Claims (5)
- 連続血糖測定のために一端部が身体に挿入される連続血糖測定用センサー部材において、
一側にビアホールが形成される基板と、
前記基板の一面及び他面に各々形成される第1電極層及び第2電極層と、を含み、
前記基板の一面には前記第1電極層及び第2電極層が各々別途の外部電気接点と連結されるように第1センサー接点部及び第2センサー接点部が形成され、
前記ビアホールの内周面には前記ビアホールを充填しないような形態で伝導性材質の電極連結層が形成され、
前記第2電極層は、前記電極連結層を通じて前記第2センサー接点部と電気的に連結され、
前記電極連結層は、前記ビアホールの内周面から前記基板の一面及び他面の前記ビアホールと隣接した領域まで延長形成され、
前記第2電極層は、前記基板の他面で前記電極連結層の末端部位をオーバーラップして覆い、
前記第2センサー接点部は、前記基板の一面で前記電極連結層の末端部位をオーバーラップして覆い、
さらに、
前記電気接点に接触するように形成されるセンサーボディー部と、
前記センサーボディー部の一側から折曲される形態で一方向に長く延長形成されて身体に挿入されるセンサープローブ部
を具備し、
前記センサーボディー部には、使用者の加圧操作によって変形して前記電気接点に接触する加圧変形部が形成され、
前記基板は、前記センサーボディー部と前記センサープローブ部を成すように形成され、
前記第1電極層及び前記第2電極層は、前記センサーボディー部から前記センサープローブ部まで延長形成され、
前記第1センサー接点部、前記第2センサー接点部、前記ビアホール、及び、前記電極連結層は、前記センサーボディー部の領域に形成される
連続血糖測定用センサー部材。 - 前記電極連結層は伝導性粒子をスパッタリング工程を通じて蒸着させる方式で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続血糖測定用センサー部材。
- 前記電極連結層が蒸着形成された状態で、前記基板の一面に前記第1電極層、第1センサー接点部及び第2センサー接点部が印刷形成され、前記基板の他面に前記第2電極層が印刷形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の連続血糖測定用センサー部材。
- 前記第1センサー接点部は前記加圧変形部領域の一側に形成され、前記第1電極層は前記センサーボディー部からトレース形態で前記加圧変形部まで延長されて前記第1センサー接点部と連結され、
前記ビアホール及び第2センサー接点部は前記加圧変形部領域の他側に形成され、前記第2電極層は前記センサーボディー部からトレース形態で前記加圧変形部まで延長されて前記ビアホールの電極連結層と連結されて前記電極連結層を通じて前記第2センサー接点部と連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続血糖測定用センサー部材。 - 前記加圧変形部は前記センサーボディー部の中心領域に形成された切開ラインに沿って切開された形態で形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の連続血糖測定用センサー部材。
