Claims (11)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体から突出して形成された電極リード、
前記電極リードと電気的に接続されるバスバー、および
前記バスバーが取り付けられるバスバーフレームを含み、
前記バスバーは、挟み部と、前記挟み部を連結して固定する固定部とを含み、
前記電極リードは、前記バスバーの挟み部の間に位置し、
前記バスバーフレームは、開口部と、前記開口部の上側に形成されて前記挟み部の上端が位置するようにする掛かり部と、前記開口部の下側に形成されて前記固定部が位置するようにする下部開放部とを含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記掛かり部は前記開口部の上側に段差を有して形成され、前記挟み部の上端は前記掛かり部の段差に掛かって取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記下部開放部は前記開口部の下側に陥没形成され、前記固定部は前記下部開放部に挿入して取り付けられる、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーの挟み部は前記固定部から延びた2個のクリップ部で形成され、前記2個のクリップ部の間の間隔は前記固定部の方向に行くほど小さくなる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記掛かり部は前記開口部を中心に両側にそれぞれ形成され、前記2個のクリップ部の上端部は前記両側に形成された掛かり部にそれぞれ掛かって取り付けられる、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電極リードは、前記クリップ部の端部よりも前記固定部にさらに近い部分で、前記クリップ部と接触する、請求項4又は5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電極リードは平板形状に突出して形成される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体に含まれた電池セルのうち互いに隣り合う電池セルからそれぞれ突出したセルテラスをさらに含み、前記電極リードは前記セルテラスから突出して形成される、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーの挟み部は前記電極リードの平板面と垂直方向に密着する、請求項7又は8に記載の電池モジュール。
- バスバーをバスバーフレームの開口部に取り付ける段階、
電極リードを前記バスバーの挟み部の間に挿入する段階、
ジグにより前記バスバーと前記電極リードを密着させる段階、および
前記ジグを除去する段階を含む、電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記バスバーと前記電極リードを密着させる前記ジグは、
前記バスバーフレームと前記バスバーの間に挿入されて前記バスバーと前記電極リードを密着する、請求項10に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
