Description
Claims (15)
- パルプ処理装置(5、7)において処理される、中濃度パルプの懸濁液から分離されたガス流を制御するための構成であって、
前記構成は、パルプの懸濁液をポンピングするための少なくとも第1のポンプ(3)と第2のポンプ(8、31、41)とを備え、前記第2のポンプが、脱ガス・システムを備えた脱ガス遠心ポンプであり、前記脱ガス・システムが、
脱ガス・コンジット(33、43)を備え、前記脱ガス・コンジット内には、前記第2のポンプの入口(30、40)と前記脱ガス・コンジットとの間の圧力差を調整するために脱ガス弁(34、44)が配置される、構成において、
前記脱ガス・システムが、超過圧力の下で機能し、入口と出口とを有し、前記脱ガス弁(34、44)の下流に配置され、前記脱ガス・コンジット(33、43)に接続される加圧脱ガス容器(35、46)をさらに備え、前記容器の前記出口が、前記容器内の超過圧力を維持するための圧力制御弁(38、47)に接続されたことを特徴とする、構成。 - 前記加圧脱ガス容器が、水平方向に配設されたパイプ(46)であり、前記パイプの前記入口が前記脱ガス・コンジット(43)に接続され、前記パイプの前記出口は、前記圧力制御弁(47)が配置された出口コンジット(48)に接続されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構成。
- 前記脱ガス・システムが水分離器(49)をさらに備え、前記水分離器は、前記出口コンジットに接続されており、上部にベント・コンジット(52)を備えると共に、前記分離器内の水位を調整するための排水コンジット(51)を備えた、加圧されていないチャンバであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の構成。
- 前記加圧脱ガス容器が、液面及び前記液面の上のガス空間と、ベント・コンジット(36)とを有する加圧水分離器チャンバ(35)であり、前記圧力制御弁(38)が、前記チャンバ内の必要とされる超過圧力を維持するように構成され、前記チャンバが、前記チャンバ内の前記液面を調整するための弁を備えた排水コンジット(37)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構成。
- 前記パイプ(46)の直径が少なくとも50mm、好ましくは80mm超であることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の構成。
- 前記加圧脱ガス容器(35、46)の容積が0.01~1.0m3、好ましくは0.02~0.2m3の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の構成。
- 前記加圧脱ガス容器(35、46) が、0.1~4.0バール(g)の圧力において動作するように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の構成。
- 中濃度パルプの懸濁液から分離されたガス流を制御するための方法であって、前記懸濁液が、前記パルプの圧力を上げるために少なくとも第1のポンプ(3)と第2のポンプ(8、31、41)とによってポンピングされ、ガスが前記第2のポンプ内で前記パルプから分離され、分離されたガス流が脱ガス・コンジットに排出されるように、前記懸濁液がパルプ処理装置(5、7)において処理され、前記第2のポンプの入口と前記脱ガス・コンジット(33、43)との間の圧力差が決定され、前記圧力差の値が、前記脱ガス・コンジットに接続された脱ガス弁(34、44)によって所与の範囲内に維持される、方法において、分離された前記ガスが、前記脱ガス弁(34、44)の下流に配置され、前記脱ガス・コンジットに接続された加圧脱ガス容器(35、46)に供給され、前記ガス流の体積を減少させるために、前記加圧脱ガス容器内で超過圧力が前記容器の下流に配置された圧力制御弁(38、47)によって維持されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記加圧脱ガス容器(46)の後の別個のチャンバ(49)内で水分離が実行されるように、前記ガス流から水が分離されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧脱ガス容器(35)内で水分離が実行されるように、前記ガス流から水が分離されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記水分離中に液面(50)が制御されることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧脱ガス容器(35、46)内の圧力が0.1~4.0バール(g)、好ましくは0.3~3バール(g)の範囲に調整されることを特徴とする、請求項8、9、10又は11に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧脱ガス容器(35、46)内の前記超過圧力と前記容器の容積とが、前記脱ガス弁(38、47)に対する圧力変化を減衰させることを可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項8から12までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のポンプ内でガスがそこから分離される前記中濃度パルプが酸素脱リグニン化されることを特徴とする、請求項8から13までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のポンプ内でガスがそこから分離される前記中濃度パルプが、ポンピング前に、オゾン又は過酸化物など、ガス状の漂白化学物質を用いて処理されることを特徴とする、請求項8から13までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
