Claims (13)
- 電池のための消防装置であって、
吸気端と排気端とを有する配管であって、前記吸気端は、前記電池の筐体に接続されて、前記電池の熱暴走時に生成された可燃性ガスが前記筐体内から前記吸気端を介して前記配管内に入り、前記排気端を介して前記配管から排出することを可能にするためのものである配管と、
前記配管に接続されるためのものであり、前記電池の熱暴走時に前記配管内に向かって消防ガスを放出するように構成されるガス放出機構とを含み、
ここで、前記配管内にストッパー構造が設けられ、前記ストッパー構造は、前記可燃性ガスと前記消防ガスとを阻止し、流れ方向を変更することによって、前記可燃性ガスと前記消防ガスとが前記配管から排出される前に混合されることを可能にするためのものであり、
前記ストッパー構造は、複数のバッフルを含み、複数の前記バッフルは、前記配管の延在方向に沿って間隔をあけて配置され、前記バッフル上にガスを通過させる開口が設けられるか又は前記バッフルと前記配管の内壁とで囲まれてガスを通過させる開口が形成され、ここで、隣り合う2つの前記開口の前記配管の延在方向における投影は、ずれて設置され、
複数の前記バッフルの中で、少なくとも一対の円弧状プレートが含まれ、前記一対の円弧状プレートの凹面は対向して設置される、消防装置。 - 前記ストッパー構造は、前記配管内の少なくとも一部のガスの流路が蛇行形状となるように構成される、請求項1に記載の消防装置。
- 前記ストッパー構造の前記配管の延在方向における投影は、前記配管のキャビティの前記配管の延在方向における投影をカバーする、請求項2に記載の消防装置。
- 前記ストッパー構造は、中心線が前記配管の中心軸線と重ね合うか又は平行である螺旋羽根を含む、請求項1に記載の消防装置。
- 前記ストッパー構造は、複数の螺旋羽根を含み、複数の前記螺旋羽根は、前記配管の延在方向に沿って配置され、隣り合う2つの前記螺旋羽根の回転方向は、反対である、請求項1に記載の消防装置。
- 前記ガス放出機構は、前記配管に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の消防装置。
- 前記ガス放出機構の取り付け位置は、前記ストッパー構造よりも前記吸気端に近い、請求項6に記載の消防装置。
- 前記ガス放出機構は、前記配管の外部に設けられ、前記配管の壁上に貫通孔が設置され、前記ガス放出機構は、前記貫通孔に接続されて、前記貫通孔から前記配管内に前記消防ガスを放出する、請求項6に記載の消防装置。
- 前記貫通孔の数は、複数個であり、複数の前記貫通孔は、前記配管の延在方向に沿って間隔をあけて配置される、請求項8に記載の消防装置。
- 前記ガス放出機構は、
前記消防ガスであるか又は前記消防ガスを生成することができる消防固体又は消防液体である消防媒体と、
消防媒体を収容するためのものであり、前記貫通孔に接続され、排気穴が設けられたケースと、
前記排気穴を封止するためのものであり、前記電池の熱暴走時に前記排気穴に対する封止を解除することによって、前記消防ガスが前記排気穴を通過して前記配管内に入ることを可能にするように構成される封止材とを含む、請求項8又は9に記載の消防装置。 - 前記消防媒体は、前記消防固体又は前記消防液体であり、前記ガス放出機構は、トリガー部材をさらに含み、前記トリガー部材は、前記電池の熱暴走時に前記消防固体又は前記消防液体をトリガーすることによって、前記消防ガスを生成するためのものであり、前記封止材は、前記ケース内の気圧が第1の閾値に達した時に前記排気穴を開けることによって、前記消防ガスを放出することができるように構成される、請求項10に記載の消防装置。
- 前記消防媒体は、前記消防ガスを生成することができる前記消防液体又は前記消防ガスであり、前記消防液体又は前記消防ガスは、前記ケース内にパッケージングされ、前記封止材が前記排気穴を封止した時に、前記ケース内の圧力は前記配管内の圧力より大きく、前記封止材は弁であり、
前記配管の長さは50~200cmであり、
前記消防装置は、前記排気端にシール接続されて、前記排気端から排出されたガスを収集するためのガス収集装置をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の消防装置。 - 筐体アセンブリであって、
電池セルを収容するための筐体と、
前記筐体の外部に設けられ、前記吸気端が前記筐体に接続された、請求項1に記載の消防装置と、
前記筐体内の気圧又は温度が第2の閾値に達した時に作動することによって、前記筐体内の可燃性ガスが前記吸気端から前記配管に入ることを可能にするように構成される放圧機構とを含む、筐体アセンブリ。
