Claims (20)
- 遠心圧縮機用の静止羽根(100)であって、
外面に隣接するガス流を誘導するように構成された前記外面と、
ガス流を受けるように配置され、前縁(102)と、尖った頂点(125)を有する少なくとも1つの突起(120)と、を有するフロント部分(110)と、
後縁(104)と、
を備え、
前記突起(120)が、前記頂点(125)の2つの対向する側面において前記前縁(102)の少なくとも2つの斜め区画(103)を画定し、前記斜め区画(103)が、前記静止羽根(100)のスパン方向に対して斜めであり、前記少なくとも2つの斜め区画(103)が、2つの対向して回転する縦渦(V)を起こすように構成され、
前記前縁(102)の前記頂点(125)が、前記前縁(102)から前記後縁(104)に向かって延びる断面において、鋭い縁を形成し、前記前縁(102)のうち、前記頂点(125)の前記スパン方向の各側の少なくとも一部が、前記前縁(102)から前記後縁(104)に向かって延びる断面において、丸みを帯びた縁を形成する、静止羽根(100)。 - 前記縦渦(V)は、最小値以上最大値以下の直径を有し、前記直径の前記最小値が、式0.1b/Nで求められ、前記直径の前記最大値が、式1.0b/Nで求められ、bが、前記静止羽根(100)の中央スパン方向寸法であり、Nが、縦渦(V)の個数である、請求項1に記載の静止羽根(100)。
- 前記外面が、正圧面(112)及び負圧面(114)で構成され、前記フロント部分(110)が、前記正圧面(112)に隣接する正圧側ガス流と、前記負圧面(114)に隣接する負圧側ガス流とに前記ガス流を分けるように配置され、前記フロント部分(110)が、前記負圧側ガス流にしか前記縦渦(V)を起こさないように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の静止羽根(100)。
- 前記斜め区画(103)が、真っ直であるか又は曲がっている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の静止羽根(100)。
- 平均キャンバーラインを有し、前記突起(120)が順方向(D)に突き出し、前記順方向(D)が、前記平均キャンバーラインの区画(128)の前端における接線に対して-20°以上20°以下の角度を画定し、前記区画(128)が、前記静止羽根(100)の前記フロント部分(110)に位置し、前記静止羽根(100)の前記前縁から始まっている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の静止羽根(100)。
- 前記順方向(D)が、前記平均キャンバーラインの前記区画(128)にほぼ接する、請求項5に記載の静止羽根(100)。
- それぞれ異なる順方向に突き出す複数の前記突起(120)を有し、各々の前記順方向が、前記平均キャンバーラインの区画(128)の前端における接線に対して-20°以上20°以下の角度を画定し、前記区画(128)が、前記静止羽根(100)の前記フロント部分(110)に位置し、前記静止羽根(100)の前記前縁から始まっている、請求項5又は6に記載の静止羽根(100)。
- 前記突起(120)が、最小値以上最大値以下の範囲の前記順方向に沿った延長部を有し、前記延長部の前記最小値が、式0.2b/Mで求められ、前記延長部の前記最大値が、式2.0b/Mで求められ、bは、前記静止羽根(100)の中央スパン方法寸法であり、Mは、前記フロント部分(110)にある尖った突起(120)の個数である、請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載の静止羽根(100)。
- 前記突起(120)が対称又は非対称である、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の静止羽根(100)。
- 前記前縁(102)が、前記突起(120)の前記頂点(125)において60°未満の頂点角を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の静止羽根(100)。
- 前記前縁(102)が、前記突起(120)の前記頂点(125)において50°未満の頂点角を有する、請求項10に記載の静止羽根(100)。
- 前記静止羽根(100)が少なくとも1つの頂点翼と少なくとも1つのトラフ翼との間で縁形状が変化するスパン方向可変翼を形成し、前記頂点翼が、前記突起(120)に位置し、前記突起(120)の前記頂点(125)を画定する尖った前縁(102、102a)を有し、前記トラフ翼が、前記突起の傍らに位置し、前記突起(120)の隣にトラフ(126)を画定する丸い前縁(102、102b)を有する、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の静止羽根(100)。
- 前記前縁(102)のうち、前記頂点(125)を含み前記スパン方向に延びる部分が、前記前縁(102)から前記後縁(104)に向かって延びる断面において、鋭い縁を形成し、前記前縁(102)のうち前記部分を除く他の部分が、前記丸みを帯びた縁を形成する、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の静止羽根(100)。
- 前記前縁(102)の前記頂点(125)が、前記鋭い縁を形成し、前記前縁(102)のうち、前記頂点(125)を除く部分が、前記丸みを帯びた縁を形成する、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の静止羽根(100)。
- 多段遠心圧縮機の戻り流路羽根として使用されるように配置されている、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の静止羽根(100)。
- 遠心圧縮機のディフューザ羽根として使用されるように配置されている、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の静止羽根(100)。
- 少なくとも、請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載の静止羽根(100)を備えるガス処理プラントのための遠心圧縮機(2100)。
- 前記遠心圧縮機が多段であり、複数の圧縮機段(10)を有し、少なくとも1つの圧縮機段(10)がロータ(20)と、ディフューザ(25)と、戻り流路(30)と、を有し、前記遠心圧縮機が、前記少なくとも1つの圧縮機段(10)の前記戻り流路(30)に少なくとも一列の円形配列で配置された、複数の前記静止羽根(100)を備える、請求項17に記載の遠心圧縮機(2100)。
- 前記遠心圧縮機が多段であり、複数の圧縮機段(10)を有し、少なくとも1つの圧縮機段(10)がロータ(20)と、ディフューザ(25)と、戻り流路(30)と、を有し、前記遠心圧縮機が、前記少なくとも1つの圧縮機段(10)の前記ディフューザ(25)に、少なくとも一列の円形配列で配置された、複数の前記静止羽根(100)を備える、請求項17に記載の遠心圧縮機(2100)。
- 前記遠心圧縮機が多段であり、複数の圧縮機段(10)を有し、少なくとも1つの圧縮機段(10)がロータ(20)と、ディフューザ(25)と、戻り流路(30)と、を有し、前記遠心圧縮機が、前記少なくとも1つの圧縮機段(10)の前記ディフューザ(25)に、及び前記戻り流路(30)に、少なくとも一列の円形配列で配置された、複数の前記静止羽根(100)を備える、請求項17に記載の遠心圧縮機(2100)。
