Description
第1の入力端と第2の入力端と出力端とを含む電荷増幅器と、
両端がそれぞれ前記第1の入力端及び前記出力端に電気的に接続され、第1のスイッチが並列に接続された帰還容量と、
前記第1の入力端に電気的に接続されたセンサ電極と、を含み、
前記検出回路が位置するタッチパネルにおける薄膜トランジスタTFT(Thin Film Transistor)には第1の励起信号が印加され、前記第2の入力端には第2の励起信号が印加され、前記第1の励起信号は前記第2の励起信号と同相であり、前記第1の励起信号の振幅は前記第2の励起信号の振幅よりも大きい検出回路を提供する。
第1の入力端-と第2の入力端+と出力端Voutとを含む電荷増幅器CAと、
両端がそれぞれ前記第1の入力端-及び前記出力端Voutに電気的に接続され、第1のスイッチS1が並列に接続された帰還容量Cfbと、
前記第1の入力端-に電気的に接続されたセンサ電極RXと、を含み、
前記検出回路が位置するタッチパネルにおける薄膜トランジスタTFTには第1の励起信号VSTIMHが印加され(例えば、第1の励起信号がTFTのゲート線に印加されうる)、前記第2の入力端には第2の励起信号VSTIMLが印加され、前記第1の励起信号VSTIMHは前記第2の励起信号VSTIMLと同相であり、前記第1の励起信号VSTIMHの振幅は前記第2の励起信号VSTIMLの振幅よりも大きい。
リセットのフェーズにおいて、CAのマイナス端の電荷は、以下のとおりである。
Claims (8)
- 検出回路であって、
第1の入力端と第2の入力端と出力端とを含む電荷増幅器と、
両端がそれぞれ前記第1の入力端及び前記出力端に電気的に接続され、第1のスイッチが並列に接続された帰還容量と、
前記第1の入力端に電気的に接続されたセンサ電極と、を含み、
前記センサ電極には、タッチパネルにおける薄膜トランジスタTFTのソース線及びゲート線とによる寄生容量である第1の寄生容量が存在し、前記センサ電極には前記第1の寄生容量を介して第1の励起信号が印加され、前記第2の入力端には第2の励起信号が印加され、前記第1の励起信号の振幅は前記第2の励起信号の振幅よりも大きく、
前記第1の励起信号および前記第2の励起信号は、同じ周期でかつ同相の方形波信号であり、
前記第1の励起信号の振幅と前記第2の励起信号の振幅との差分は、前記第2の励起信号の振幅、前記第1の寄生容量の容量値、前記センサ電極の対地寄生容量である第2の寄生容量の容量値、および前記帰還容量の容量値によって決められ、
前記第1の励起信号の振幅と前記第2の励起信号の振幅は、以下の式で表される予め設定された数値関係を満たし、
- 前記センサ電極がタッチされたことに応じて、前記センサ電極の等価容量が大きくなり、前記出力端の電圧が大きくなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検出回路。
- 前記センサ電極と前記第1の入力端との間に第2のスイッチが直列に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検出回路。
- 前記第1の入力端はマイナス入力端であり、前記第2の入力端はプラス入力端であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検出回路。
- 前記タッチパネルは、容量式タッチパネルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検出回路。
- 容量式タッチパネルを含み、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の検出回路を含むことを特徴とするタッチパネル。
- 前記タッチパネルの共通電極は、1つまたは複数の前記センサ電極に分けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のタッチパネル。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の検出回路を含むことを特徴とする電子機器。
