原理
30°円錐形プローブは、石鹸/合成洗剤試料に所定の深さまで指定の速度で貫通する。特定の深さで発生した抵抗を記録する。バー/ビレットが円錐体(15mm)の貫通よりも大きく、十分な面積を有することを除いて、試験試料のサイズまたは重量の要件はない。記録された抵抗数は降伏応力にも関連し、応力は以下のように計算することができる。硬度(および/または計算された降伏応力)は、様々な異なる針入度計法によって測定することができる。本発明では、上記のように、15mmの深さまで貫通するプローブを使用する。

OPTIONSを選択する(3を押す)
CALIBRATE FORCEを選択する(1を押す)-機器は、較正プラットフォームに障害物がないかどうかを確認するようにユーザーに求める
OKを押して続行し、機器の準備ができるまで待機する。
2kgの較正重りを較正プラットフォーム上に置き、OKを押す
「calibration completed」というメッセージが表示されるまで待機し、プラットフォームから重りを除去する。
ビレットを試験プラットフォーム上に置く。
UP矢印またはDOWN矢印を押すことによって、(ビレットに触れずに)ビレットの表面にプローブを近づける。
RUNを押す
目標距離(Fin)で読み取り値(gまたはkg)を取る。
実験が実行された後、プローブはその元の位置に戻る。
プラットフォームから試料を除去し、その温度を記録する。
出力
この試験からの出力は、試料温度測定値と組み合わせた、目標貫通距離におけるgまたはkg単位の「力」(RT)としてのTA-XTの読み出しである。(本発明では、力は、40℃、15mmの距離でKg単位で測定される)
力の読み取り値は、以下の式に従って伸張応力に変換することができる:
TX-XT読み出しを伸張応力に変換する式は、以下の通りである

この応力は、針入度計によって測定される静的降伏応力と同等である。
伸張率は以下の通りである

1mm/sで移動する30°円錐体の場合、ε=0.249s-1
皮膚クレンジングバー配合物の硬度(降伏応力)は温度感受性である。意味のある比較のために、目標距離(RT)での読み取り値は、以下の式に従って標準基準温度(通常40℃)に補正されるべきである:
R40=RT×exp[α(T-40)]
式中、R40=基準温度(40℃)での読み取り値
RT=温度Tでの読み取り値
α=温度補正のための係数
T=試料を分析した温度。
この補正は、伸張応力に適用することができる。
最終的な結果は温度補正された力または応力であるが、機器の読み取り値および試料温度も記録することが望ましい。
Claims (10)
- (i)40~75重量%の石鹸と、
(ii)3~20重量%のゼオライトと、
(iii)22~35重量%の水と
を含む押出石鹸バー。 - 40~60重量%の石鹸を含む、請求項1に記載の石鹸バー。
- 5~15重量%のゼオライトを含む、請求項1または2に記載の石鹸バー。
- 25~32重量%の水を含む、前述の請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の石鹸バー。
- 0.1~6重量%の電解質をさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の石鹸バー。
- 前記電解質が界面活性剤ではなく、塩化ナトリウム、硫酸ナトリウム、クエン酸ナトリウムまたはそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項5に記載の石鹸バー。
- 炭酸マグネシウムをさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の石鹸バー。
- 前記石鹸を形成するための鹸化工程中に実質的に前記ゼオライトのすべてを含める工程を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の石鹸バーを調製する方法。
- 前記電解質が、前記石鹸を形成するための鹸化工程中に含まれる、請求項5または6に記載の石鹸バーを調製する方法。
- 前記石鹸バーが、押出するのが容易である、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
