Description
なお、本願は、特許請求の範囲に記載の発明に関するものであるが、他の態様として以下の構成も包含し得る。
1.
少なくとも一つの貫通開口部(62)を有し、その貫通開口部(62)内に有る液体を気化させるための電気的に加熱可能な加熱体(60)と、
この加熱体(60)を保持するための支持体(4)と、
を備えた、吸引器(10)、特に、電子タバコ製品のための気化装置(1)において、
この気化装置(1)が、シーリング機器(3)を備え、
このシーリング機器(3)が、加熱体(60)と支持体(4)の間に配置されて、前記の少なくとも一つの貫通開口部(62)を密閉して包囲する、
気化装置。

上記1に記載の気化装置(1)において、
前記のシーリング機器(3)が、前記の少なくとも一つの貫通開口部(62)を周囲全体に渡って包囲する気化装置。

上記1又は2に記載の気化装置(1)において、
前記のシーリング機器(3)と接触する表面(101)が、そのシーリング機器(3)の幾何学的形状と一致する、そのシーリング機器(3)を差し込むための切欠き(105)を有する気化装置。

上記1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の気化装置(1)において、
前記のシーリング機器(3)と加熱体(60)が、互いに材料結合形態により連結される気化装置。

上記1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の気化装置(1)において、
前記のシーリング機器(3)が、一つ又は複数のシーリング部品(7,7a,7b)を備える気化装置。

上記1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の気化装置(1)において、
前記のシーリング機器(3)が、前記の加熱体(60)及び/又は支持体(4)よりも柔らかい、特に、より小さい弾性率を有する気化装置。

上記1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の気化装置(1)において、
この気化装置(1)が、前記の支持体(4)と加熱体(60)の間に配置された、それらの加熱体(60)と支持体(4)を熱的に分離するための基板(5)を備える気化装置。

上記1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の気化装置(1)において、
この気化装置(1)が、前記の支持体(4)と加熱体(60)の間に配置されたシーリング支持体(6)を備え、
このシーリング支持体(6)が、少なくとも一つの密閉部品(102,102a,102b)を備える、
気化装置。

上記1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の気化装置(1)において、
前記のシーリング機器(3)が、ラビリンスシール(108)を形成する気化装置。

上記1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の気化装置(1)を備えた消費ユニット(17)。

上記1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の気化装置(1)を備えた吸入器(10)
。

気化装置のための、少なくとも一つの貫通開口部(62)を有し、貫通開口部(62)内に有る液体を気化させるための複数の電気的に加熱可能な加熱体(60)を製造する方法であって、
板形状の半導体材料(103)を準備する工程と、
この半導体材料(103)の面法線の方向に、この半導体材料(103)を通って延びる複数の貫通開口部(62)を作製する工程と、
これらの複数の加熱体(60)を提供するために、少なくとも一つの裁断線(104)に沿って、この半導体材料(103)を裁断する工程と、
を有する方法において、
各貫通開口部(62)が、一つのシーリング部品(7,7a,7b)によって周囲全体を包囲されるように、少なくとも加熱体(60)の数と一致する数のシーリング部品(7,7a,7b)が配置される方法。

上記12に記載の方法において、
前記の半導体材料(103)の裁断前に、前記のシーリング部品(7,7a,7b)が配置される方法。

上記12又は13に記載の方法において、
前記のシーリング部品(7,7a,7b)が液体の状態で配置される方法。

上記12から14までのいずれか一つに記載の方法において、
前記の配置時に、前記のシーリング部品(7,7a,7b)が、前記の半導体材料(103)及び/又は加熱体(60)と材料結合形態により連結される方法。

液体を案内するための少なくとも一つの液体開口部(9)を有する、気化装置用の電気的に加熱可能な加熱体(60)を密閉するための複数のシーリング支持体(6)を製造する方法であって、
板形状の材料を準備する工程と、
この材料の面法線の方向に、この材料を通って延びる複数の液体開口部(9)を作製する工程と、
これらの複数のシーリング支持体(6)を提供するために、少なくとも一つの裁断線に沿って、この材料を裁断する工程と、
各液体開口部(9)が一つの密閉部品(102,102a,102b)によって周囲全体を包囲されるように、少なくともシーリング支持体(6)の数と一致する数の密閉部品(102,102a,102b)を配置する工程と、
を有する方法。

Claims (4)
- 吸引器(10)又は電子タバコ製品のための気化装置のための、少なくとも一つの貫通開口部(62)を有し、貫通開口部(62)内に有る液体を気化させるための複数の電気的に加熱可能な加熱体(60)を製造する方法であって、
板形状の半導体材料(103)を準備する工程と、
この半導体材料(103)の面法線の方向に、この半導体材料(103)を通って延びる複数の貫通開口部(62)を作製する工程と、
これらの複数の加熱体(60)を提供するために、少なくとも一つの裁断線(104)に沿って、この半導体材料(103)を裁断する工程と、
を有する方法において、
各貫通開口部(62)が、一つのシーリング部品(7,7a,7b)によって周囲全体を包囲されるように、少なくとも加熱体(60)の数と一致する数のシーリング部品(7,7a,7b)が配置されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記の半導体材料(103)の裁断前に、前記のシーリング部品(7,7a,7b)が配置されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、
前記のシーリング部品(7,7a,7b)が液体の状態で配置されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の方法において、
前記の配置時に、前記のシーリング部品(7,7a,7b)が、前記の半導体材料(103)及び/又は加熱体(60)と材料結合形態により連結されることを特徴とする方法。
