Claims (13)
- 第1電極リードを備える第1バッテリーセル、及び第2電極リードを備えて前記第1バッテリーセルと隣接する第2バッテリーセルを含むセル積層体と、
前記第1電極リード及び前記第2電極リードが通過する一対のリード引出スリットを備えるバスバーフレームと、
前記バスバーフレーム上に固定されるバスバーと、を含み、
前記第1電極リードの長手方向の端部と第2電極リードの長手方向の端部とが重畳しないで噛み合った状態で、前記第1電極リードおよび前記第2電極リードが前記バスバーの同一平面上に配置され、前記第1電極リードと第2電極リードとの噛合領域には前記バスバーとの接合のための溶接部が形成される、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1電極リードは、長手方向の端部から延設される複数の第1突出部を備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の第1突出部は、
前記第1電極リードの幅方向に沿って相互に離隔して配置される、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第2電極リードは、長手方向の端部から延設される複数の第2突出部を備える、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。

前記第2電極リードの幅方向に沿って相互に離隔して配置される、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数の第2突出部は、それぞれ、前記複数の第1突出部同士の間毎に形成される空間内に配置される、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記溶接部は、
前記複数の第1突出部及び前記複数の第2突出部上に形成される、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1突出部及び第2突出部の長さは、前記バスバーの幅と対応する、請求項6又は7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記溶接部は、
前記第1突出部及び第2突出部の長手方向の全体にわたって形成される、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーは、
前記一対のリード引出スリット同士の間に配置される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1電極リードの長手方向の端部の表面と前記第2電極リードの長手方向の端部の表面とは同一平面を成す、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
