Claims (11)
- 圧縮ガス容器のための遮断弁(1)であって、閉止ばね(3)のばね力によって弁座(4)に向かって初期応力をかけられるストローク運動可能な弁閉止体(2)を含み、それにより前記弁閉止体(2)が閉止位置にあるときに弁入口(5)と弁出口(6)との接続が遮断され、さらに前記弁閉止体(2)を開放するためのアクチュエータ装置(7)を含む、遮断弁において、前記アクチュエータ装置(7)は前記弁閉止体(2)に対して同軸に間隔をおいて配置されて前記アクチュエータ装置(7)によって前記弁閉止体(2)の方向へ可動である操作部材(8)と協同作用し、それにより前記弁閉止体(2)に前記操作部材(8)が突き当たることによって開放インパルスを生成可能であり、
前記弁閉止体(2)の開放ストロークがストッパ(13)によって制限され、前記ストッパ(13)の領域に前記弁閉止体(2)を開放位置で保持するための電磁石(14)が配置され、
前記アクチュエータ装置(7)への通電終了後に前記操作部材(8)が初期位置に戻ったときに、前記弁閉止体(2)は前記遮断弁(1)の最大の開放断面積を解放することを特徴とする、遮断弁。 - 前記アクチュエータ装置(7)および/または前記操作部材(8)は復帰ばね(9)のばね力によって初期応力をかけられ、前記復帰ばね(9)のばね力は前記アクチュエータ装置(7)の力方向と反対向きに作用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の遮断弁(1)。
- 前記アクチュエータ装置(7)は線形に作用するアクチュエータを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の遮断弁(1)。
- 前記アクチュエータは磁石、ピエゾアクチュエータ、または渦電流アクチュエータであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の遮断弁(1)。
- 前記操作部材(8)はスラストロッドであり、および/または少なくとも領域ごとに、または部分的に、磁性材料から製作されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の遮断弁(1)。
- 前記アクチュエータ装置(7)は、
a)圧縮ガスを通す領域(11)に対して封止されて換気通路(12)を介して換気可能である、または、
b)圧縮ガスを通す領域(11)に接続される、アクチュエータ室(10)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の遮断弁(1)。 - 前記弁閉止体(2)および/または前記弁座(4)は少なくとも区域的にテーパ状に製作されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の遮断弁(1)。
- 前記弁閉止体(2)は前記閉止ばね(3)および/または案内保持器を介して案内されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の遮断弁(1)。
- 前記弁入口(5)は前記圧縮ガス容器と接続され、または接続可能であり、それにより前記弁入口(5)で高圧が生じることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の遮断弁(1)。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の遮断弁(1)を有する、圧縮ガス容器。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の遮断弁(1)を有する、水素を貯蔵するための圧縮ガス容器。
