Description

固体物質:固体または粉末状の天然または合成の任意の物質。
濾過ユニット(120)の底部に濾材(130)が設けられ、濾材(130)は液体(10)中の固体物質(10a、図3参照)に対して非透過性を有する。濾材は、ふるいや多孔質膜などの単層濾材であってもよく、米国特許第8,679,218B2で開示されるフィルター媒体などの多層多孔質フィルターパッケージや、他の市販のフィルター媒体であってもよい。多層フィルターパッケージにおいて、各層は、少なくとも1つの孔または穴を有し、各層の孔または穴が直下の層の孔または穴よりも小さくなるように、それぞれの層が配置されている。濾材(130)。
i. 円錐部の最大内径が43.263ミリメートル(mm)であり、
ii.円錐部の最小内径が33mmであり、
iii.円筒部の内径が33mmであり、
iv.円錐部の長さが57.981mmであり、

Claims (10)
- 液体を濾過するための装置であって、
少なくとも1つの固体物質(10a)を含む液体(10)を保持する容器(110)と、
前記容器(110)内で軸方向にスライド移動可能な濾過ユニット(120)と、
前記液体(10)中の前記固体物質(10a)に対して非透過性を有する濾材(130)と、を備え、ただし、前記濾材(130)は前記濾過ユニット(120)の側壁に対して斜めに設けられておらず、
前記容器(110)は、前記容器(110)の側壁に第1の締結部(110a)を有し、
前記濾過ユニット(120)は、前記容器(110)の内側面(110b)の少なくとも一部と気密シールを形成するものであり、
前記濾過ユニット(120)は、前記濾過ユニット(120)の側壁に、前記第1の締結部(110a)に嵌まって係合可能な第2の締結部(120a)を有し、
前記容器(110)の内側面(110b)の少なくとも一部は、前記濾過ユニット(120)が前記容器(110)内をスライドするときに、前記濾過ユニット(120)の外側面(120b)の少なくとも一部が前記容器(110)の前記内側面(110b)上を摩擦によって軸方向にスライドして前記容器(110)の前記内側面(110b)と共に気密シールを形成するように構成されており、
前記第1の締結部(110a)と前記第2の締結部(120a)とは、
ねじ式ファスナーとして構成されており、
前記締結部(110a、120a)のねじ込み動作によって、前記濾過ユニット(120)を前記容器(110)内にさらに押し込み、前記液体(10)の濾過に必要な圧力が与えられて前記液体(10)が前記濾材(130)を通るように促し、かつ、前記固体物質(10a)を前記容器(110)の内側底面に押すように構成されており、
前記濾過ユニット(120)は、上部(120c)と、前記上部(120c)の下端部に軸方向にスライド可能に取り付けられた底部(120d)と、を有しており、
前記底部(120d)の側壁には、前記濾材(130)が埋め込まれている、装置。 - 前記容器(110)と前記濾過ユニット(120)とが互いに締結されると、前記液体(10)が前記濾材(130)を通過して前記濾過ユニット(120)に入るように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記容器(110)の下部(110d)の内径は、前記濾過ユニット(120)の下端部の外径と少なくとも等しく、
前記濾過ユニット(120)が前記容器(110)の下部(110d)内へ促されるときに、前記容器(110)の前記下部(110d)の前記内側面(110b)において前記濾過ユニット(120)の下端部が摩擦によって軸方向にスライドして、前記容器(110)の前記内側面(110b)と気密シールを形成する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記容器(110)と前記濾過ユニット(120)とが互いに締結されると、前記固体物質(10a)は前記濾材(130)の底面(130a)と前記容器(110)の内側底面(110c)との間に挟まれる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記濾材(130)は単層濾材である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記濾材(130)は多層フィルターパッケージである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記濾過ユニット(120)の前記底部(120d)は、前記濾過ユニット(120)の前記上部(120c)よりも狭い、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記容器(110)の下部(110d)の内径は、前記濾過ユニット(120)の上部(120c)の下端部の外径と少なくとも等しく、
前記容器(110)の下部(110d)の内側面(110b)において前記濾過ユニット(120)の上部(120c)の下端部が摩擦によって軸方向にスライドして、前記容器(110)の前記内側面(110b)と気密シールを形成する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記内側面(110b)の少なくとも一部が、前記液体(10)とは反応しない材料で覆われている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記濾過ユニット(120)が前記容器(110)内にスライドする動作によって、前記濾材(130)が前記容器(110)内に促される、請求項1に記載の装置。
