Description
The present invention relates to a power supply system and a power supply method.
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, power distribution systems in apartment buildings have been known in which a high-voltage lump-sum power reception contract is concluded and the received power is distributed to each unit (for example,
However, high-voltage substation equipment incurs a certain cost. In addition, a high-voltage lump-sum power receiving contract cannot be concluded unless the power contract has a capacity of a standard value (for example, 50 kW) or more, so only apartment buildings of a certain size or larger can enter into a high-voltage lump-sum power receiving contract. Even apartment buildings of a size that cannot enter into a high-voltage lump-sum power receiving contract can enter into a low-voltage lump-sum power receiving contract, but they cannot necessarily achieve a reduction in electricity bills.

The power supply system and power control method according to one embodiment of the present invention can reduce electricity charges when receiving low-voltage power in bulk.
Figure 1 is a functional block diagram of a
As shown in Fig. 1, the
The
The complex consumer facility enters into a low-voltage bulk power purchase contract with the electric power company, as well as a power sales contract for surplus electricity generated by solar power. The complex consumer facility also enters into power contracts with each occupant of the consumer facility. In this way, the complex consumer facility receives electricity from the electric power company and supplies the received electricity to the consumer facility.
The
The centralized
The distributed power source 3 can supply power to multiple consumer facilities. The distributed power source 3 includes at least one of a storage battery and a power generation device including at least one of a fuel cell, a solar power generation device, and a wind power generation device. This makes it possible to reduce electricity bills by combining various types of distributed power sources. The storage battery can output power autonomously, and can supply power to at least one of consumer facilities and common areas during a power outage, for example. The power generation device can supply generated power to at least one of the storage battery, consumer facilities, and common areas.
During grid-connected operation, the
The
下位制御装置6は例えばHEMS(Home Energy Management System)である。
The
The
The
When the
More specifically, the incentive can be obtained from the sender of the demand response received by the higher-
When the
The
When the
The following describes the configuration for achieving reduced electricity charges when receiving low-voltage power in bulk.
In the first configuration, the
As a second configuration, the contracted capacity in the low-voltage bulk power receiving contract is smaller than the total value of the respective breaker capacities of the customer facilities. For example, assume that the number of consumer facilities in a complex consumer facility is six, and the breaker capacity of each facility is 40A. Further, assuming that the breaker capacity of the common area is 50A, the total value of the breaker capacity of the entire complex customer facility is 40×6+50=290(A). However, since it is unlikely that all units will consume the maximum capacity at the same time, for example, a complex consumer facility will enter into a low-voltage bulk power receiving contract with a contracted capacity of 240A. This makes it possible to reduce electricity charges.
As a third configuration, instead of each of the multiple consumer facilities concluding a contract for each unit, the complex consumer facility concludes a low-voltage lump-sum power receiving contract, and the multiple consumer facilities receive the power received under the low-voltage lump-sum power receiving contract. Receive supply. Depending on the electricity company's rate plan, the electricity bill per household becomes cheaper as the contracted capacity increases. Therefore, it is possible to realize a reduction in electricity charges.
As a fourth configuration, the
As a fifth configuration, when the distributed power source 3 includes a storage battery, the
In the first mode, the storage battery is charged when the electricity unit price is lower than a predetermined reference value, and discharged when the electricity unit price is higher than the predetermined reference value. The predetermined reference value can be set arbitrarily. For example, the predetermined reference value can be set such that nighttime occurs when the electricity unit price is lower than the predetermined reference value, and daytime occurs when the electricity unit price is higher than the predetermined reference value. As an alternative example, two reference values (a first reference value and a second reference value) may be set as the predetermined reference value. More specifically, in the first mode, the storage battery is charged with power from the
In the second mode, the storage battery discharges the stored power so that the power consumption of the complex consumer facility does not exceed the contracted power of the low-voltage bulk power receiving contract. In other words, when the power consumption increases and falls within a specified range from the contracted power of the low-voltage bulk power receiving contract, the storage battery discharges the stored power. This makes it less likely that the breaker will be turned off. In the case of a contract that allows the purchase of power in excess of the contracted power, it is possible to reduce the
Figure 2 shows the power consumption when the
With at least the above five configurations, the electricity fee charged to each of the multiple consumer facilities does not exceed the electricity fee that would be charged if each of the multiple consumer facilities had an individual household contract.
The
First, the
Second, multiple consumer facilities share the distributed power source 3. Therefore, the installation cost of the distributed power source 3 per household is lower than the cost when each distributed power source 3 is installed in each household. Therefore, installation costs can be reduced.
Figure 3 is a flowchart showing the operation of the
The
Furthermore, the
According to this embodiment, the
In addition, considering that it is unlikely that all units will consume the maximum capacity at the same time, a complex customer facility may have a low-voltage lump-sum power supply contract with a contract capacity that is smaller than the sum of the breaker capacity of all units and the breaker capacity of common areas. Can be tied. Alternatively, even if the total value of the breaker capacity of all units and the breaker capacity of the common area is the value required for a high-voltage bulk power receiving contract, a complex consumer facility can be supplied with electricity through a low-voltage bulk power receiving contract. This makes it possible to reduce electricity charges.
Depending on the power company's rate plan, the electricity rate per household will become cheaper as the contract capacity increases. According to this embodiment, the composite consumer facility enters into a low-voltage bulk power receiving contract, rather than each consumer facility entering into an individual household contract. As a result, each consumer facility will have its electricity charges allocated by the operator of the composite consumer facility according to its electricity usage, and it will be possible to reduce electricity charges at each consumer facility by entering into a low-voltage bulk power receiving contract rather than paying electricity charges through individual household contracts.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the distributed power source 3 includes at least one of a storage battery and a power generation device including at least one of a fuel cell, a solar power generation device, and a wind power generation device. Therefore, in order to reduce electricity costs, it becomes possible to combine various types of distributed power sources.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the
Furthermore, according to this embodiment, when the
Further, according to the present embodiment, when the
Further, according to the present embodiment, the
Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the
Further, according to the present embodiment, the storage battery is charged when the electricity unit price is lower than the predetermined reference value, and discharged when the electricity unit price is higher than the predetermined reference value. Therefore, the amount of power purchased from the
Further, according to the present embodiment, the storage battery discharges the charged power and receives the power throughout the complex consumer facility so that the power consumption of the entire complex consumer facility does not exceed the contracted power of the low-voltage bulk power receiving contract. Reduce power consumption. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the
Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the electricity fee charged to each of the multiple consumer facilities does not exceed the electricity fee that would be charged if each of the multiple consumer facilities had individually signed a contract for each household. This increases the satisfaction of each occupant of the consumer facility and increases the demand for the

Therefore, it should be noted that these variations and modifications are included within the scope of the present invention. For example, functions included in each member, each part, each step, etc. can be rearranged so as not to be logically contradictory. Also, when the present invention is implemented as a method invention, it is possible to combine or divide a plurality of parts or steps into one.
The above explanation concerns a case in which the multiple consumer facility does not consume the power required for the high-voltage bulk power receiving contract, but this is not limited to the above. In other words, even if the multiple consumer facility consumes the power required for the high-voltage bulk power receiving contract (for example, when the sum of the power of each individual contract is the power required for the high-voltage bulk power receiving contract), by having distributed power sources 3, it is possible to cover the power with a low-voltage bulk power receiving contract. As a result, the multiple consumer facility does not need to enter into a high-voltage bulk power receiving contract, and therefore does not need to install cubicle-type high-voltage power receiving equipment, which reduces initial investment or maintenance costs.
The above description is of a case where the
The
Further, when a fuel cell is used as the power generation device, air conditioning, steam, hot water, cold water, etc. using exhaust heat may be supplied to each customer facility. In this way, by collectively providing air conditioning and the like using exhaust heat by the operator of the multiple consumer facilities, it is possible to reduce electricity charges, gas charges, and water charges at each of the consumer facilities. As the fuel cell, a solid oxide fuel cell, a solid polymer fuel cell, a phosphoric acid fuel cell, a biofuel cell, etc. can be used.
Further, in the above description, as shown in FIG. 1, the
In the above explanation, the higher-
