Claims (7)
- 処置対象の患部である血管に対して影響を及ぼす被検者の所定の動作により得られる前記被検者の体勢に関する体勢情報を含む被検者情報のうちの前記体勢情報および前記被検者の前記血管に行う処置に関する処置情報に基づいて、前記処置における前記被検者の適切な体勢を判定する判定部と、
前記判定部で判定した適切な前記体勢のうち、前記処置において推奨される体勢を提示する提示部と、を有し、
前記体勢情報には、前記被検者が動作した際に取得された前記被検者の画像情報が含まれ、
前記画像情報には、前記被検者の血管内部から取得した前記血管の血管内画像が含まれる、医療システム。 - 前記画像情報には、前記被検者の生体外から取得した画像に関する情報がさらに含まれる、請求項1に記載の医療システム。
- 被検者ごとの解剖学的な特徴を考慮していない前記被検者に関する一般的な解剖情報および前記被検者へ推奨される一般的な推奨体勢情報を記憶する記憶部をさらに有し、
前記被検者情報には、前記血管内画像から取得された前記血管の走行状態に関する情報が含まれ、
前記判定部は、前記被検者情報に基づいて前記被検者情報と前記一般的な解剖情報とを比較して、前記被検者に固有の解剖学的な特徴を判定するとともに、前記被検者に固有の解剖学的な特徴が存在すると判定した場合、前記被検者に固有の解剖学的な特徴を参照しつつ前記一般的な推奨体勢情報に前記被検者に固有の解剖学的な特徴を反映させたうえで、前記処置における前記被検者の適切な体勢を判定し、
前記提示部は、前記被検者に固有の解剖学的な特徴が反映された、前記判定部が判定した前記処置における前記被検者の適切な前記体勢を提示する、請求項1または2に記載の医療システム。 - 前記提示部は、手技の最中に行われる前記処置ごとに、前記判定部で判定した適切な前記体勢のうち、前記処置において推奨される前記体勢を提示する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の医療システム。
- 前記処置には、前記被検者の手に形成した穿刺部を介して橈骨動脈へ医療デバイスを挿入する挿入処置が含まれ、
前記提示部は、前記挿入処置を行う際に推奨される前記被検者の手の体勢を提示する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の医療システム。 - 前記処置には、前記穿刺部を介して治療用デバイスを前記血管内の所望の位置まで送達するデリバリー処置と、
前記治療用デバイスにより前記血管内で所定の処置を行う治療処置と、
前記被検者の手の甲に形成した穿刺部を止血する止血処置と、を含み、
前記提示部は、前記挿入処置、前記デリバリー処置、前記治療処置、および前記止血処置ごとに推奨される前記被検者の手の体勢を提示する、請求項5に記載の医療システム。 - 前記体勢情報には、前記被検者の身体に掛かる体圧に関する体圧データが含まれ、
前記判定部は、前記体圧データに基づき、前記被検者が褥瘡を発生するリスクを低減する適切な体勢を判定し、
前記提示部は、前記被検者が褥瘡を発生するリスクを低減する、前記判定部で判定した適切な前記体勢を提示する、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の医療システム。
