Claims (7)
- 成形可能な先端部を有するガイドワイヤデバイスであって、
近位区分及び遠位区分を有するコアと、
前記コアへ連結された成形可能なチューブ構造であって、前記チューブ構造は、前記コアの前記遠位区分が前記チューブ構造の中へ通るようにして前記コアへ連結されていて、第1区分及び前記第1区分より遠位の第2区分を有しており、
前記チューブ構造は、前記チューブ構造の中へ横断方向に延びる複数のカットを含み、各カットはチューブ材料の残存区分によって画定される1本又はそれ以上の桁を形成し、各桁はチューブ材料の2つの隣接する輪を接続し、
前記チューブ構造の前記第1区分は隣接した輪の間に2本又はそれ以上の桁を含み、前記チューブ構造の前記第2区分は隣接した輪の間に単一の桁を含み、
前記チューブ構造の曲げ剛性は前記第1区分と前記第2区分の間の移行部に亘って連続的である、チューブ構造と、
を備えているガイドワイヤデバイス。 - 前記第2区分の最も近位側の輪の厚さは前記第1区分の最も遠位側の輪の厚さより大きい、請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤデバイス。
- 前記第2区分は中間点を含んでおり、前記中間点の近位側の前記第2区分の前記輪は、前記中間点の遠位側の前記第2区分の前記輪の平均輪厚さより大きい平均輪厚さを有している、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のガイドワイヤデバイス。
- 前記第2区分の前記複数のカットは、前記チューブ構造の遠位端に向かって離間間隔の減少するカットを配列されている、請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載のガイドワイヤデバイス。
- 成形可能な先端部を有するガイドワイヤデバイスであって、
近位区分及び遠位区分を有するコアと、
前記コアへ連結されたチューブ構造であって、前記チューブ構造は、前記コアの前記遠位区分が前記チューブ構造の中へ通るようにして前記コアへ連結されていて、第1区分、前記第1区分より遠位の第2区分、及び前記第2区分より遠位の第3区分を有しており、
前記チューブ構造は、前記チューブ構造の中へ横断方向に延びる複数のバイパスカットを含み、各バイパスカットはチューブ材料の残存区分によって画定される1本又はそれ以上の桁を形成し、各桁はチューブ材料の2つの隣接する輪を接続し、
前記チューブ構造の前記第2区分は隣接した輪の間に単一の桁を含み、前記チューブ構造の前記第3区分は、隣接した輪の間に2本又はそれ以上の桁を含んでいる、チューブ構造と、
を備えているガイドワイヤデバイス。 - 前記チューブ構造の前記遠位端に配置された前記チューブ構造を前記コアへ連結する接着剤、を更に備えている請求項5に記載のガイドワイヤデバイス。
- 前記接着剤は前記チューブ構造の中へ及び前記チューブ構造の前記第3区分の2つ又はそれ以上の輪の間に延びている、請求項6に記載のガイドワイヤデバイス。
