前記二次ガスアウトレット(19)に接続されている吸引装置(80)を用いて、前記二次空間(6)内の圧力を、前記一次空間(8)内の圧力よりも小さくする工程と、
前記一次空間(8)と前記二次空間(6)の間の圧力差が800Pa~1200Paであって、前記一次空間(8)が、前記二次空間(6)と比較して、前記圧力差の分だけ過剰な圧力状態であるときに、前記閉鎖空間(4)から前記内側船体(2)の外面の温度を測定する、中間温度測定工程と、
前記内側船体(2)の前記外面の温度を、前記内側船体(2)の周囲に位置する前記閉鎖空間(4)から測定するメイン温度測定工程と、
前記二次密閉メンブレン(7)において密閉不良がある位置を、前記内側船体(2)の前記外面上のコールドスポット(43)の形態で検出する工程と、を有する、方法であって、
前記方法は、前記メイン温度測定工程の後に、後続工程を有し、
前記後続工程は、前記密閉断熱タンクの通常の運転状態下で、前記閉鎖空間(4)から前記内側船体(2)の前記外面の温度を測定することを含み、
前記密閉断熱タンクの通常の運転状態において、前記一次空間(8)の圧力は、前記二次空間(6)の圧力よりも200~700Pa低い圧力と、前記二次空間(6)の圧力よりも0~400Pa低い圧力と、から選ばれる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記一次ガスインレット(18)から前記一次空間(8)内に不活性ガスを注入する工程をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記不活性ガスを注入する工程は、コンプレッサー(45)を用いて行われる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記不活性ガスを注入する工程は、3~8バールの圧力にて行われる、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記一次空間(8)と前記二次空間(6)の間の圧力差は、2100Pa~2900Paであり、
前記一次空間(8)は、前記二次空間(6)と比較して、前記圧力差の分だけ過剰な圧力状態にある、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 予備工程をさらに有し、
前記予備工程は、前記密閉断熱タンク(1)の通常の運転状態下で、前記閉鎖空間(4)から前記内側船体(2)の前記外面の温度を測定することを含む、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記一次空間(8)の圧力及び前記二次空間(6)の圧力は、前記内側船体(2)の前記外面の温度を測定する前記メイン温度測定工程の間、及び、前記中間温度測定工程の間、安定した状態に維持される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 低温(30)の液化ガスのための浮体貯蔵設備又は陸上貯蔵設備であって、
内側船体(2)及び外側船体(3)を有するキャリア構造を備える低温(30)の密閉断熱タンク(1)であって、前記内側船体(2)と前記外側船体(3)の間の空間が閉鎖空間(4)と称される密閉断熱タンク(1)を備え、
前記密閉断熱タンク(1)は、
前記密閉断熱タンクに収容される前記低温(30)の液化ガスと接触するよう構成された一次密閉メンブレン(9)と、
前記一次密閉メンブレン(9)と前記内側船体(2)の間に配置される二次密閉メンブレン(7)と、を備え、
前記一次密閉メンブレン(9)と前記二次密閉メンブレン(7)との間の空間は、一次空間(8)と称され、
前記二次密閉メンブレン(7)と前記内側船体(2)との間の空間は、二次空間(6)と称され、
前記一次空間(8)及び前記二次空間(6)は、断熱材を備え、
前記一次空間(8)は、一次ガスインレット(18)及び一次ガスアウトレット(26)を備え、
前記二次空間(6)は、二次ガスインレット(25)及び二次ガスアウトレット(19)を備え、
前記一次密閉メンブレンは、前記一次空間に含まれる前記断熱材上に直接置かれており、
前記二次密閉メンブレンは、前記二次空間に含まれる前記断熱材上に直接置かれており、
前記浮体貯蔵設備又は陸上貯蔵設備は、
前記一次空間(8)に不活性ガスを注入するために配置される不活性ガス容器(16)と、
前記不活性ガス容器(16)の不活性ガスを前記一次ガスインレット(18)を介して注入し、これにより前記一次空間(8)を前記二次空間(6)よりも圧力がかけられた状態にする注入装置(45)と、
前記二次空間(6)内の圧力を大気圧よりも小さくするために前記二次ガスアウトレット(19)に接続される吸引装置(80)と、

中間温度測定工程において、前記一次空間(8)と前記二次空間(6)の間の圧力差が800Pa~1200Paであって、前記一次空間(8)が、前記二次空間(6)と比較して、前記圧力差の分だけ過剰な圧力状態であるように、前記注入装置(45)と前記吸引装置(80)は構成され、
前記浮体貯蔵設備又は陸上貯蔵設備は、
前記中間温度測定工程、メイン温度測定工程、及び後続工程において、前記内側船体(2)の周囲に位置する前記閉鎖空間(4)から前記内側船体(2)の外面の温度を測定する温度測定装置と、
前記二次密閉メンブレン(7)において密閉不良がある位置を前記内側船体(2)の前記外面上のコールドスポット(43)の形態で特定するために、温度の測定結果を表示するためのシステムと、をさらに備え、
前記後続工程は、前記密閉断熱タンクの通常の運転状態下で、前記閉鎖空間(4)から前記内側船体(2)の前記外面の温度を測定することを含み、
前記密閉断熱タンクの通常の運転状態において、前記一次空間(8)の圧力は、前記二次空間(6)の圧力よりも200~700Pa低い圧力と、前記二次空間(6)の圧力よりも0~400Pa低い圧力と、から選ばれる

- 前記圧力式ガス源(71)は圧縮空気回路である、請求項9又は10に記載の設備。
- 前記注入装置(45)は、3~8バールの圧力で前記不活性ガスを注入可能なコンプレッサーである、請求項8~11の何れか一項に記載の設備。
