- A軸揺動軸(1)と、B軸揺動構造(2)と、主軸ヘッド(3)と、直線プッシュプル機構(4)と、ラム(5)と、サドル(6)と、を含み、
前記B軸揺動構造(2)は、B軸回転軸(21)と、第1回転軸(22)と、第2回転軸(23)と、揺動リンク(24)と、B軸プッシュプル機構(25)と、筐体(26)と、を含み、
前記B軸プッシュプル機構(25)は、B軸プッシュプルスライドプレート(251)と、B軸駆動構造(252)と、を含み、
前記B軸プッシュプルスライドプレート(251)は前記ラム(5)の上方に設置され、前記B軸プッシュプルスライドプレート(251)の一端と前記揺動リンク(24)の一端は前記第1回転軸(22)を介して可動的に接続され、前記揺動リンク(24)の他端は前記第2回転軸(23)を介して前記筐体(26)に可動的に接続され、前記B軸駆動構造(252)は前記B軸プッシュプルスライドプレート(251)を駆動して前記ラム(5)に沿って直線運動させ、
前記主軸ヘッド(3)は前記筐体(26)内に位置し、前記主軸ヘッド(3)の軸線は前記B軸回転軸(21)の軸線と垂直に交差し、前記筐体(26)はB軸回転軸(21)を介して前記ラム(5)の前端に可動的に接続され、
前記A軸揺動軸(1)はフランジを介して前記主軸ヘッド(3)に接続され、前記A軸揺動軸(1)の軸線とB軸回転軸(21)の軸線は同一平面上にあることにより、前記主軸ヘッド(3)と前記B軸回転軸(21)の偏心による前記ラム(5)の軸ストロークの増大を回避することができ、
前記ラム(5)の下方に前記サドル(6)が設置され、前記サドル(6)に前記直線プッシュプル機構(4)が設けられ、前記直線プッシュプル機構(4)は前記ラム(5)を駆動して前記サドル(6)上で直線運動させ、
前記第1回転軸(22)の軸線は前記B軸回転軸(21)と前記第2回転軸(23)との間の位置に設置され、前記筐体(26)が前記B軸回転軸(21)を中心に-35°から+35°を両端とする限界位置を実現する場合、前記B軸回転軸(21)と、第1回転軸(22)と、第2回転軸(23)の軸心で構成される三角形における最小の内角の角度は30°以上であることを特徴とする、二軸揺動角主軸ヘッド。 - 前記B軸プッシュプルスライドプレート(251)の一端と前記揺動リンク(24)の一端は前記第1回転軸(22)を介してヒンジ接続され、前記揺動リンク(24)の他端は前記第2回転軸(23)を介して前記筐体(26)にヒンジ接続され、前記筐体(26)はB軸回転軸(21)を介して前記ラム(5)の前端にヒンジ接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二軸揺動角主軸ヘッド。
- 前記主軸ヘッド(3)は前記A軸揺動軸(1)の軸線に対して-45°から+45°の夾角範囲内の回転を実現し、前記主軸ヘッド(3)はB軸回転軸(21)を中心に-35°から+35°の夾角範囲内の回転を実現することができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二軸揺動角主軸ヘッド。
- 前記B軸プッシュプル機構(25)、直線プッシュプル機構(4)、A軸揺動軸(1)はいずれもサーボモータによって駆動されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二軸揺動角主軸ヘッド。
- 前記サドル(6)は上下に移動することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二軸揺動角主軸ヘッド。
