前記レンズチャンネルはカテーテル本体及び遠位管に沿って延在するルーメン構造であり、前記レンズチャンネルの内壁には複数の収容溝が設けられ、複数の前記収容溝にレンズアセンブリの光センサチップが収容される。
各前記操作チャンネルの中に操作ワイヤーが設けられ、前記操作ワイヤーの遠位端が前記機能端の対応する接続穴内に固定され、これにより複数の前記操作ワイヤーによって前記機能端を引っ張って、遠位管を所定の方向に湾曲させる。
前記回転部品が操作ワイヤーの近位端に接続され、これにより前記回転部品によって前記操作ワイヤーを引っ張って、遠位管を制御して所定の方向に湾曲させる。
Claims (10)
- マルチルーメン構造であるカテーテル本体(1)と、
前記カテーテル本体(1)の遠位端に接続されるマルチルーメン構造の遠位管(2)と、を含み、
前記カテーテル本体(1)及び遠位管(2)内には作業チャンネル(3)が設けられ、前記遠位管(2)の遠位端の端面には前記作業チャンネル(3)に連通する貫通穴が設けられ、前記カテーテル本体(1)及び遠位管(2)内にはレンズチャンネル(6)がさらに設けられ、前記遠位管(2)の遠位端の端面には前記レンズチャンネル(6)に連通する貫通穴が設けられ、
前記レンズチャンネル(6)はカテーテル本体(1)及び遠位管(2)に沿って延在するルーメン構造であり、前記レンズチャンネル(6)の内壁には複数の収容溝(61)が設けられ、複数の前記収容溝(61)にレンズアセンブリの光センサチップが収容され、
前記レンズチャンネル(6)の前記ルーメン構造と前記光センサチップは同軸であることを特徴とする、多機能カテーテル。 - 前記収容溝(61)は直角のV字形の溝であり、前記レンズチャンネル(6)内には4つの収容溝(61)が設けられて、レンズアセンブリの光センサチップを収容できる長方形の空間が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多機能カテーテル。
- 4つの前記収容溝(61)から形成された長方形の空間は前記レンズチャンネル(6)と同軸であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の多機能カテーテル。
- 複数の前記収容溝(61)は前記レンズチャンネル(6)の中心軸を中心に、中心対称に分布し、複数の前記収容溝(61)のうち、対角線上にある2つの収容溝(61)の距離は前記光センサチップの対角線の長さ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多機能カテーテル。
- 前記遠位管(2)はソフトエンド(21)と機能端(22)とを含み、前記ソフトエンド(21)は前記遠位管(2)の近位端に位置し、前記機能端(22)は前記遠位管(2)の遠位端に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多機能カテーテル。
- 前記機能端(22)の前記作業チャンネル(3)に連通する貫通穴の端面は傾斜面であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の多機能カテーテル。
- 前記作業チャンネル(3)の直径は前記ソフトエンド(21)の外径の48%以上であり、前記作業チャンネル(3)の直径は前記カテーテル本体(1)の外径の45%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の多機能カテーテル。
- カテーテル本体(1)及びソフトエンド(21)内には複数の操作チャンネル(4)がさらに設けられ、前記機能端(22)には前記操作チャンネル(4)に連通する複数の接続穴が設けられ、
各前記操作チャンネル(4)の中に操作ワイヤー(5)が設けられ、前記操作ワイヤー(5)の遠位端が前記機能端(22)の対応する接続穴内に固定され、これにより複数の前記操作ワイヤー(5)によって前記機能端(22)を引っ張って、遠位管(2)を所定の方向に湾曲させることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の多機能カテーテル。 - カテーテル本体(1)は補強層(11)を含み、前記補強層(11)は前記カテーテル本体(1)及びソフトエンド(21)の外壁を覆っており、前記補強層(11)は、内層にある金属編成メッシュと外層にあるプラスチックベースチューブとを含む編成メッシュチューブ構造であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の多機能カテーテル。
- 前記機能端(22)は前記ソフトエンド(21)と外径が等しい円筒構造であり、前記機能端(22)の硬度は前記ソフトエンド(21)の硬度を超えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の多機能カテーテル。
