Description
本実施の形態では、図1(A)を用いて電気自動車(EV)に適用する例を示す。
実施の形態1に従えば、マイクロショートなどの突発性ノイズを検出できる。上記数式8で算出される値が、しきい値を越えればマイクロショートと特定できるため、それ以外のノイズを分類し、ノイズと駆動パターンとを紐づけて機械学習を行う。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態2において図4に示したCPU501で演算を行うSOCの推定処理時のニューラルネットワーク処理に用いるニューラルネットワークNNの構成の一例を示す。
図8に二次電池100の異常検出装置のブロック図の一例を示す。図8に示す二次電池100の異常検出装置は、電気自動車やハイブリッド電気自動車などの車両に用いられる。図8に示すように、二次電池100の異常検出装置は、電流取得部である電流モニタIC102と、電圧取得部である電圧モニタIC103と、演算部104と、機械学習部120と、学習結果記憶部105と、判定部107とを少なくとも備える。
本発明の一態様に係る二次電池の異常検出装置は、車両に限らず、二次電池及び無線モジュールを有するデバイスに適用することができる。
Claims (8)
- 車両が有する二次電池の電圧値を測定する電圧取得部と、
前記二次電池の電流値を測定する電流取得部と、
演算部と、
判定部と、
学習結果記憶部と、
機械学習部と、を有し、
前記電圧値又は前記電流値は、電磁ノイズを含み、
前記演算部は、前記電圧値及び前記電流値を入力とし、回帰モデルを用いて演算を行い予測誤差を算出する機能を有し、
前記判定部は、前記予測誤差が正常か異常かを判定し、判定結果を出力する機能を有し、
前記学習結果記憶部は、前記車両の第1の駆動パターンと、前記第1の駆動パターンと因果関係のある第1のノイズと、を解析した第1の解析結果を記憶する機能を有し、
前記機械学習部は、前記電圧値及び前記電流値が測定された時点における前記車両の駆動パターンを第2の駆動パターンとし、前記判定結果が正常である場合に、前記予測誤差、前記第2の駆動パターン及び前記第1の解析結果を入力とし、前記電磁ノイズをキャンセルするように前記予測誤差の補正データを作成し、前記補正データと前記第2の駆動パターンを対応づけて補正モデルを構築する機能を有し、
前記学習結果記憶部は、前記機械学習部の前記補正モデルを有する第2の解析結果を記憶する機能を有する、二次電池の異常検出装置。 - 請求項1において、
さらに、前記判定結果が異常である場合のみに駆動して異常であることを使用者に通知する異常通知回路を有する二次電池の異常検出装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2において、
前記回帰モデルは、状態方程式に基づくカルマンフィルタである二次電池の異常検出装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一において、
前記回帰モデルは、予測ステップを複数連続で行った後、複数のフィルタリングステップが連続で行われる二次電池の異常検出装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一において、
前記機械学習部がニューラルネットワークを備える二次電池の異常検出装置。 - 請求項2において、
前記異常通知回路は、金属酸化物層をチャネルとするトランジスタを少なくとも有する二次電池の異常検出装置。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一において、
前記二次電池は、リチウムイオン二次電池である二次電池の異常検出装置。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一において、
前記二次電池は、全固体電池である二次電池の異常検出装置。
