Description
本発明で採用される間欠歯車伝動コンポーネントは歯車の噛み合いによって動力伝達を行う。噛み合う歯車同士は接触面積が大きくて圧力が小さいため、作動中の伝動が穏やかで騒音が小さいだけでなく、使用頻度が高い場合にも耐摩耗性が十分であって、飲料マシンの長時間作動による摩耗に耐えることができる。
本実施例は方向制御バルブを開示する。当該方法制御バルブは、方向制御バルブコンポーネントと、方向制御バルブ伝動コンポーネントと、駆動モータと、前記駆動モータを制御する制御装置とを備える。前記駆動モータは、前記制御装置により制御されて前記方向制御バルブ伝動コンポーネントが動力伝達を行うように駆動し、ひいては前記方向制御バルブコンポーネントが連動して段々と定位する。前記方向制御バルブ伝動コンポーネントは間欠歯車伝動コンポーネントであり、前記間欠歯車伝動コンポーネントが前記駆動モータにより駆動されて少なくとも1回の動力伝達を行うたびに、制御装置は、前記駆動モータが駆動を停止するように制御する。
本実施例と具体的な実施例1との差異として、本実施例に係る間欠歯車伝動コンポーネントにおける駆動歯車及び伝動歯車は構造及び伝動形態が相違する。
本実施例は他の間欠歯車伝動コンポーネントの例示的な形態を提示する。
本実施例は具体的な実施例2の補充としての例示的な説明である。詳しくは図10に示すように、本実施例における前記伝動歯車上の歯の数は16であり、具体的な実施例2における歯の数は12である。つまり、本実施例における伝動歯車が1つの歯を動かすたびに回転する角度は、具体的な実施例2において1つの歯を動かすたびに回転する角度と相違する。つまり、歯車の疎密度を変更することによって毎回の伝動に対応する回転角度を調整することができる。
Claims (10)
- 方向制御バルブであって、コーヒーメーカー中の流路を切り換えるために用いられ、
方向制御バルブコンポーネントと、方向制御バルブ伝動コンポーネントと、駆動モータと、前記駆動モータを制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記駆動モータは、前記制御装置により制御されて、前記方向制御バルブ伝動コンポーネントが動力伝達を行うように駆動して、前記方向制御バルブコンポーネントが切換動作を実行するように動かし、
前記方向制御バルブ伝動コンポーネントは間欠歯車伝動コンポーネントであり、
前記間欠歯車伝動コンポーネントが前記駆動モータにより駆動されて少なくとも1回の伝動を行うたびに、前記制御装置は前記駆動モータが駆動を停止するように制御し、
前記方向制御バルブコンポーネントは、同心で配置される方向制御可動部と方向制御メインチャンネル部を備えており、前記方向制御メインチャンネル部には複数の貫通穴が設けられ、前記方向制御可動部には少なくとも1つの連通溝が設けられ、
前記間欠歯車伝動コンポーネントは伝動を行うときに前記方向制御可動部を回転させ、それにより前記複数の貫通穴のうちの2つの貫通穴が前記連通溝によって連通されるようになって、前記コーヒーメーカーにおいて前記2つの貫通穴に対応する流路が導通される
ことを特徴とする方向制御バルブ。 - 前記間欠歯車伝動コンポーネントは互いに噛み合う駆動歯車と伝動歯車を備え、
前記駆動歯車は前記駆動モータに接続され、前記伝動歯車は前記方向制御バルブコンポーネントに接続され、
前記駆動モータが前記制御装置により制御されて少なくとも1回の駆動を行うたびに、前記駆動歯車は前記伝動歯車を動かして所定の角度を回転させ、前記伝動歯車は回転するとともに前記方向制御バルブコンポーネントを動かして回転させて、切換動作を実行させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方向制御バルブ。 - 前記駆動歯車の円弧面の一部には少なくとも1つの駆動歯部エリアが設けられ、駆動歯部エリアが設けられていない円弧面には少なくとも1つのディスク状突起台エリアが設けられ、1つの駆動歯部エリアと1つのディスク状突起台エリアが1つの駆動グループを構成し、
前記伝動歯車には少なくとも1つの伝動歯部グループが設けられており、それぞれの伝動歯部グループは前記駆動グループにマッチし、
前記駆動モータが少なくとも1回の駆動を行うたびに、前記駆動歯車上の駆動歯部エリアにおける駆動歯部は前記伝動歯車上の伝動歯部グループを動かして回転させる
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方向制御バルブ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの駆動歯部エリアは1つの駆動歯部エリアを含み、前記駆動歯部エリアは1つ又は複数の駆動歯部を備え、前記少なくとも1つのディスク状突起台エリアは1つのディスク状突起台エリアを含み、前記ディスク状突起台エリアは駆動歯部エリアが設けられていない円弧面を囲む
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方向制御バルブ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの駆動歯部エリアは複数の駆動歯部エリアを含み、前記少なくとも1つのディスク状突起台エリアは複数のディスク状突起台エリアを含み、前記複数の駆動歯部エリアは離間して配置され、前記複数のディスク状突起台エリアは前記複数の駆動歯部エリアの間の隙間においてそれぞれ配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方向制御バルブ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの駆動歯部エリアのうちの各駆動歯部エリアは複数の駆動歯部を備え、前記複数の駆動歯部は高さが不一致であり、
前記少なくとも1つの伝動歯部グループのうちの各伝動歯部グループは、前記複数の駆動歯部にマッチする、高さが不一致な伝動歯部と、停止溝とを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方向制御バルブ。 - 前記駆動グループにおけるディスク状突起台エリアの高さは駆動歯部エリアにおける駆動歯部の高さより低く、
前記少なくとも1つの伝動歯部グループのうちの各伝動歯部グループは長い歯部と、前記駆動歯部と噛み合う短い歯部と、停止溝とを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方向制御バルブ。 - 前記駆動グループにおけるディスク状突起台エリアの高さは駆動歯部エリアにおける駆動歯部の高さに等しく、
前記少なくとも1つの伝動歯部グループのうちの各伝動歯部グループは前記駆動歯部エリアにおける駆動歯部と噛み合う伝動歯部を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方向制御バルブ。 - 前記制御装置はメモリを備えており、
前記メモリは、前記間欠歯車伝動コンポーネントの回転位置情報と、前記駆動モータの駆動回数と、前記方向制御バルブコンポーネントの位置変化とのうちの少なくとも1つを記録するように構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の方向制御バルブ。 - 前記方向制御バルブはリセット装置を更に備え、
前記リセット装置は、前記制御装置により制御されて、前記間欠歯車伝動コンポーネントが毎回の伝動動作を実行する前に自動的にリセットするように動かす
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方向制御バルブ。
