Claims (13)
- 複数のバッテリーセル及び隣接したバッテリーセル同士の間に介在する冷却フィンを含むセル積層体アセンブリ、前記セル積層体アセンブリの長手方向の一側に結合される前方バスバーフレーム、及び前記セル積層体アセンブリの長手方向の他側に結合される後方バスバーフレームを含むサブモジュールと、
前記サブモジュールを収容するメインハウジング、前記メインハウジングの下側開口部を覆う下部カバー、及び前記メインハウジングの上側開口部を覆う上部カバーを含むモジュールハウジングと、
前記メインハウジングの長手方向の一側を貫通して設けられ、前記サブモジュールの収容空間の内部に絶縁油を供給する絶縁油インレットと、
前記メインハウジングの長手方向の他側を貫通して設けられ、前記サブモジュールの収容空間から絶縁油を外部へと排出する絶縁油アウトレットと、
を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記冷却フィンは、
互いに隣接したバッテリーセル同士の間に介在するボディ接触部と、
前記ボディ接触部の上端及び下端からそれぞれ折り曲げられて前記バッテリーセルのエッジを覆う一対のエッジカバー部と、
を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上部カバーと前記バッテリーセルのエッジとの間、前記下部カバーと前記バッテリーセルのエッジとの間、及び前記バッテリーセルのエッジと前記エッジカバー部との間には、前記絶縁油の流れをガイドする絶縁油流路が形成されている、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記絶縁油インレットから前記モジュールハウジングの内部に流れ込んだ絶縁油は、前記前方バスバーフレームを通って前記絶縁油流路に流れ込む、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記絶縁油流路を通過した絶縁油は、前記後方バスバーフレームを通って前記絶縁油アウトレットから前記モジュールハウジングの外部に排出される、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記セル積層体アセンブリを構成する複数のバッテリーセルと電気的に接続され、一部が前記上部カバーを通ってモジュールハウジングの外側に露出する一対の端子アセンブリをさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記一対の端子アセンブリは、それぞれ、
前記前方バスバーフレーム上に固定され、前記セル積層体アセンブリに設けられた前記バッテリーセルのうち最外郭に位置したバッテリーセルの電極リードと連結される内部端子と、
前記上部カバーを貫通して挿入される端子スペーサと、
前記モジュールハウジングの内側で前記内部端子と連結され、前記端子スペーサを貫通して前記モジュールハウジングの外側に露出する外部端子と、
を含む、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上部カバーは、
前記端子スペーサが挿入されるスペーサ収容溝と、
前記スペーサ収容溝の底面を貫通して形成されたスペーサ挿入孔と、
を備える、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記端子アセンブリは、
前記端子スペーサの周縁と前記スペーサ収容溝の底面との間に介在し、前記外部端子と前記端子スペーサに形成された貫通孔の内側面と前記内部端子とで囲まれた空間に介在する一対のOリングをさらに含む、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記上部カバーを幅方向に横切って前記上部カバーと前記メインハウジングとを結束する上部バインダーと、
前記下部カバーを幅方向に横切って前記下部カバーと前記メインハウジングとを結束する下部バインダーと、
をさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記メインハウジングと前記上部カバーとの締結部位及び前記メインハウジングと前記下部カバーとの締結部位には、シーリングのためのガスケットが介在している、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、自動車。
