Description
Claims (15)
- 充放電可能な複数のバッテリパックを含むバッテリシステムであって、
充放電可能な第1バッテリパックと、
前記第1バッテリパックとは独立して充放電可能な第2バッテリパックと、
前記第1バッテリパックを少なくとも第1充電ノードと第1放電ノードとの間でスイッチング可能な第1スイッチング素子と、
前記第1スイッチング素子とは独立して、前記第2バッテリパックを少なくとも第2充電ノードと第2放電ノードとの間でスイッチング可能な第2スイッチング素子と、
前記第1バッテリパックおよび前記第2バッテリパックの使用状態と、充電状態とに基づいて、前記第1スイッチング素子および第2スイッチング素子のスイッチング状態を制御する制御部と、を含み、
前記第1スイッチング素子は、前記第1バッテリパックを少なくとも前記第1充電ノードと前記第1放電ノードと第1オープンノードとの間でスイッチング可能であり、
前記第2スイッチング素子は、前記第2バッテリパックを少なくとも前記第2充電ノードと前記第2放電ノードと第2オープンノードとの間でスイッチング可能である、バッテリシステム。 - 前記第1バッテリパックおよび前記第2バッテリパックのそれぞれは、無線電力送受信モジュールをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 前記第1バッテリパックおよび前記第2バッテリパックのいずれか一つは、充電ノードに連結されている間に、無線電力送信モジュールにより、他の一つのバッテリパックに無線で電力送信が可能である、請求項2に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 前記第1放電ノードおよび前記第2放電ノードのそれぞれは、モータと電気的に連結される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 前記第1充電ノードおよび前記第2充電ノードのそれぞれは、新・再生可能エネルギーからの電力源と電気的に連結される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 前記新・再生可能エネルギーから生成された電力を貯蔵する蓄電装置をさらに含む、請求項5に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 前記新・再生可能エネルギーから電力を生成するための発電装置をさらに含む、請求項5または6に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 前記発電装置は、太陽エネルギー、風力エネルギー、圧力エネルギー、および運動エネルギーによる電力を生成する装置のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項7に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 前記第1バッテリパックおよび前記第2バッテリパックとは独立して充放電が可能な複数の追加バッテリパックをさらに含み、
前記第1バッテリパック、第2バッテリパックおよび追加バッテリパックは、それぞれが少なくとも一つのバッテリパックを含む複数のグループに分割される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記複数のグループそれぞれは、対応するスイッチング素子および放電ノードを備え、
前記複数のグループそれぞれは、対応するスイッチング素子および放電ノードにより、互いに異なる対応モータにそれぞれ電気的に連結され、他のグループとは独立して充放電動作を行う、請求項9に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記複数のグループは、車両の各車輪に対応して設置されたモータに対応して備えられる、請求項10に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 前記制御部は、前記車両の駆動形態に応じて前記複数のグループそれぞれの充放電動作を制御する、請求項11に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 前記第1充電ノードおよび前記第2充電ノードは、同一の電力源に電気的に接続され、
前記第1放電ノードおよび前記第2放電ノードは、電力を供給するための同一の装置に電気的に接続される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 互いに独立して充放電可能な第1バッテリパックおよび第2バッテリパックを含むバッテリシステムの制御方法であって、
車両の走行状態を判断するステップと、
前記第1バッテリパックおよび前記第2バッテリパックの充電状態を判断するステップと、
前記走行状態および充電状態に基づいて、第1スイッチング素子を介して前記第1バッテリパックを少なくとも第1放電ノードと第1充電ノードと第1オープンノードとの間でスイッチングするステップと、
前記走行状態および充電状態に基づいて、前記第1スイッチング素子とは独立して制御可能な第2スイッチング素子を介して前記第2バッテリパックを少なくとも第2充電ノードと第2放電ノードと第2オープンノードとの間でスイッチングするステップとを含む、バッテリシステムの制御方法。 - 前記第1バッテリパックから前記第2バッテリパックに無線で電力を送信するステップと、
前記第2バッテリパックから前記第1バッテリパックに無線で電力を送信するステップとを含む、請求項14に記載のバッテリシステムの制御方法。
