実施例1は、患者の腹膜透析で使用するための新鮮な透析液を生成するための腹膜透析液生成および送達(PD)システムに関する。システムは、給水口;前記給水口を介して水源に流体的に接続可能、または接続され、水源から受け取った水を処理して処理済み水を生成するように構成された水処理装置;濃縮物供給装置に含まれる濃縮物を前記処理済み水に添加して新鮮な透析液流体を生成するために、少なくとも1つの前記水処理装置と流体連通する、濃縮物供給装置;流路を介して患者の身体に新鮮な透析液流体を供給するための管腔を有するチューブ;および消毒剤を収容、および/または受け取るように動作可能なチューブ消毒剤供給装置を備え、前記チューブ消毒剤供給装置は、前記チューブの少なくとも一部を消毒するために、前記チューブと流体接続される。
Claims (15)
- 患者の腹膜透析に使用される、新鮮な透析液を生成するための、腹膜透析液生成および送達(PD)システム:
前記システムは、
給水口、
前記給水口を介して水源に流体的に接続可能であり、または接続され、水源から受け取った水を処理して処理済み水を生成するように構成された水処理装置;
濃縮物供給装置に含まれる濃縮物を前記処理済み水に添加して新鮮な透析液流体を生成するために、少なくとも1つの前記水処理装置と流体連通する、濃縮物供給装置;
流路を介して患者の身体に新鮮な透析液流体を供給するための管腔を有するチューブ;
消毒剤を収容、および/または受け取るように動作可能なチューブ消毒剤供給装置;
および
前記水処理装置および/または前記濃縮物供給装置をバイパスすることによって、水源を前記チューブ消毒剤供給装置に流体的に接続するバイパス流路
を備え、
ここで、前記チューブ消毒剤供給装置は、前記チューブの少なくとも一部を消毒するために、前記チューブと流体接続される。 - 前記チューブは、
前記患者の体内に配置するための近位端と、遠位端と、を有する患者カテーテル;
消毒剤供給チューブ;
新鮮な透析液供給チューブ;
透析液廃棄チューブ;および
前記新鮮な透析液供給チューブ部分と、前記透析液廃棄チューブとを前記患者カテーテルの前記遠位端に流体的に接続するためのチューブコネクタ
を備える、請求項1に記載のPDシステム。 - 前記チューブ消毒剤供給装置は、前記新鮮な透析液供給チューブの一部である、
請求項2に記載のPDシステム。 - 前記チューブ消毒剤供給装置は、前記新鮮な透析液供給チューブとは分離している、
請求項2または3に記載のPDシステム。 - 前記チューブ消毒剤供給装置および前記新鮮な透析液供給チューブは、並列に、前記チューブコネクタと流体的に連結される、
請求項3に記載のPDシステム。 - 前記水処理装置は、以下のいずれか1つ以上を備える、先行する請求項のいずれか1項
以上に記載のPDシステム:
水フィルター装置;
消毒水を生成するための水消毒装置;および
前処理済み水を生成するための水調整装置。 - 前記チューブを介して前記PDシステムによって受け取られた水を、前記患者に新鮮な透析液を供給するために、前記水処理装置および前記濃縮物供給装置を通して、強制的に供給するためのエネルギーを水に消費するための供給ポンプ装置
をさらに備える、先行する請求項のいずれか1項以上に記載のPDシステム。 - 前記チューブコネクタは、前記患者カテーテルを前記消毒剤供給チューブ、前記新鮮な透析液供給チューブ、および前記廃透析液廃棄チューブと互いに動作可能に接続するためのマニホールドを備える、
請求項3~7のいずれか1項以上に記載のPDシステム。 - 前記マニホールドは、選択的に流体的に、前記患者カテーテルを前記消毒剤供給チューブ、前記新鮮な透析液供給チューブ、および前記廃透析液廃棄チューブのうち1つ以上と接続し、前記患者カテーテルを前記消毒剤供給チューブ、前記新鮮な透析液供給チューブ、および前記廃透析液廃棄チューブのうち1つ以上から分離するよう構成されている、
請求項8に記載のPDシステム。 - 前記マニホールドは、選択的に流体的に、前記患者カテーテルを、前記消毒剤供給チューブ、前記新鮮な透析液供給チューブ、および前記廃透析液廃棄チューブのうち1つ以上と接続し、前記患者カテーテルを前記消毒剤供給チューブ、前記新鮮な透析液供給チューブ、および前記廃透析液廃棄チューブのうち1つ以上から分離するためのマニホールドバルブおよびチューブを備えている、
請求項9に記載のPDシステム。 - 前記チューブ消毒剤は、人体内での使用が承認されている、先行する請求項のいずれか1項以上に記載のPDシステム。
- 前記チューブ消毒剤は、生体適合性であり、任意選択で生分解性である、先行する請求項のいずれか1項以上に記載のPDシステム。
- 前記濃縮物は浸透剤を含む、先行する請求項のいずれか1項以上に記載のPDシステム。
- 使用済み透析液をリサイクルして、リサイクル給水を生成するように構成されたリサイクル装置をさらに備える、
先行する請求項のいずれか1項以上に記載のPDシステム。 - 前記PDシステムの様々な機能を制御するための制御装置をさらに備える、
