Description

The present disclosure relates to a remote control device for a toilet device.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, a remote control device for a toilet device that is detachably attached to a wall of a toilet room has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 1 described below).

It is preferable that the remote control device is thin. In the remote control device disclosed in Patent Document 1, the thickness of the battery box located below increases, so there is room for improvement from the viewpoint of making the remote control device thinner.

An object of the present disclosure is to provide a remote control device for a toilet device in which functional parts such as an operation part and a display part can be arranged in a well-balanced manner, and which can be made thinner.

The present disclosure relates to a remote control device for a toilet device, which includes an operation section and a display section disposed at the center of the surface, and a plurality of battery boxes disposed at distant positions.

As shown in FIG. 1, a remote control device 1 according to the present embodiment is installed together with a main remote control device 2 on a wall W of a toilet room in which a toilet device 3 is provided. The toilet device 3 includes a toilet seat 30, a toilet lid 31, and a toilet bowl 32. In addition to the above, the toilet device 3 is provided with a toilet bowl cleaning device, a shower nozzle for cleaning the user's private parts, etc. (not shown).

The remote control device 1 is an approximately rectangular parallelepiped-shaped device that can remotely control various functions of the toilet device 3. The remote control device 1 transmits information to the toilet device 3 using a communication method such as infrared communication or BLE (registered trademark), and remotely controls various functions. The various functions described above are functions that are used less frequently by the user of the toilet device 3, such as a function to adjust the temperature of water jetted from a shower nozzle, a function to adjust the temperature of the toilet seat 30, and the like. The remote control device 1 includes a main body 10, a battery cover 11, and a holder 12, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 5.

The main body portion 10 is a box-shaped body made of resin or the like. As shown in FIG. 2, the main body section 10 includes an operation section 101 disposed at the center of the surface of the remote control device 1, and a display section 102. In this specification, the surface center portion refers to a portion near the center in the lateral direction. The horizontal direction is the horizontal direction in the normal usage state of the remote control device 1 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the main body portion 10 includes battery boxes 103 and 104 in which batteries are housed, and an engaging portion 105 that can lock the holder 12. In addition to the above, the main body section 10 is provided with a control board, a communication section, etc. (not shown).

The operation unit 101 is a part for instructing the execution of various functions of the toilet device 3, and is composed of, for example, a plurality of operation buttons. Various functions of the toilet device 3 may be directly assigned to each of the plurality of operation buttons. In addition, various functions of the toilet device 3 may be instructable by a combination of a plurality of operation buttons. For example, various functions may be instructed by assigning numbers to a plurality of operation buttons and inputting a code consisting of several digit numbers corresponding to each function. Thereby, the number of operation buttons can be reduced relative to the number of various functions of the toilet device 3.

The display unit 102 is, for example, a liquid crystal display that can display characters and symbols. The display unit 102 displays the setting status of various functions of the toilet device 3, codes inputted through the operation unit 101, and the like. In addition to the above, the remaining battery level of the remote control device 1, the current time, etc. may be displayed on the display unit 102.

The battery boxes 103 and 104 are recesses in which dry batteries (not shown) that supply operating power to the remote control device 1 are housed. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the battery boxes 103 and 104 are spaced apart from each other at both ends of the back side of the remote control device 1. As shown in FIGS. That is, the battery boxes 103 and 104 are arranged avoiding the central part of the main body 10 where functional parts such as the operation part 101 and the display part 102 are arranged.

The engaging portion 105 is a portion that can be engaged with a holder 12 to be described later, and is a recessed portion formed in the shape of a recess in the main body portion 10. The engaging portion 105 is formed at the center of the back surface of the main body portion 10, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the engaging portion 105 is formed as a recessed portion such that the holder 12 does not protrude from the back surface of the remote control device 1 when the holder 12 is engaged with the engaging portion 105. Grooves that can be engaged with the ends of the holder 12 are provided at both end portions of the engaging portion 105 . The groove portion is open downward. By inserting the end of the holder 12 through the opening of the groove and sliding the main body 10 from above the holder 12, the holder 12 and the engaging portion 105 are engaged.

The battery cover 11 is a plate-like member that covers both the battery boxes 103 and 104, and is integrally formed of, for example, a resin material. By sliding the battery cover 11 from below the main body 10, the battery cover 11 is engaged with and fixed to the main body 10. As shown in FIG. 5, the battery cover 11 has a U-shape consisting of covering parts 111, 112 and a connecting part 113 that connects the covering parts.

Covering parts 111 and 112 cover battery boxes 103 and 104, respectively. The covering parts 111 and 112 are formed along the outer shape of the main body part 10 so as to have a recess on the inside. This makes it possible to secure a space in the battery boxes 103 and 104 in which the batteries are placed, and to improve the strength of the battery cover 11. An engaging portion that engages with the main body portion 10 is provided on one end side of the covering portions 111 and 112.

The connecting portion 113 connects the covering portions 111 and 112 and is a recessed portion in which the holder 12 can be placed. The connecting part 113 is arranged at the center of the main body part 10, as shown in FIG. The connecting portion 113 connects a predetermined length from one end of the covering portions 111 and 112, for example, less than the midpoint of the longitudinal length of each covering portion. As shown in FIG. 4, the connecting portion 113 is formed to be thinner than the covering portions 111 and 112, for example, less than half the thickness. The connecting portion 113 constitutes a recess that is continuous with the engaging portion 105 when the battery cover 11 is engaged with the main body portion 10 . The recess corresponds to the shape of the holder 12, and the holder 12 is placed therein. By providing such a connecting portion 113, the holder 12 can be placed without protruding toward the back side of the remote control device 1.

The holder 12 is a member that fixes the remote control device 1. The holder 12 is a plate-shaped member made of a resin material or the like and fixes the remote control device 1 to a mounting surface such as a wall surface W of a toilet room, for example. At both end portions of the holder 12, engaging pawls that can engage with grooves formed in the engaging portion 105 are provided. At the center of the holder 12, fixing holes 121 and 122 are provided through which fixing tools such as screws and screws can be inserted.

The fixing holes 121 and 122 are vertically long and horizontally long holes, respectively, provided in the holder 12, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5. The holder 12 can be fixed to a wall or the like by inserting fixing tools B1, B2 such as screws or screws into the fixing holes 121, 122 and fastening them to the wall or the like. Since the fixing holes 121 and 122 are formed to be vertically long and horizontally long, respectively, the mounting position of the holder 12 can be finely adjusted after the fixture is fastened.

The procedure for engaging the main body 10, battery cover 11, and holder 12 in the remote control device 1 is as follows. As shown in FIG. 5, first, by sliding the battery cover 11 from below the main body 10, both members are engaged. In the above-mentioned engaged state, the engaging portion 105 and the connecting portion 113 form a recessed portion in which the holder 12 can be placed. As shown in FIG. 6, the holder 12 is fixed to the wall surface W in advance by fixing tools B1 and B2 inserted through fixing holes 121 and 122. Next, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the main body 10 engaged with the battery cover 11 is slid from above the fixed holder 12. As a result, the engaging claws on both ends of the holder 12 engage with the engaging grooves on both ends of the engaging portion 105, and the holder 12 and the main body 10 engage with each other.

According to the remote control device 1 of this embodiment, the following effects are achieved. The remote control device 1 is configured to include an operation section 101 disposed at the center of the surface, a display section 102, and battery boxes 103 and 104 disposed at separate positions, respectively. In the above configuration, the functional units such as the operation unit 101 and the display unit 102 are arranged in a well-balanced manner in the center of the surface of the remote control device 1, so that a desirable design can be obtained. The central part of the remote control device 1 where the above-mentioned functional parts are arranged requires a certain amount of space where a control board and the like are arranged. The battery boxes 103 and 104 are formed apart from each other at both ends of the remote control device so as to avoid this space. Thereby, the remote control device 1 can be made thinner.

The battery cover 11 of the remote control device 1 is configured to cover the plurality of battery boxes 103 and 104 and to be integrally formed. Thereby, the battery cover 11 covering the plurality of battery boxes can be removed in one operation. Therefore, it is easy for the user to replace the batteries, and by having the user replace only one of the plurality of batteries, it is possible to prevent the battery from leaking.

The battery cover 11 includes covering parts 111 and 112 that cover the plurality of battery boxes 103 and 104, and a connecting part 113 that connects the covering parts. Thereby, the battery cover 11 can be constructed avoiding the central part where the functional parts of the remote control device 1 are arranged. Therefore, the remote control device 1 can be made thinner. Furthermore, the central part on the back side of the remote control device 1, where only the connecting part 113 of the battery cover 11 is arranged, can be effectively utilized. For example, by providing an engaging portion 105 that engages with the holder 12 in the central portion of the back side of the main body 10, the holder 12 can be directly supported by the main body 10.

The battery cover 11 was formed into a U-shape including covering parts 111 and 112 that covered the battery boxes 103 and 104 arranged at a plurality of spaced apart positions, and a connecting part 113 that connected the covering parts. Thereby, the battery cover 11 can be easily engaged with the main body 10 by sliding the battery cover 11 from below the main body 10 . Furthermore, it is easy to effectively utilize the central part on the back side of the remote control device 1, where only the connecting part 113 of the battery cover 11 is arranged.

The connecting portion 113 is configured as a recessed portion in which the holder 12 can be placed. This makes it possible to effectively utilize the space at the center of the back side of the remote control device 1, where the connecting portion 113 is arranged.

The present disclosure is not limited to the above embodiments, and can be modified as appropriate.

In the above embodiment, the remote control device according to the present disclosure has been described as the remote control device 1 provided together with the main remote control device 2. However, it is not limited to this. The remote control device 1 may be a single remote control device, or the above configuration may be applied to the main remote control device 2.

In the embodiment described above, the functions that can be operated with the remote control device 1 have been described as functions that are used less frequently by the user of the toilet device 3. Furthermore, although the functions that can be operated with the main remote control device 2 have been described as functions that are frequently used by the user of the toilet device 3, the present invention is not limited thereto. The functions that can be operated by the remote control device 1 and the main remote control device 2 are not particularly limited. For example, the remote control device 1 and the main remote control device 2 may be able to operate all functions of the toilet device 3.

In the embodiment described above, the battery cover 11 has been described as having a single connecting portion 113 and having a U-shape. However, it is not limited to this. The shape of the battery cover 11 is not particularly limited, and may include a plurality of connecting parts. For example, it may have an O-shape with two connecting portions.

In the above embodiment, the remote control device 1 was described as being installed on the wall W of the toilet room. However, it is not limited to this. The installation position of the remote control device 1 is not particularly limited, and may be housed in the toilet device 3, for example. The holder 12 is not limited to one that fixes the remote control device 1 to a wall surface, but may be one that fixes it to a flat surface such as a table top.
