- 透析器(2)内の残留血液を決定するためのデバイス(1)であって、
透析器(2)を収容するように構成された保持デバイス(6)と、
前記保持デバイス(6)によって収容された透析器(2)の少なくとも1つの画像を取り込み、少なくとも1つのそれぞれの強度値が各々に割り当てられた複数の画像点を有する対応する画像データを発生させるように構成された画像取り込みデバイス(7)と、
前記少なくとも1つの画像内の前記強度値の少なくとも一部分の統計的頻度に基づいて前記透析器(2)内の残留血液の存在及び/又は含有量を特徴付ける残留血液情報を決定するように構成された制御デバイス(9)と、
を含むことを特徴とするデバイス(1)。 - 前記画像取り込みデバイス(7)は、2又は3以上の異なる波長で電磁放射線を取り込み、各画像点毎に該波長の各々に対して強度値を発生させるように構成され、
前記制御デバイス(9)は、前記少なくとも1つの画像内の前記波長のうちの1又は2以上に対する前記強度値の統計的頻度に基づいて前記残留血液情報を決定するように構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス(1)。 - 前記制御デバイス(9)は、前記少なくとも1つの画像内の前記強度値の前記頻度の分布に基づいて前記残留血液情報を決定するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記制御デバイス(9)は、前記少なくとも1つの画像内の前記強度値の前記頻度の前記分布の特性を特徴付ける少なくとも1つのパラメータに基づいて前記残留血液情報を決定するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのパラメータは、前記強度値の予測値及び/又は前記強度値の前記頻度の前記分布の重心によって与えられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのパラメータは、前記強度値の前記頻度の前記分布が最大値をそこで示す強度値(Imax)によって与えられることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのパラメータは、前記強度値の前記頻度の前記分布が2つの等しい面積にそこで分割される強度値(Imax)によって与えられることを特徴とする請求項4から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのパラメータは、前記強度値の前記頻度の前記分布の幅を特徴付けることを特徴とする請求項4から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのパラメータは、
予測値からの前記強度値の標準偏差、
前記強度値の分散、
前記頻度の前記分布の進行がそこで事前設定閾値を超える及び/又はそれに到達する2つの強度値(カットオン、カットオフ)の間の範囲、

ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のデバイス(1)。 - 前記少なくとも1つのパラメータは、前記強度値の前記頻度の前記分布の勾配を特徴付けることを特徴とする請求項4から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのパラメータは、前記強度値の前記頻度の前記分布の尖度を特徴付けることを特徴とする請求項4から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス(1)。

チューブによって透析器(2)に接続することができ、該透析器(2)を通して血液及び透析液を誘導して該血液を浄化するように構成された透析デバイス(10)と、
