Description
複合材料は、2種以上の非混和性材料の巨視的な組合せである。複合材料は、少なくとも、構造の凝集のための連続相を形成するマトリックス材料と、機械的特性のための様々なアーキテクチャを有する補強材料とから構成される。
a)(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(P1)、
b)(メタ)アクリル系モノマー(M1)、および
c)2つの開始剤(Ini1)および(Ini2)
を含み、25℃で10mPa*sと10,000mPa*sとの間の動的粘度を有し、開始剤(Ini1)が放射線の吸収によって活性化され、開始剤(Ini2)が熱によって活性化されることを特徴とする液体組成物。熱可塑性プリプレグの調製のための含浸液が提供される。
a)(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(P1)、
b)(メタ)アクリル系モノマー(M1)
c)2つの開始剤(Ini1)および(Ini2)、
d)繊維材料
を含み、開始剤(Ini1)は放射線の吸収によって活性化され、開始剤(Ini2)は熱によって活性化されることを特徴とする組成物。熱可塑性プリプレグの調製が可能となる。
i)(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(P1)、(メタ)アクリル系モノマー(M1)ならびに少なくとも2つの開始剤(Ini1)および(Ini2)を含む液体組成物LC1を繊維性材料に含浸させる工程、
ii)工程i)で得られた生成物の一部を開始剤(Ini1)を使用することによって重合させる工程を含み、
開始剤(Ini1)が放射線の吸収によって活性化され、開始剤(Ini2)が熱によって活性化されることを特徴とする方法。熱可塑性プリプレグの調製が可能となる。
a)(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(P1)、
b)(メタ)アクリル系モノマー(M1)
c)2つの開始剤(Ini1)および(Ini2)、
d)繊維材料
を含み、開始剤(Ini1)は放射線の吸収によって活性化され、開始剤(Ini2)は熱によって活性化されることを特徴とする組成物PRE1を調製するために、使用できる。
i)(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(P1)、(メタ)アクリル系モノマー(M1)ならびに少なくとも2つの開始剤(Ini1)および(Ini2)を含む液体組成物LC1で繊維材料を含浸する工程、
ii)工程i)で得られた生成物を、開始剤(Ini1)を使用することによって部分的に重合させる工程、
iii)工程ii)において調製された生成物を貯蔵する工程、
iv)開始剤(Ini2)を使用することによって重合を継続する工程、
を含み、開始剤(Ini1)が放射線の吸収によって活性化され、開始剤(Ini2)が熱によって活性化されることを特徴とする方法。熱可塑性複合体の調製が可能となる。
a)(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(P1)、
b)(メタ)アクリル系モノマー(M1)、および
c)2つの開始剤(Ini1)および(Ini2)

ii)工程i)で得られた生成物を開始剤(Ini1)を用いて部分的に重合させる工程
を含み、開始剤(Ini1)が放射線の吸収によって活性化され、開始剤(Ini2)が熱によって活性化されることを特徴とする、方法に関する。
a)(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(P1)、
b)(メタ)アクリル系モノマー(M1)、
c)2つの開始剤(Ini1)および(Ini2)、
d)繊維材料
を含む組成物PRE1を調製するための使用であって、開始剤(Ini1)は放射線の吸収によって活性化され、開始剤(Ini2)は熱によって活性化されることを特徴とする使用に関する。
i)(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(P1)、(メタ)アクリル系モノマー(M1)ならびに少なくとも2つの開始剤(Ini1)および(Ini2)を含む液体組成物LC1で繊維材料を含浸する工程、
ii)工程i)で得られた生成物を、開始剤(Ini1)を使用して部分的に重合させる工程、
iii)工程ii)において調製された生成物を貯蔵する工程
iv)開始剤(Ini2)を使用して重合を継続する工程
を含み、開始剤(Ini1)が放射線の吸収によって活性化され、開始剤(Ini2)が熱によって活性化されることを特徴とする方法に関する。
i)(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(P1)と(メタ)アクリル系モノマー(M1)の混合物を調製する、
ii)前工程で調製した混合物に、開始剤(Ini1)および(Ini2)を一緒にまたは次々に添加する。
i)(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(P1)、(メタ)アクリル系モノマー(M1)および少なくとも2つの開始剤(Ini1)および(Ini2)を含む液体組成LC1を繊維材料に含浸させる、
ii)工程i)で得られた生成物を、開始剤(Ini1)を使用することによって部分的に重合させる、
iii)工程ii)で調製された生成物を貯蔵する、
iv)開始剤(Ini2)を使用することによって重合を継続する工程を含み、
開始剤(Ini1)が放射線の吸収によって活性化され、開始剤(Ini2)が熱によって活性化されることを特徴とする方法に関する。
Claims (18)
- 繊維質基材の含浸並びにプリプレグ及びポリマー複合体の調製に適した液体組成物LC1であって、前記液体組成物は
a)少なくとも70重量%のメチルメタクリレートを含み、100,000g/molを超える重量平均分子量Mwを有する(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(P1)、
b)(メタ)アクリル系モノマー(M1)、並びに
c)2つの開始剤(Ini1)及び(Ini2)を含み、
前記液体組成物は25℃で10mPa*sと10,000mPa*sとの間の動的粘度を有し、開始剤(Ini1)が放射線の吸収によって活性化され、開始剤(Ini2)が熱によって活性化され、液体組成物LC1中の(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(P1)が30重量%以下の割合で存在することを特徴とする、液体組成物。 - 組成物中に共存する2つの開始剤(Ini1)及び(Ini2)の量が、(メタ)アクリル系モノマー(M1)及び(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(P1)の合計に対して0.1phrと15phrとの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液体組成物LC1。
- 開始剤(Ini1)の放射線の吸収が、紫外線、可視光線又は赤外線から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の液体組成物LC1。
- 少なくとも2種の異なるラジカル開始剤(Ini2)が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の液体組成物LC1。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の液体組成物LC1を調製するためのプロセスであって、
i)(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(P1)と(メタ)アクリル系モノマー(M1)との混合物を調製する工程、及び
ii)開始剤(Ini1)と(Ini2)とを一緒に又は次々に、前の工程で調製した混合物に添加する工程
を含むプロセス。 - プリプレグ、熱可塑性部品を製造するための、又は複合部品を製造するための、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の液体組成物LC1、又は請求項5に記載のプロセスによって調製される液体組成物LC1の使用。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の液体組成物LC1、又は請求項5に記載のプロセスによって調製される液体組成物LC1の、繊維又は繊維基材を含浸させるための使用であって、前記繊維又は繊維基材が長繊維からなる、使用。
- 繊維基質を含浸するための含浸プロセスであって、前記繊維基質が長繊維からなり、前記プロセスが請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の液体組成物LC1で繊維基材を含浸するための工程を含む、プロセス。
- プリプレグPRE2及びポリマー複合体の調製に適した組成物PRE1であって、前記組成物は、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の液体組成物及び
繊維材料
を含む、組成物PRE1。 - (メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(P1)、(メタ)アクリル系モノマー(M1)、繊維材料及び少なくとも開始剤(Ini2)を含むプリプレグ組成物PRE2を調製するための方法であって、
i)請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の液体組成物LC1で繊維材料を含浸させる工程、及び
ii)工程i)で得られた生成物を開始剤(Ini1)を用いて部分的に重合させる工程
を含み、
開始剤(Ini1)が放射線の吸収によって活性化され、開始剤(Ini2)が熱によって活性化されることを特徴とする方法。 - (メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(P1)、(メタ)アクリル系モノマー(M1)、繊維材料、並びに少なくとも開始剤(Ini1)及び(Ini2)を含む組成物からポリマー複合体を調製するための方法であって:
i)請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の液体組成物LC1で繊維材料を含浸させる工程、
ii)工程i)で得られた生成物を開始剤(Ini1)を用いて部分的に重合させる工程、
iii)工程ii)で調製した生成物を貯蔵する工程、
iv)開始剤(Ini2)を用いて重合を継続する工程
を含み、
開始剤(Ini1)が放射線の吸収により活性化され、開始剤(Ini2)が熱により活性化されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 工程iii)の貯蔵が、35℃未満の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 重合を継続する工程iv)が、熱圧縮、熱可塑性ポリマーの射出による熱圧縮、中空構造を製造するための連続方法、真空下での圧縮、(メタ)アクリル系表面層を用いた真空下での圧縮、樹脂トランスファー成形、及びフィラメントワインディング、の方法の1つによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 重合を継続する工程iv)が、熱圧縮によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 重合を継続する工程iv)が、真空下での圧縮によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 重合を継続する工程iv)が、フィラメントワインディングによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 自動車用途、防衛用途、船舶用途、鉄道用途、スポーツ、レジャー及びレクリエーション用途、航空及び航空宇宙用途、建設及び土木用途、石油及びガス用途、再生可能エネルギー用途における、請求項11、12又は13から16のいずれか一項に記載のプロセスによって得られるポリマー複合材料の使用。
- 請求項11、12又は13から16のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー複合体を調製するための方法を含む、自動車用途、船舶用途、鉄道用途、スポーツ、航空及び航空宇宙用途、太陽光発電用途、コンピュータ関連用途、建築及び建造用途、電気通信用途、並びに風力エネルギー用途における機械部品を調製するための方法であって、機械部品がポリマー複合体から作られる、方法。
