Description
本発明は、ディスプレイに使用することができるコートフィルムに関するものである。 The present invention relates to a coated film that can be used in displays.
ディスプレイは、使用に伴って、その表面に種々の汚れが付着することがある。ディスプレイの表面が汚れた場合、外観が悪くなるとともに、表示される内容が見難くなってしまう。そのため、ディスプレイの表面に貼付されるフィルムまたはディスプレイの表層を構成するフィルムとして、汚れの付着を抑制する性能や、付着した汚れを容易に拭き取ることができる性能を有したコートフィルムが開発されている。 As displays are used, various types of dirt can accumulate on their surfaces. When the surface of a display becomes dirty, it not only deteriorates its appearance, but also makes it difficult to see the displayed content. For this reason, coated films that have the ability to prevent dirt from accumulating and to allow dirt to be easily wiped off have been developed as films to be attached to the surface of displays or as films that form the surface layer of displays.
Patent Document 1 discloses, as an example of such a coated film, an anti-reflection film in which a transparent substrate, a hard coat layer, and an anti-reflection layer made of a curable resin composition containing a specified fluorine compound are laminated in this order. One of the objectives of the anti-reflection film of Patent Document 1 is to have excellent anti-contamination properties. In this anti-reflection film, the anti-reflection layer is formed using a curable resin composition containing a specified fluorine compound, thereby attempting to achieve excellent anti-contamination properties.
In the examples of Patent Document 1, a line is drawn with an oil pen on the surface of the anti-reflection film facing the anti-reflection layer, and the stain resistance is evaluated based on whether the line can be easily wiped off. Here, an oil pen with ink in which a dye is dissolved in a volatile solvent is used as the oil pen. Therefore, the line drawn on the anti-reflection film is made of dye that remains when the volatile solvent evaporates from the ink, and the examples of Patent Document 1 test whether the dye can be wiped off.
一方、ディスプレイの表面には指が触れることが多いため、当該表面には、上述のような染料が付着することよりも、指から生じた指脂が付着することの方が多い。特に、ディスプレイがタッチパネルである場合には、そのような指脂が非常に高い頻度で付着することとなる。しかしながら、特許文献1に開示される反射防止フィルムは、指脂の拭き取りを容易に行うことができるものではなかった。 On the other hand, because the surface of a display is often touched by fingers, the surface is more likely to be stained with oils from fingers than with dyes such as those described above. In particular, when the display is a touch panel, such oils are likely to adhere to the surface. However, the anti-reflection film disclosed in Patent Document 1 does not allow oils from fingers to be easily wiped off.
本発明は、このような実状に鑑みてなされたものであり、付着した指脂の拭き取り易いコートフィルムを提供することを目的とする。 The present invention was made in consideration of these circumstances, and aims to provide a coating film that is easy to wipe off any oils that may adhere to the fingers.
上記目的を達成するために、第1に本発明は、基材フィルムと、前記基材フィルムの一方の面側に設けられたコート層とからなるコートフィルムであって、前記コート層が、単層であり、前記コート層が、平均粒径が0.5μm以上、8μm以下である微粒子と、平均粒径が5nm以上、100nm以下であり且つ屈折率が1.6以上、3.0以下であるナノ粒子とを含有するコーティング組成物を硬化させてなることを特徴とするコートフィルムを提供する(発明1)。 In order to achieve the above object, first, the present invention provides a coated film comprising a base film and a coating layer provided on one side of the base film, the coating layer being a single layer, the coating layer being formed by curing a coating composition containing fine particles having an average particle size of 0.5 μm or more and 8 μm or less, and nanoparticles having an average particle size of 5 nm or more and 100 nm or less and a refractive index of 1.6 or more and 3.0 or less (Invention 1).
Secondly, the present invention provides a coated film comprising a base film and a coating layer provided on one side of the base film, the coating layer comprising a first coating layer located proximal to the base film and a second coating layer located distal to the base film and having a lower refractive index than the first coating layer, the first coating layer being formed by curing a coating composition containing fine particles having an average particle size of 0.5 μm or more and 8 μm or less (Invention 2).
上記発明(発明1,2)において、前記微粒子が、有機微粒子であることが好ましい(発明3)。 In the above inventions (Inventions 1 and 2), it is preferable that the microparticles are organic microparticles (Invention 3).
第3に本発明は、基材フィルムと、前記基材フィルムの一方の面側に設けられたコート層とを備えたコートフィルムであって、前記コート層が、有機無機ハイブリッド樹脂を含有するコーティング組成物を硬化させてなることを特徴とするコートフィルムを提供する(発明4)。 Thirdly, the present invention provides a coated film comprising a base film and a coating layer provided on one side of the base film, the coating layer being formed by curing a coating composition containing an organic-inorganic hybrid resin (Invention 4).
上記発明(発明4)において、前記有機無機ハイブリッド樹脂は、無機微粒子に、シランカップリング剤を介して、重合性不飽和基を有する有機化合物を結合させてなるものであることが好ましい(発明5)。 In the above invention (Invention 4), it is preferable that the organic-inorganic hybrid resin is made by bonding an organic compound having a polymerizable unsaturated group to inorganic fine particles via a silane coupling agent (Invention 5).
上記発明(発明1~5)において、前記コートフィルムのトータルヘーズ値が、3%以上、60%以下であることが好ましい(発明6)。 In the above inventions (Inventions 1 to 5), it is preferable that the total haze value of the coated film is 3% or more and 60% or less (Invention 6).
上記発明(発明1~6)において、前記コート層が、前記コートフィルムの片側の最外層を構成することが好ましい(発明7)。 In the above inventions (Inventions 1 to 6), it is preferable that the coating layer constitutes the outermost layer on one side of the coated film (Invention 7).
本発明に係るコートフィルムは、付着した指脂が拭き取り易い。 The coated film of the present invention makes it easy to wipe off any oils from your fingers.
以下、本発明の実施形態について説明する。
図1には、第1の実施形態に係るコートフィルム1が開示されている。当該コートフィルム1は、基材フィルム30と、基材フィルム30の一方の面に形成されたコート層10とからなる。
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described.

Finger oil contains various components with different properties, such as moisture, fatty acids, proteins, amino acids, and salt. Therefore, wiping off finger oil is much more difficult than wiping off dyes derived from oil-based pens, as tested in the aforementioned Patent Document 1. However, with the
上述のオレイン酸滑落角の下限値については特に限定されず、例えば、0°超であることが好ましく、特に5°以上であることが好ましく、さらには10°以上であることが好ましい。 The lower limit of the oleic acid sliding angle is not particularly limited, and is preferably, for example, greater than 0°, more preferably 5° or more, and even more preferably 10° or more.
The above-mentioned oleic acid sliding angle refers to the smaller angle between the surface and the horizontal plane when the

The

The average particle size is preferably 8 μm or less, particularly preferably 6 μm or less, and more preferably 3 μm or less. When the average particle size of the fine particles is in the above-mentioned range, the coated film 1 can easily achieve the above-mentioned oleic acid sliding angle. In addition, when the fine particles satisfy the following formula (1),

[Test Example 10] (Evaluation of display visibility)
The substrate film side of the coated film produced in the examples and comparative examples was attached to one side of a transparent glass plate to obtain a laminate of the coated film and the glass plate (thickness: 1.1 mm). The laminate was then laminated on the display of a tablet terminal (manufactured by Apple Inc., product name "iPad (registered trademark)", pixel density: 264 ppi). At this time, the laminate was laminated so that the glass plate side surface of the laminate was in contact with the display. 表2から明らかなように、実施例で製造したコートフィルムは、指脂拭き取り性およびインク拭き取り性に非常に優れていた。 As is clear from Table 2, the coated film produced in the examples had excellent finger grease and ink wiping properties.
In addition, in tests for measuring the water contact angle and oleic acid contact angle, the angles were almost the same for all of the coated films produced in the examples and comparative examples, and in tests for measuring the water sliding angle, the results showed that no water droplets slid off for all of the coated films produced in the examples and comparative examples (Test Example 3). Thus, even if there is no difference in the water contact angle, oleic acid contact angle, and water sliding angle, it was demonstrated that by setting the oleic acid sliding angle within a specified range, a coated film with excellent finger grease wiping properties can be produced.
さらに、実施例で製造したコートフィルムは、耐ギラツキ性、耐白茶け性、耐擦傷性およびディスプレイ視認性にも優れていた。 Furthermore, the coated film produced in the examples also had excellent glare resistance, discoloration resistance, scratch resistance, and display visibility.
