Description
以下に、出願当初の特許請求の範囲に記載の事項を、付記する。
[1] 船舶であって、少なくとも1つの船体と、前記船舶の前方方向を画定する船首部分と、を備え、前記船首部分が、横方向に所与の湾曲で前記船首部分を少なくとも部分的に横切って延在し、前記横方向に少なくとも1つの湾曲した係合面を有する、少なくとも1つの弾性変形可能なフェンダを備え、前記係合面が、前記前方方向に面し、前記船舶が構造物にドッキングしている間、構造物と係合するように適合されており、
前記フェンダが、前記前方方向から前記横方向に見たときに、少なくとも1つの凹状係合面を備えることを特徴とする、船舶。
[2] 前記凹状係合面の湾曲が、前記湾曲に沿って少なくとも1つの円形セクタを備える、[1]に記載の船舶。
[3] 前記円形セクタが、1メートル超、好ましくは3~10メートル、より好ましい4~8メートル、最も好ましくは5~7メートルの半径を有する、[2]に記載の船舶。
[4] 前記円形セクタの中心が、前記船舶の前方、好ましくは真っ直ぐ前方に位置し、前記船舶の前記前方方向に符合する、[2]に記載の船舶。
[5] 前記弾性変形可能なフェンダと前記少なくとも1つの船体との間に配置された少なくとも1つの塑性変形可能な部材をさらに備える、[1]~[4]のいずれか一項に記載の船舶。
[6] 前記少なくとも1つの塑性変形可能な部材が、前記前方方向に見たときに前記弾性変形可能なフェンダの背面にある窪み内に位置する、[5]に記載の船舶。
[7] 船舶をドッキングさせるための方法であって、[1]~[6]のいずれか一項に記載の船舶が、前記船舶のエンジン出力を使用して構造物に押し付けられる、方法。
[8] 前記構造物が、洋上構造物である、[7]に記載の方法。
[9] 前記洋上構造物が、風力タービンのモノパイルである、[8]に記載の方法。
[10] 洋上風力タービンの基礎のための保護支柱を含まないモノパイルの使用。
[11] モノパイルと、[1]~[6]のいずれか一項に記載の船舶と、を備える、システム。
[12] 前記モノパイルが、保護支柱を含まない、[11]に記載のシステム。
Claims (12)
- 船舶であって、少なくとも1つの船体と、前記船舶の前方方向を画定する船首部分と、を備え、前記船首部分が、横方向に所与の湾曲で前記船首部分を少なくとも部分的に横切って延在し、前記横方向に少なくとも1つの湾曲した係合面を有する、少なくとも1つの弾性変形可能なフェンダを備え、前記係合面が、前記前方方向に面し、前記船舶が構造物にドッキングしている間、構造物と係合するように適合されており、
前記フェンダが、垂直投影で見たときに、少なくとも1つの凹状係合面を備え、前記凹状係合面は前記構造物の上陸用構造を収容するように適合されたいくつかの窪みを備えることを特徴とする、船舶。 - 前記凹状係合面の湾曲が、前記湾曲に沿って少なくとも1つの円形セクタを備える、請求項1に記載の船舶。
- 前記円形セクタが、1メートル超の半径を有する、請求項2に記載の船舶。
- 前記円形セクタが、3~10メートルの半径を有する、請求項3に記載の船舶。
- 前記円形セクタの中心が、前記船舶の前方に位置し、前記船舶の前記前方方向に符合する、請求項2に記載の船舶。
- 前記弾性変形可能なフェンダと前記少なくとも1つの船体との間に配置された少なくとも1つの塑性変形可能な部材をさらに備える、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の船舶。
- 前記少なくとも1つの塑性変形可能な部材が、前記垂直投影で見たときに前記弾性変形可能なフェンダの背面にある窪み内に位置する、請求項6に記載の船舶。
- 船舶をドッキングさせるための方法であって、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の船舶が、前記船舶のエンジン出力を使用して構造物に押し付けられる、方法。
- 前記構造物が、洋上構造物である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記洋上構造物が、風力タービンのモノパイルである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- モノパイルと、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の船舶と、を備える、システム。
- 前記モノパイルが、保護支柱を含まない、請求項11に記載のシステム。
