本実施の形態では、図1(A)を用いて電池状態推定装置を電気自動車(EV)に用いる一例を示す。
図4(B)は、電池モデルの一例を示している。
円筒型の二次電池の例について図11(A)及び図11(B)を参照して説明する。円筒型の二次電池600は、図11(A)に示すように、上面に正極キャップ(電池蓋)601を有し、側面および底面に電池缶(外装缶)602を有している。これら正極キャップ601と電池缶(外装缶)602とは、ガスケット(絶縁パッキン)610によって絶縁されている。
Claims (6)
- 蓄電装置の電気回路モデルを決定し、
前記蓄電装置の電気回路モデルに対して入力を電流、出力を電圧とし、
前記蓄電装置の電圧の出力誤差が小さくなる最適化を行い、前記蓄電装置の電気回路モデルの第1の初期パラメータ値を算出し、
異なる電流の入力値に対応する初期パラメータ群を記憶し、
前記初期パラメータ群を教師データとしてニューラルネットワーク処理により第2の初期パラメータ値を決定し、前記蓄電装置の電流値または電圧値に対して、前記第2の初期パラメータ値をカルマンフィルタ処理により演算して充電率を推定する蓄電装置の充電状態推定方法。 - 蓄電装置の電気回路モデルを決定し、
前記蓄電装置の電気回路モデルに対して入力を電流、出力を電圧とし、
前記蓄電装置の電圧の出力誤差が小さくなる最適化を行い、前記蓄電装置の電気回路モデルの第1の初期パラメータ値を算出し、
仮定した充放電特性を用いて算出した仮想の初期パラメータ群を作成し、
前記初期パラメータ群を教師データとしてニューラルネットワーク処理により第2の初期パラメータ値を決定し、前記蓄電装置の電流値または電圧値に対して、前記第2の初期パラメータ値をカルマンフィルタ処理により演算して充電率を推定する蓄電装置の充電状態推定方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2において、前記第1の初期パラメータ値は、FCC、RS、Rd、Cdおよび初期SOC(0)である、蓄電装置の充電状態推定方法。
- 測定部と、記憶部と、推定部と、演算部と、を有し、
前記測定部は、蓄電装置の電流または電圧を測定し、
前記記憶部は、前記測定部で測定されたデータを記憶し、
前記推定部は、前記データに基づいて最適化アルゴリズムで得られたデータ群を教師データとして用いるニューラルネットワークを含み、
前記推定部は、前記教師データを用いて初期パラメータ値を決定し、
前記演算部は、前記蓄電装置の電流値または電圧値に対して、前記初期パラメータ値を用いてカルマンフィルタ処理により充電率を推定する蓄電装置の充電状態推定装置。 - 測定部と、記憶部と、推定部と、演算部と、を有し、
前記測定部は、蓄電装置の電流または電圧を測定し、
前記記憶部は、前記測定部で測定されたデータを記憶し、
前記推定部は、仮定した充放電特性を用いて算出した仮想の初期パラメータ群を教師データとして用いるニューラルネットワークを含み、
前記推定部は、前記教師データを用いて初期パラメータ値を決定し、
