Claims (3)
- ある機能を有する部材と、
入力層と出力層とを有する自己組織化写像モデルの学習により得られた学習済モデルと、
前記部材に関する多次元の入力データを前記入力層に与えて、前記出力層が有する複数のノードのうちの1つに基づいて前記部材の状態を推定する推定部と、
露光量が上限値に達している場合に前記部材の実質的な自己修復が実施されるように前記上限値を補正する補正部と、
前記推定部により推定された前記部材の状態の推移に基づいて前記部材の寿命を予測する予測部と
を備え、
前記部材は、感光体ドラムであり、
前記入力データは、前記感光体ドラムの総走行距離を示す第1データと、前記感光体ドラムへの前記露光量を示す第2データと、前記感光体ドラムから転写されたトナー像の濃度を示す第3データと、画像形成装置の使用頻度を示す第4データとを含む、画像形成装置。 - 前記部材の動作を制御する制御部を更に備え、
前記制御部は、前記学習済モデル及び前記推定部を有する、請求項1に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記推定部により推定された前記部材の状態を示す状態通知を発する通知部を更に備えた、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の画像形成装置。
