22 which is the indicator portion.

For example, the main body member 21 is a steel plate. The main body member 21 has a contact surface 21a. The contact surface 21a is a side surface of the main body member 21.

The indicator member 22 is a magnetic plate. For example, the shape of the indicator member 22 is an arrow. The indicator member 22 can be fixed to the surface of the main body member 21 by magnetic force. The indicator member 22 has an indicator point 22a. For example, the indicator point 22a is the tip of an arrow. However, the indicator member 22 may have any shape as long as it has an indicator point 22a.

In the fixing process, the main body member 21 is positioned so that the contact surface 21a is in contact with the old landing position member 10a without any gap. The main body member 21 is fixed to the surface of the arm member 9 to which the old landing position member 10a is attached at that position.

Then, on the surface opposite to the surface to which the arm member 9 is attached, the indication point 22a of the indication member 22 is aligned so as to be at the same height in the vertical direction as the center line 15a, which is the reference line of the old landing position member 10a. The indication member 22 is fixed to the main body member 21 by being affixed to the main body member 21 at that position.

Then, a removal process is performed. As shown in FIG. 5, in the removal process, the old landing position member 10a is removed from the arm member 9.

Then, the installation process is carried out. In FIG. 6, the new landing position member 10b is the replaced landing position member 10. The new landing position member 10b has a center line 15b.

In the attachment process, the new landing position member 10b is positioned so that it abuts without any gaps with the contact surface 21a of the main body member 21 on the surface to which the main body member 21 of the position retaining jig 20 on the arm member 9 is fixed. At this time, the center line 15b, which is the reference line, of the new landing position member 10b is positioned so that it is at the same height in the vertical direction as the indication point 22a of the indication member 22. The new landing position member 10b is attached to that position.

The position holding jig 20 is then removed from the arm member 9.

Next, the main part of the position retaining jig 20 will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a position retaining jig for the landing position member in the first embodiment.

As shown in Fig. 7, the position-retaining jig 20 includes a fixing portion 23. The fixing portion 23 includes a horizontal plate 24, a vertical plate 25, a gripping plate 26, and an adjustment tool 27.

The horizontal plate 24 extends vertically from the face of the main body member 21 opposite the face to which the support member 22 is fixed.

The vertical plate 25 extends downwardly from the end opposite the end of the horizontal plate 24 that connects to the main body member 21 so as to be parallel to the main body member 21.

The gripping plate 26 is positioned between the main body member 21 and the vertical plate 25.

For example, the adjustment tool 27 is a male screw. The adjustment tool 27 penetrates the vertical plate 25 vertically toward the main body member 21. The end of the adjustment tool 27 facing the main body member 21 is attached to the gripping plate 26. The adjustment tool 27 is arranged to freely rotate in the rotation direction of the screw relative to the gripping plate 26. The adjustment tool 27 supports the gripping plate 26.

Next, a method for fixing the main body member 21 to the arm member 9 will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 8 is a side view of an arm member to which a position retaining jig for a landing position member is fixed in accordance with the first embodiment.

As shown in Figure 8, the arm member 9 is disposed between the main body member 21 and the gripping plate 26. The adjustment tool 27 is rotated in the screwing direction. When the adjustment tool 27 is rotated in the screwing direction, the adjustment tool 27 moves together with the gripping plate 26 toward the main body member 21 relative to the vertical plate 25. In this case, the main body member 21 and the gripping plate 26 sandwich the arm member 9 horizontally. As a result, the main body member 21 is fixed to the arm member 9.

According to the above-described embodiment 1, the position retaining jig 20 includes a main body and an indicator. When the main body is fixed to the arm member 9, the indicator is located at the same position as the reference line of the old landing position member 10a in the vertical direction. Therefore, the position retaining jig 20 can retain the position of the reference line of the old landing position member 10a in the vertical direction. After the old landing position member 10a is removed, it is possible to grasp the position where the reference line of the old landing position member 10a was located in the vertical direction. As a result, the landing position member can be easily replaced.

The indicator is an indicator member 22. The indicator member 22 is fixed to the main body so that it is in the same position as the reference line of the old landing position member 10a when the main body is fixed to the arm member 9. This makes it easy to align the position of the indicator member 22 with the reference line of the old landing position member 10a.

Furthermore, when the position retaining jig 20 is attached to the arm member 9, it contacts the old landing position member 10a without any gaps. In this case, in the projection plane of the arm member 9 onto the surface to which the old landing position member 10a is attached, the angle between the position retaining jig 20 and the arm member 9 is equal to the angle between the old landing position member 10a and the arm member 9. Therefore, the position retaining jig 20 can retain the angle between the old landing position member 10a and the arm member 9 in the projection plane.

In addition, the angle between the landing position member 10 and the arm member 9 on a vertical projection surface is always the same. In a projection surface in the direction in which the arm member 9 extends from the guide rail 8, the angle between the landing position member 10 and the arm member 9 is always the same. For this reason, when the position retaining jig 20 is attached to the arm member 9, it is sufficient that it contacts the old landing position member 10a at two or more points that are positioned differently in the vertical direction. In this case, the position retaining jig 20 can retain the angle between the old landing position member 10a and the arm member 9 on the projection surface of the arm member 9 onto which the old landing position member 10a is attached.

The method for replacing the landing position member includes a fixing step, a removal step, and an attachment step. Therefore, the new landing position member 10b can be attached to the arm member 9 so that the vertical position of the reference line of the new landing position member 10b is equal to the vertical position of the reference line of the old landing position member 10a in the fixing step. As a result, the landing position member can be easily replaced.

In the fixing process, the position retaining jig 20 is attached to the arm member 9 so as to be in contact with the old landing position member 10a without any gaps. In the attachment process, the new landing position member 10b is attached so as to be in contact with the position retaining jig 20 without any gaps. Therefore, the new landing position member 10b can be attached to the arm member 9 so that the angle between the new landing position member 10b and the arm member 9 is equal to the angle between the old landing position member 10a and the arm member 9 in the projection plane of the arm member 9 onto the surface to which the old landing position member 10a is attached. The position retaining jig 20 may be in contact with the old landing position member 10a at two or more points that are different in position in the vertical direction. The position retaining jig 20 may be in contact with the new landing position member 10b at two or more points that are different in position in the vertical direction.

The method of replacing the position-maintaining jig 20 and the landing position member may also be applied to an elevator in which there is no machine room 2 and the hoist 4 and control device 12 are located at the bottom or top of the elevator shaft 1.

For example, the landing device 11 may use an optical sensor to detect the relative position of the reference plate 14 with respect to the landing device 11.

In addition, in the method of replacing the landing position member, the edge constituting the lower surface of the landing position member 10 or the edge constituting the upper surface of the landing position member 10 may be used as the reference line of the landing position member 10.

Next, a modification of the position retaining jig 20 in the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a modification of the position-retaining jig in the first embodiment.

As shown in Figure 9, the main body member 21 has a long hole 30. The long hole 30 is provided along the longitudinal direction of the main body member 21.

The indicator member 22 includes a bolt 31. The bolt 31 has a threaded portion. The threaded portion of the bolt 31 passes through the indicator member 22. The threaded portion of the bolt 31 is inserted into the inside of the long hole 30. For example, the bolt 31 is fixed to the long hole 30 by a nut (not shown) with the threaded portion inside the long hole 30.

The support member 22 is fixed to the main body member 21 via a long hole 30 and a bolt 31.

As shown in a modified example, the support member 22 may be fixed to the main body member 21 by a tool such as a bolt 31 and a nut.

Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram showing a fixing process of a method for replacing a landing position member to which a position-retaining jig for the landing position member in embodiment 2 is applied. Fig. 11 is a schematic diagram showing an attachment process of a method for replacing a landing position member to which a position-retaining jig for the landing position member in embodiment 2 is applied. Note that parts that are the same as or equivalent to parts in embodiment 1 are given the same reference numerals. Explanation of these parts is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 10, the position holding jig 40 has a main body member 41 and a pointer portion 42 as a main body portion.

For example, main body member 41 has a configuration similar to that of main body member 21 in embodiment 1.

For example, the indication portion 42 is an end portion of the main body member 41. The indication portion 42 has an indication point 42a. For example, the indication point 42a is a corner portion on the lower surface of the indication portion 42. However, for example, the indication point 42a may be a corner portion on the upper surface of the indication portion 42.

In embodiment 2, the method for replacing the landing position member includes a fixing process, a removal process, and an installation process.

In the fixing process, the main body member 41 is positioned so that it is in contact with the old landing position member 10a without any gaps. At this time, the indication point 42a of the main body member 41 is positioned so that it is at the same height in the vertical direction as the center line 15a of the old landing position member 10a. The main body member 41 is fixed to the arm member 9 by a bolt at that position.

After that, although not shown, a removal process is carried out as in embodiment 1.

Then, the installation process is carried out. As shown in Figure 11, in the installation process, the new landing position member 10b is positioned so that there is no gap between the new landing position member 10b and the main body member 41. At this time, the center line 15b of the new landing position member 10b is aligned so that it is at the same height vertically as the indication point 42a. The new landing position member 10b is attached to the arm member 9 at that position.

The position retaining jig 40 is then removed from the arm member 9.

According to the second embodiment described above, the indicator 42 is provided on the main body so that its position relative to the main body does not change. The position retaining jig 40 is fixed to the arm member 9 so that the indicator 42 is in the same position as the reference line of the old landing position member 10a in the vertical direction. Therefore, the position of the reference line of the old landing position member 10a can be retained with a simple configuration.

In addition, the main body member 41 may be fixed to the arm member 9 by a tool such as a C-clamp.

The indication portion 42 may be provided in the middle of the main body member 41. The indication point 42a may be a groove provided in the main body member 41. The indication point 42a may be a protrusion provided in the main body member 41.

As described above, the position-retaining jig and landing position component replacement method disclosed herein can be used to replace landing position components in elevators.
