Description
Claims (4)
- シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に軸方向に移動可能に挿入され、前記シリンダ内を伸側室と圧側室とに区画するとともに、前記伸側室と前記圧側室とを連通する通路を有するピストンと、
前記シリンダ内に軸方向に移動可能に挿入されるとともに前記ピストンに連結されるロッドと、
前記通路を開閉するバルブとを備え、
前記ピストンは、
環状の外側部材と、
前記外側部材の内側に挿入される内側部材と、
前記外側部材と前記内側部材の一方に設けられた環状溝内に収容されて、前記外側部材と前記内側部材の他方に当接して、前記外側部材と前記内側部材との間の液体の通過を抑止するシールリングとを有し、
前記シールリングは、滑剤を配合したゴムによって形成されて自己潤滑性を有しており、前記環状溝に収容されない状態で前記環状溝の底部を向く底部対向面に軸線を中心とした円筒面を有するとともに、自己復元力によって前記円筒面を前記環状溝の底部に密着させており、
前記バルブは、前記通路に直列に設けられる主弁体と副弁体とを有し、
前記主弁体は、ピストン速度が中高速域で減衰力を発生し、
前記副弁体は、ピストン速度が極低速域で減衰力を発生し、
前記主弁体は、前記外側部材と前記内側部材の一方に取り付けられ、
前記副弁体は、前記外側部材と前記内側部材の他方に取り付けられる
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 前記シールリングは、前記底部対向面に設けられた円筒面の軸方向の両側に軸方向端部に向かって前記環状溝の底部から遠ざかるテーパ面或いは湾曲面を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記環状溝は、底部の軸方向両側に側壁へ向けて深さが徐々に浅くなるテーパ面或いは湾曲面を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記シールリングの前記環状溝に対する充填率は、80%以上90%以下に設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の緩衝器。
