一方、実験参加者160名(男性80名、女性80名、1グループ16名、1グループ毎に各参加者は、それぞれ上記実施例1~6及び比較例1~11で調製した染毛用組成物を使用、10グループ反復実験)は、上記実施例1~6及び比較例1~11で調製した染毛用組成物を用いて、30日間毎日毛髪を染色し、30日間経過するまでに実験参加者の頭皮の状態を調べたところ、160名の被験者のいずれも、頭皮に皮膚の発赤、かゆみ、炎症などの副作用が全く発生しなかった。
