Claims (14)
- 組織修復システムであって、
組織修復デバイスであって、前記組織修復デバイスが、

前記基部の前記長手方向軸に沿って前記基部に対して移動可能な線形アクチュエータ、
前記基部に対する前記線形アクチュエータの往復の近位および遠位移動によって、前記基部に沿った別々の位置の間で前記基部の前記長手方向軸に沿って、前記基部に対して前記線形アクチュエータによって遠位に移動するように、前記線形アクチュエータと選択的に係合可能なプッシュ機構であって、各往復の近位および遠位移動が、前記基部に沿った前記プッシュ機構の前記別々の位置に比例する別々の位置において、前記線形アクチュエータの構成要素および前記プッシュ機構の構成要素を係合する、プッシュ機構、ならびに
前記基部の前記遠位端に連結され、かつ前記プッシュ機構が前記基部の前記長手方向軸に沿って前記基部に対して遠位に移動するときに前記プッシュ機構の遠位部分が通って遠位に移動する針、を備える、組織修復デバイスと、
前記針の中に予め位置付けられる一組のインプラントおよび縫合糸であって、
組織を修復するために使用される縫合糸を固定するための2つ以上の対のインプラント、および
2つ以上の縫合糸であって、前記縫合糸のうちの1つ以上が、前記2つ以上の対のインプラントの1つ以上のそれぞれの対の間に連結されている、2つ以上の縫合糸と、を備える、一組のインプラントおよび縫合糸と、を備え、
前記縫合糸のうちの1つ以上を一対のインプラントに連結することが、前記縫合糸の近位自由端を引っ張ることにより、前記インプラント間の縫合糸の長さをきつく締めるように、前記縫合糸を両方のインプラントに通すことを含み、
キーパーが、前記基部と前記プッシュ機構との間に連結され、前記基部に対する前記プッシュ機構の遠位移動を可能にするが、前記基部に対する前記プッシュ機構の近位移動を制限し、
前記キーパーが前記基部の近位方向に延在しており、
当該組織修復システムが、それぞれの対のインプラント間に連結された前記2つ以上の縫合糸のうちの1つを、各領域内でそれぞれ取り付けるために、3つ以上の別々の領域を有する、縫合糸管理部材をさらに備え、
前記縫合糸管理部材が、縫合糸が一緒に通り得る外壁に沿ってスロットを有する二重壁チューブである、組織修復システム。 - 前記基部が、前記基部の前記近位端付近に固定されたハンドルを含む、請求項1に記載の組織修復システム。
- 前記線形アクチュエータが、前記ハンドルと前記基部の別の部分との間の空間において前記ハンドルの下で移動可能である、請求項2に記載の組織修復システム。
- 前記基部と前記プッシュ機構との間に連結された前記キーパーが、前記基部の一部である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の組織修復システム。
- 前記キーパーが、横方向に屈曲して、前記基部に対する前記プッシュ機構の遠位移動を可能にするように構成され、前記プッシュ機構の歯と連結して、前記基部に対する前記プッシュ機構の近位移動を制限するように構成されたフックを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の組織修復システム。
- 前記線形アクチュエータが、前記基部に対して遠位にユーザによって押されるように構成された前記線形アクチュエータの中央部分から離れて延在するフランジを有する、請求項1に記載の組織修復システム。
- 前記線形アクチュエータが、前記基部に対して近位にばね付勢されている、請求項1に記載の組織修復システム。
- 前記プッシュ機構が、前記針の中を通り、縫合糸を固定するためにインプラントに接触するようにサイズ決定されたプッシュロッドを、その遠位端に含み、前記プッシュ機構が、前記基部に沿った前記プッシュ機構の前記別々の位置と相関する間隔を有する歯を、その近位端に含み、前記歯が、前記線形アクチュエータのドライバーによって係合されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の組織修復システム。
- 前記歯の一部が、前記基部に連結された前記キーパーを係合するようにも構成されている、請求項8に記載の組織修復システム。
- 前記歯が円錐台状部分を含み、かつ平坦な近位端を有し、前記歯が、前記プッシュ機構の中央シャフトに沿って連続的に位置する、請求項8に記載の組織修復システム。
- 前記線形アクチュエータの前記ドライバーが、前記線形アクチュエータが前記基部に対して近位に移動するとき、横方向に屈曲して、前記プッシュ機構に対する前記ドライバーの近位移動を可能にするように構成され、前記ドライバーが、前記線形アクチュエータが前記基部に対して遠位に移動するとき、前記プッシュ機構の前記歯と係合して、前記プッシュ機構を遠位に移動させる、請求項8に記載の組織修復システム。
- 前記プッシュ機構が、前記基部に対する前記線形アクチュエータの往復の近位および遠位移動によって、前記基部に沿った少なくとも3つの別々の位置へと前記基部の前記長手方向軸に沿って、前記基部に対して前記線形アクチュエータによって遠位に移動するように、前記線形アクチュエータと選択的に係合可能である、請求項1に記載の組織修復システム。
- 前記基部に対してより遠位の別個の位置に前記プッシュ機構を移動させる前記線形アクチュエータの各遠位移動が、前記針の前記遠位端からインプラントを押し出すように、前記プッシュ機構がサイズ決定されている、請求項1に記載の組織修復システム。
- 深さチューブの遠位端が前記基部の前記遠位端により近く、かつ前記基部の前記遠位端からさらに遠く位置付けられることを選択的に可能にするように構成された深さ調整機構によって、前記基部に連結された前記深さチューブをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の組織修復システム。
