Claims (18)
- 近位端部および遠位端部、ならびに、その間に配置されているポンプハウジングと、長手方向に沿って前記ポンプハウジングの内部に配置されているドライブシャフトと、前記ドライブシャフトの上に配置されている搬送エレメントと、カニューレとを有する血液ポンプ(1)であって、
前記血液ポンプの前記近位端部に作用する力の印加の下で、前記ポンプハウジングが少なくとも部分的に前記カニューレの中へ移され得るように、前記ポンプハウジングが形成されており、前記ポンプハウジングは、そうする際に、少なくとも、前記長手方向に対して横断方向に延在する半径方向に沿って、膨張された状態から圧縮された状態へと移され、
前記搬送エレメントは、少なくとも1つの折り畳み可能なセグメントを含み、
前記ポンプハウジングは、前記膨張された状態において、長手方向軸線に沿って、前記長手方向軸線の周りにらせん状延びる複数のらせん構造体を含む少なくとも1つの部分を有しており、各前記らせん構造体は、前記血液ポンプの前記近位端部から前記遠位端部へ考えたときに、第1の方向に巻かれていることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の血液ポンプであって、
前記少なくとも1つの折り畳み可能なセグメントの展開方向は、展開する間に前記第1の方向に延在していることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記少なくとも1つの折り畳み可能なセグメントの展開方向は、展開する間に前記第1の方向に対して反対側の方向に延在していることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、
前記ポンプハウジングは、形状記憶材料から作り出されていることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、
前記ポンプハウジングは、ポンプ受け入れ部分と、前記ポンプ受け入れ部分の近位に配置されている近位部分とを含み、前記近位部分の内径は、前記ポンプハウジングの前記膨張された状態において、前記ポンプ受け入れ部分の直径から、前記近位部分の近位端部に向かって低減されていることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項5に記載の血液ポンプであって、
複数の前記らせん構造体が、前記近位部分に配置されていることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項5に記載の血液ポンプであって、
複数の前記らせん構造体が、前記ポンプ受け入れ部分に配置されていることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項5に記載の血液ポンプであって、
前記ポンプハウジングが、前記ポンプ受け入れ部分の遠位に配置されているさらなる遠位部分を含み、前記さらなる遠位部分の内径は、前記ポンプハウジングの前記膨張された状態において、前記ポンプ受け入れ部分の直径から、前記遠位部分の遠位端部に向かって低減されていることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項8に記載の血液ポンプであって、
複数の前記らせん構造体が、前記遠位部分に配置されていることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、
前記ドライブシャフトが、少なくとも前記ポンプハウジングの近位端部の領域において軸支されていることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項10に記載の血液ポンプであって、
前記ドライブシャフトが、前記ポンプハウジングの遠位端部の領域において追加的に軸支されていることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、
複数の前記らせん構造体が、それぞれらせん状の支柱を含むことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、
前記少なくとも1つの折り畳み可能なセグメントは、前記搬送エレメントの回転方向が、前記血液ポンプの前記遠位端部から前記近位端部へ流体が搬送されることを引き起こすように形成されていることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項13に記載の血液ポンプであって、
前記ポンプハウジングが前記圧縮された状態から前記膨張された状態へ移されるときに、前記少なくとも1つの折り畳み可能なセグメントの展開方向は、前記回転方向と反対に方向付けされていることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記ドライブシャフトが、前記ポンプハウジングの領域においてコアを含む中空のシャフトであることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記ポンプハウジングの「オーステナイト終了」(Af)温度が、34℃よりも低いことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項16に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記ポンプハウジングの「オーステナイト終了」(Af)温度が、30℃よりも低いことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項17に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記ポンプハウジングの「オーステナイト終了」(Af)温度が、20℃よりも低いことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
